Abstract

A lot of factor affecting business success, among others are self-efficacy and motivation. This study was conducted to determine the influence of self-efficacy and motivation to business success. The population was all of shop owner in PusatGrosir Metro Tanah Abang, Jakarta. The purposive sampling methods used in this research. The methods of data collection were conducted by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The techniques of data analysis were using multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research showed that self-efficacy and motivation simultaneously affect to business success. While the self-efficacy is partially affect to business success and motivation also is partially affect to business success.

Abstract

Several studies have examined how work-family conflict affectorganizational commitment. The aim of the study was to test whether work-family conflict affect the commitment variable mediated by satisfaction. The study was conducted at Maranatha Christian University. Subjects were 30 employees at Maranatha Christian University. Method of data collection using questionnaires.Test validity, reliability, multiple regression. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the Work-family conflict negatively affects organizational commitment and job satisfaction positively influences organizational commitment.Keyword: work-family conflict, organizational commitment, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitabily, leverage, liquidity, solvability, PER, produktifity, secure, maturity and auditor reputation of bonds in the bond rating to non financial and no banking bond companies listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange and is registered in the ratings of bonds issued by PT.PEFINDO period 2009 to 2011. In this study the sample were 163 bonds. The sampling technique is determined using targeted sampling (purposive sampling), whereas themethod of analysis used factor analysis and logistic regression analysis. By using analysis factor variabel profitabily, leverage, liquidity, solvability, maturity and auditor reputation is a factor can be used to predict bond rating. Logistic regressionis employed to see the effect of profitabily, leverage, liquidity, and auditor reputation to the prediction of bond rating. Abstract

The main objective of this study is to identify the variables or factors determining the intention to study to the university. This study was designed as a quantitative research through a survey. A total of 1979 new students were included in the study. They came from seven faculties of a Catholic private university inIndonesia. Using exploratory factor analysis technique, we successfully identified nine constructs influencing the intention of students to study to the university. Valuable contribution of this study is the finding of nine constructs above, namely:social status, assistance in financing of the study, university image, campus convenience, achievement motivation, values of life, motivation to work, perceived quality of graduates, and the perceived quality of teaching. The findings of this study are very helpful especially for university marketer to monitor those ninefactors constinuously. These findings also help university marketer in designing various marketing programs effectively.Keywords: Intention to Study, Marketing, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Higher Education, Indonesia

Abstract

Internet in e-commerce and finance have changed the businessenvironment. Customer satisfaction and customer retention increasing developed into a key success factor in e-banking. To determine these factors, this study is based on nine factors, namely Convenience, Acessilability, Future Availability, Privacy,Speed, Fees and Charges, Bank management and image, Design and Content. Data collected from bank customers who use our Internet Banking Mandiri with a sample of 100. Ninth results reveal that these factors have positive influence on the interest to use internet banking Mandiri. Factors design and content is the weakest factor to it, the bank should improve the design and content of the Bank's website in order toattract and increase customers to use Internet Banking Mandiri.Keywords: Internet banking, banking services, customer adoption
