Abstract

Inflation is a macroeconomic indicator that has a direct impact on price stability and people's purchasing power. An increase in the prices of goods and services that is not matched by income growth has the potential to reduce household consumption. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation rates, community income levels, and the prices of basic necessities on people's purchasing power, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS version 26. The types of tests carried out include validity, reliability, classical assumption, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination tests. The results show that partially, the inflation rate, community income level, and basic commodity prices have a positive and significant effect on people's purchasing power. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect with a contribution value of 52.4%. The basic commodity price variable has the most dominant effect on people's purchasing power.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this observation is to examine the relationship between unemployment rates in Indonesia and the mismatch between job types and academic disciplines. Mismatch is understood as the mismatch between educational qualifications obtained and job requirements. This phenomenon is increasingly relevant given the dynamics of the job market that demand adaptive competencies, resulting in many graduates finding it difficult to be absorbed ideally. This observation applies a measurement system and online survey through Google Forms, involving participants from various educational and employment contexts. The information collected is analyzed to identify patterns of mismatch and their contribution to the likelihood of individuals experiencing unemployment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of these three factors, both partially and simultaneously, on the unemployment rate. The method used is quantitative with a questionnaire instrument, analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients. The results of the study show that job mismatch has a positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate (Sig. 0.000). Thus, the higher the mismatch between educational majors and jobs, the greater the likelihood of college graduates experiencing unemployment.

Abstract

Generation Z is a young age group that has begun to manage personal finances independently; however, many individuals still experience difficulties in managing their finances effectively. This condition is generally caused by limited understanding of basic accounting concepts and a lack of awareness in daily financial management. This study aims to examine the influence of basic accounting understanding, financial literacy ability, and personal accounting literacy awareness on financial management behavior among Generation Z.The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 115 respondents classified as Generation Z and were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 23. The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, accounting literacy variables have a significant effect on personal financial management behavior. Among these variables, personal accounting literacy awareness was found to be the most dominant factor influencing respondents’ financial behavior. These findings suggest that improving understanding and awareness of accounting literacy can help Generation Z manage their finances in a more planned and responsible manner.

Abstract

The expeditious expansion of social media platforms has fundamentally altered communication dynamics and personal conduct, especially winthin professional environments. The extent of social media engegement, encompassing scrolling habits, content dissemination practices, and the caliber of virtual interactions, is posited to impact employee productivity, whether directly or indirectly. This investigation seeks to assess the repercussions of social media activities and the caliber of online interaction on workforce performance across adult demographics. Employing a quantitative methodology, data were garnered via survey instruments. Followed by the application of statistical techniques to scrutinize interrelations and causal effects among the variables. Findings reveal that the frequency of social media scrolling and content uploading exert a substansial influence on employee performance, whereas the quality of online interactions can either augment or impede individual efficacy. These outcomes imply that social media utilization is contigent not merely on temporal engegement but also on the nature of fostered interactions. Consequently, this research is anticipated to furnish as basis for cultivating digital literacy and strategizing social media management to bolster enhanced employee perfomance.

Abstract

The development of online shopping platforms has driven changes in consumer behavior in meeting daily needs. This study aims to analyze the determinants of online shopping interest : empirical evidence on ease of use and price promotions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research instrument, a questionnaire consisting of 20 statement items, has been tested for validity and all items are declared valid with a calculated r value greater than r table (0.186). Data were collected from 112 respondents who are active online shopping users with diverse characteristics based on gender, age, and employment status. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to describe the tendency of respondents' perceptions regarding ease of use, clarity of information, and transaction convenience. The results show that the majority of respondents have a positive perception of online shopping platforms and show a high intention to continue using and recommending them to others. These findings indicate that ease of use and user experience are important factors in increasing consumer loyalty to online shopping platforms.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a crucial role in determining organizational success, particularly in the fast-food service industry, which demands speed, accuracy, and consistent service quality. PT Multirasa Nusantara (Yoshinoya Restaurant) Bekasi experiences issues related to employee discipline, such as tardiness, unexcused absences, and inconsistent compliance with work procedures, which may negatively affect employee performance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Multirasa Nusantara (Yoshinoya Restaurant) Bekasi. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of 40 employees, all of whom were selected as the research sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings indicate that enhancing employee motivation and strengthening work discipline are essential strategies for improving employee performance in a fast-food service environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction as well as the factors that most influence customer satisfaction toward service quality and the handling of digitalization system disruptions at Pertamina gas stations by PT Telkom Akses. The method used in this study is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to customers of Pertamina gas stations that partner with PT Telkom Akses, using a Likert scale as a measurement tool for the level of importance and customer satisfaction toward the service attributes provided. The results of the study indicate that the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value falls into the satisfied category, which shows that, in general, customers are satisfied with the services and handling of digitalization system disruptions provided by PT Telkom Akses. The service attributes that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction are the speed and accuracy of disruption handling, punctuality of service time, and good documentation of disruptions. The results of this study are expected to serve as evaluation material for PT Telkom Akses in improving service quality in order to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Mukti Indo Utama with the aim of analyzing the influence of workload (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee turnover intention (Y) at PT Mukti Indo Utama. Data was collected through a survey of 40 employees using a questionnaire. This sampling technique uses non-probability sampling using saturated sampling. The sample in this research was 40 employees of PT Mukti Indo Utama. The data analysis method used was the multiple linear regression method using IBM SPSS Statistics V.29 software. This research concludes that: 1) Workload (X1) has no partial effect on turnover intention (Y). 2) Compensation (X2) partially influences turnover intention (Y). 3) Workload (X1) and compensation (X2) simultaneously influence turnover intention (Y) of PT Mukti Indo Utama employees

Abstract

PT Karisma Bahana Gemilang, a retail company located in West Jakarta, is the subject of this study. This study aims to learn how work motivation and job training partially and simultaneously impact on the performance of PT Karisma Bahana Gemilang workers. This study looked at 58 employees of PT Karisma Bahana Gemilang. The saturated sample method, which involves all members of the population, was used to select the nonprobability sample, which resulted in 58 samples. Quantitative statistical methods were used to analyze the data, and the IBM SPSS Statistics V.20 program was used. The results showed that job training (X1) partially affects employee performance (Y). The work motivation variable (X2) also significantly affects. With a coefficient of determination of 0.475, job training (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Overall, job training (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance by 47.5%. Other variables not examined in this study have an influence of 52.5%.

Abstract

This study explains leadership style and compensation with the aim of knowing the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance. By utilizing census techniques, the research sample used was 70 people. This study utilized the multiple regression analysis method and was processed using SPSS version 25. The test results proved that: (1) leadership style does not have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, but compensation has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance; (2) Simultaneously, the results obtained regarding leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
