Single Sign-On (SSO) is a technology that can support user convenience in accessing a system. By using SSO, a user only needs to authenticate once to get access to a system. OAuth 2.0 is one of the protocols that can be implemented on the SSO system. Currently, many Application Service Providers (ASP) support the OAuth 2.0 protocol thus providing convenience in the development of a more standard SSO system. Google Identity is one of the services provided by Google that can be used to build SSO systems using the OAuth 2.0 protocol. Application of the request and response methods provided by the protocol specification OAuth 2.0 and Representational State Transfer (REST) architecture of the system implementation can also make SSO systems more secure. In its implementation, the use of an agile system development methodology with the Scrum framework is used to increase speed and flexibility. The results of this research show that the use of Google Identity, REST, and OAuth 2.0 can provide easy user access, guarantee access validity, accelerate client-server data exchange and simplify the SSO implementation process.

Air Conditioner (AC) devices in Duta Wacana Christian University 2nd floor Agape computer laboratory are turned on in the morning and turned off in the evening manually by the computer laboratory officer every day after all the classes are over. Whereas there are sessions when laboratory rooms are not used, but the AC is still on. So, there is a waste of electricity. It wastes time and energy in vain. Therefore, the implementation of AC control and scheduling can be the solution. The implementation includes a program for PC that is used to control the AC and IR module that is attached to the computer laboratory’s AC. IR module consists of NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and IR LED. All microcontrollers are connected to the internet over a WiFi network. The microcontroller substitutes conventional remote control. From the result, it can be concluded that the AC control and scheduling system is successfully implemented and worked well with good performance. After the system is implemented, computer laboratory officers no longer need to turn on and off the AC manually every day. Therefore, it can save energy and time. Besides that, waste of electrical energy can be minimized, because AC will turn off automatically when the laboratory room is not used.

During the pandemic, companies engaged in package delivery did not experience a negative impact, instead they experienced rapid development and new companies emerged. This study discusses business process engineering related to package delivery services in courier companies. Data research was collected through an interview method with one of the staff working in Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) company Setrasari Bandung and a direct observation method related to this service. From the data research, it is known that the business processes ‘AS-IS’ are then carried out in business process engineering. It is recommended that agents and branches be able to sort packages so that if the package is in the nearest area it can be sent directly to the intended address according to the type of package chosen by the customer, with costs that include insurance for damage and loss of goods. And the courier on duty has been confirmed to be well trained, passed the test and knows the conditions of the location in the area very well.

Mebel Murah is a shop that sells furniture products located in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. Due to Covid-19, the sales revenue have decreased due to limited access for buyers. Therefore, an innovation is needed to overcome this, namely by creating a website that can support especially the marketing and sales of furniture products to the public. The aims of this research is to focus on testing the rendering speed of components through the React Profiler to analyze the comparison of component rendering times on the client side of the code breaking features of the React library. The result of this research is to produce a website by utilizing the code splitting feature to display information content related to products sold by Mebel Murah stores.

Information technology is rapidly developing and applied in any field of interest. It can be used as simple to the complex computation. It can also use greatly assisting human performance in managing inventory items. This paper discusses a website-based item inventory system applied in a very remote village in Desa Kusik Batu, West Kalimantan. The research goal is to facilitate the performance of village officials in managing data items, where overall data input is still done manually. The method of this research is using interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The implementation of the system resulted from this research is the following features: user data, all goods data having by the village, incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, avoid physical calculations, asset mutation reports, and goods reports, as well as making goods inventory reports can be easily done. With the existence of a web-based inventory information system website, at the village office of Kusik Batu Lapu, West Kalimantan, can improve the performance of village officials to manage goods data.

In line with the development of Information Technology (IT), it is appropriate for an educational institution to utilize Information Systems (IS) as an infrastructure that supports the academic service process. One of the universities in Central Java that has implemented IS, namely the Academic Information System. The Academic IS has been operating for 17 years since 2004. Therefore, the academic SI should be evaluated to determine its eligibility as an application. This study is a comparative analysis that has employed approaches of TELOS (Technical, Economic, Legal, Operations, Schedule) and PIECES (Performance, Information, Efficiency, Control and Security, Economics , Service), based on the WebQual dimensions. The aim is to assess the feasibility study of Academic IS, applying three approaches according to the user's perspective.

Computer network conditions that are dynamic and also complex make network operators often make mistakes in the configuration of a network device. However, these mistakes can be resolved by the emergence of a centralized programming approach which is now known as Software Defined Network (SDN). In addition, with the development of information technology, several services in computer networks also grabbed a lot of attention from the world, such as video streaming services. A video streaming service that is so massive is capable of having an impact on data traffic on computer networks. In SDN networks, controllers are a core component of this architecture. Currently, many different types of SDN controllers can be used, however, choosing a controller in an SDN network must be an important concern. This is related to the performance of the SDN controller which is a requirement for SDN network development. This research will analyze the performance of the video streaming service using the Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) streaming protocol in testing two SDN controllers, namely Pox and Opendaylight. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it produces Quality of Service (QoS) values in the form of throughput, delay, and jitter. The Pox controller excels in the value of QoS delay and throughput. As for the jitter value, both Pox and Opendaylight controllers have good indexes.

Letters archiving is the process of receiving, collecting, maintaining letters in a structured manner by an agency, however, the process of filing letters at the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Satuan Pendidikan Non Formal (SPNF) Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Salatiga still has problems such as recording letter archive data that still uses a letter agenda book which sometimes occurs errors in recording, archival document storage which is physically stored on a mailing cabinet which is prone to being lost, scattered, or damaged and the large number of existing documents causes employees to need extra time and effort to look for them. With the Letter Archive Information System designed using the prototype method, it allows employees to take part in the design of this system by providing opinions and suggestions on system design so that the results will be more optimal, maximum and can be a solution to the problems that exist in the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Satuan Pendidikan Non Formal (SPNF) Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Salatiga.

This study aims to evaluate the alignment of the application of information technology (IT) with the company's business practices. This study uses COBIT 4.1. to assess the maturity of technology adoption and to explore factors that hinder the alignment of IT implementation with the business. The maturity level of technology application describes IT management in the company's overall business activities. The higher the maturity level, the clearer and more structured the role of IT and business will be. This research uses a case study method at PT. SAE (in Central Java Province). The result of this research is that PT. SAE has reached the defined process level. At this stage, the company already has standard IT management procedures, but not all business activities and not yet detailed. This problem is due to lack of strategic support from top management to achieve business goals with the help of IT. Therefore, the company needs to improve the function and role of the head of the IT department at PT. SAE.

Hospital has a variety of facilities and services. Every day there are transactions recorded by the hospital in the form of documentation such as excel. Over time, if the transactions increase, the files that will be stored will be more and more large. Therefore, a website was created that can make it easier to manage data from these files. The web application is created using PHP and integrates with the MySQL database. The main module of the web application created is to import data from an excel file. The expected results from making this website are to make it easier for employees to manage data and view information in the form of tables or graphs. Data collection methods using observation, through interviews with the person in charge from hospital by giving a questionnaire about the interface of the application. Assessment of the results of interface improvements using a questionnaire from Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire version three, totalling 16 questions. The purpose of the User Interface and User Experience analysis is to assess and serve as a guide for improving the display that has been made whether it is in accordance with the standards requested by the hospital.
