Abstract

Performance is the most important thing when running a company, therefore companies can do several things, such as providing training and motivation to employees. Research was studied in order to understand the impact of training and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sigma Harapan Mandiri both partially and simultaneously. The method used is causal associative with a quantitative approach and uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Sigma Harapan Mandiri. The population and sample for this study consisted of 50 people using saturated sampling techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS 27.0 program using multiple linear regression techniques. The research results show that there is no positive and insignificant impact of training on employee performance as described by the calculated t score of 1.178 with a significance level of 0.245. There is a positive and significant impact of work motivation on employee performance as described by the calculated t score, namely 3,926, which has a significance level of 0.000. There is a positive and significant impact between training and work motivation on employee performance, this is indicated by a calculated F score of 16,291 with a significance score of 0.000. The R-squared score was 40.9% while the other score was 59.1% which was the result of variables that were not in this study.

Abstract

 To determine the success and success of the company is the performance of employees, one that affects employee performance is training and competence. This study aims to analyze the impact of training and competence on employee performance in the Software Laboratory Center (SLC) division of Bina Nusantara University, Anggrek Campus Jakarta. The data used in the study used quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires and distributed to employees of the Software Laboratory Center (SLC) division of Bina Nusantara University, Anggrek Campus Jakarta. The population of this study amounted to 65 respondents with non-probability respondents using saturated sample technique. This study presents the results of Training (X1) has no partial influence and significance on employee performance (Y) obtaining a t-count value of 1.756 < t-table 1.999 with a significant level of 0.084 > 0.05. Conversely, Competence (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance (Y), with a t_count value of 5.945> t_table 1.999 with a significant level of <0.001 <0.05. For simultaneous F test results state that training (X1) and competence (X2) have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on employee performance (Y), with a value of F_hitung 54.848 l> F_tabel 3.14 and a significant level of <0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the impact of workload (X1) and compensation (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at biMBA AIUEO Pasif Unit, West Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative method, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The study population consists of 113 individuals, with 88 respondents selected as the sample. The analysis involves a series of tests including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption checks, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the calculation of the determination of IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The partial hypothesis test results show that workload (X1) has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.833 exceeding the significance threshold of 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-table value of 1.988. With a t-value of 6.278, higher than the t-table value of 1.988 at a significance threshold of 0.000 < 0.05, the salary variable likewise significantly and favorably affects work satisfaction. The simultaneous hypothesis test indicates that both workload and compensation have a significant impact on job satisfaction, with an F-value of 76.210, greater than the F-table value of 3.10, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Prolonged work stress can reduce employee performance, increase errors, tardiness, and absenteeism, especially among teaching staff. This has a negative impact on the team and the company. Effective stress management is crucial to improving employee well-being and company performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Work Stress and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at biMBA AIUEO Central Jakarta Branch. The methodology used is descriptive quantitative and non-probability sampling, with saturated sampling, and a questionnaire was distributed to 84 employees of biMBA AIUEO Central Jakarta Branch. The study results show that the F value of 57.088 < F table 3.10, thus it is stated that work stress and work motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Partially, work stress obtained a t value of 4.768 > t table 1.989, which means H01 is rejected, and work motivation obtained a t value of 10.685 > t table 1.989, so H01 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ability and work motivation on employee performance at CV Centra Moda Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. The background of this research focuses on the role of employee performance to achieve company goals. Optimal performance is influenced by employee ability and motivation. The author emphasizes how important it is to create a supportive work environment to make employees feel more motivated and better at their jobs. Therefore, this study is expected to help management make better HR development strategies. Overall, this study provides important knowledge for management on how to make an effective approach to employee development; the focus of this study is to improve work ability and motivation to achieve the best level of performance. The population in this study consisted of 61 respondents, where the sample collection technique to be used in the following research is Non-Probability Sampling using saturated sampling.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, involving all employees of PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal totaling 80 people. Data were collected through a questionnaire adapted from a scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study used several testing methods, namely, Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, and Determination Coefficient Test. The tool used to process data in this study is SPSS software version 26. Based on the test results, it is shown that the significance is 0.000 <0.05 and the f count value is 202.628 which is greater than the f table with a value of 3.12, it can be concluded that the variables Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable at PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal. Then the results of the t-test show that the variable Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal employees, the variable work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal employees, and job satisfaction also has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal employees.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and provide incentives on employee performance at PT Digital Sumber Sejahtera Motor. A good work environment and an effective incentive system are expected to improve employee performance. The method used in this research is a survey with a questionnaire involving a sample of 35 respondents who are employees at PT Digital Sumber Sejahtera Motor. The independent variables in this research are the work environment and incentives, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the analysis show that the work environment and providing incentives have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of this research are (1) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.012 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.656 > t table 2.036, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted ( 2) Providing incentives has a positive and significant influence on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 4.773 > 2.036, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, (3) the work environment and the provision of incentives together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Work facilities and the work environment can support the improvement of employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work facilities and the work environment on employee performance at CV Labanta Persada Bekasi. Work facilities refer to the infrastructure and resources provided by the company, while the work environment includes both physical factors, such as lighting, ventilation, and cleanliness, as well as non-physical factors, such as relationships between employees and the work atmosphere. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with a population of 36 employees (respondents), which also serves as the sample. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, with scoring based on a Likert scale. This study uses hypothesis testing with a t-test to determine whether independent variable have an effect on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that work facilities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Similarly, the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study concludes that adequate work facilities and a conducive work environment are essential for improving employee performance. Therefore, companies are expected to continue enhancing work facilities and creating a work environment that supports optimal employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Batik Bekasi Community Cooperative (KOMBAS). Data analysis was conducted using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression to test the effects of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance, processed using IBM SPSS for Windows version 25 software. The research data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a total of 50 respondents. The results of the study showed that the F-count value of 18,731 > F-table 3.19, indicating that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. Partially, the organizational culture variable had a t-count value of 2.902 > t-table 2,011, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment variable had a t-count value of 4.087 > t-table 2,011, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings have important implications for management in designing strategies to create a positive organizational culture and a supportive work environment in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The importance of human resources in achieving organizational goals, where employee performance is strongly influenced by compensation and career development factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and career development partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT IDS Medical Systems Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The population in this study were 75 employees of PT IDS Medical Systems Indonesia, and the sampling technique used is incidental sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, namely anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample if it is deemed that the person who happened to be met is suitable as a data source. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation had no significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.209, while career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001. In addition, simultaneous testing shows that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and career development on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that although compensation does not have a significant effect directly, career development is proven to have a significant impact on employee performance. Therefore, companies are advised to improve compensation and career development programs in order to improve overall employee performance.
