Abstract

Sektor usaha kecil menengah (UKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Untuk menunjang kinerja UKM, diperlukan adanya orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar. Tingkat orientasi kewirausahaan dalam bisnis dapat dilihat dari sejauhmana suatu bisnis/perusahaan berinovasi, mengambil resiko dan  bertindak secara proaktif. Tingkat orientasi pasar dapat dilihat dari sejauhmana suatu bisnis/perusahaan fokus pada pelanggan (orientasi pelanggan), memahami pesaing (orientasi pesaing), dan mengintegrasi semua fungsi dalam bisnis/perusahaan untuk menciptakan nilai pelanggan yang unggul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pada usaha kecil dan menengah sektor ritel, pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pada usaha kecil dan menengah sektor ritel, dan pengaruh orientasi pasar secara parsial terhadap kinerja pada usaha kecil dan menengah sektor ritel. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi ganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan ui t. Hasil pengujian hipotesis  menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pada usaha kecil dan menengah sektor ritel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pada usaha kecil dan menengah sektor ritel, terdapat pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pada usaha kecil dan menengah sektor ritel, dan terdapat pengaruh orientasi pasar secara parsial terhadap kinerja pada usaha kecil dan menengah sektor ritel. The small and medium business sector (UKM) has an important role in driving the growth of the Indonesian economy. To support the performance of SMEs, an entrepreneurial orientation and a market orientation are needed. The level of entrepreneurial orientation in business can be seen from the extent to which a business / company innovates, takes risks and acts proactively. The level of market orientation can be seen from the extent to which a business / company focuses on customers (customer orientation), understands competitors (competitor orientation), and integrates all functions in the business / company to create superior customer value. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation together on performance in the small and medium sized retail sector, the effect of entrepreneurial orientation partially on performance in the small and medium sized retail sector, and the effect of partial market orientation on performance on businesses small and medium retail sector. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling, with a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis method. Hypothesis testing using the F test and UI t. The results of hypothesis testing show that entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation, both jointly and partially have an influence on performance in the retail and small businesses. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation together on the performance of retail and small businesses in the retail sector, there is an effect of entrepreneurial orientation partially on performance in the retail and small businesses, and there is a partial influence of market orientation on performance in the retail and small business sector.

Abstract

Sekarang ini banyak UMKM yang menggunakan media sosial dalam pemasaran produk serta pengembangan usahanya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh konteks teknologi terhadap adopsi media sosial, pengaruh konteks organisasi terhadap adopsi media sosial, dan pengaruh konteks lingkungan terhadap adopsi media sosial untuk UMKM di Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik judgemental sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Data diolah menggunakan SmartPLS dan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konteks teknologi terhadap adopsi media sosial bagi UMKM di Jakarta, terdapat pengaruh konteks organisasi terhadap adopsi media sosial bagi UMKM di Jakarta, dan terdapat pengaruh konteks lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap adopsi media sosial untuk UMKM di Jakarta. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi UMKM adalah UMKM perlu mengadopsi dan memanfaatkan media sosial dalam mengembangkan usahanya.  Currently, many SMEs use social media in product marketing and business development. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the technological context toward social media adoption, the effect of organizational context toward social media adoption, and the effect of the environmental context toward social media adoption for SMEs in Jakarta. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling technique. The number of samples is 75 respondents. Analyze research data by using SmartPLS. The findings show the technological context has effect toward the adoption of social media for SMEs in Jakarta, of the organizational context has effect toward the adoption of social media for SMEs in Jakarta, and the environmental context has effect toward the adoption of social media for SMEs in Jakarta.The implication of this research for SMEs is that SMEs need to adopt and utilize social media in developing their businesses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap minat bertahan karyawan dengan menggunakan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel sebanyak 53 karyawan PT XYZ di Tangerang, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap minat bertahan, pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap minat bertahan, pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap minat bertahan yang dimediasi komitmen organisasi, adalah positif dan signifikan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan mengevaluasi peraturan kerja, menjaga kondusifitas ruang kerja, menekankan norma dan aturan perusahaan kepada karyawan baru, membangun dan membentuk karyawan dengan pelatihan, serta menyediakan fasilitas kerja yang memadai dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja serta komitmen organisasional. Hal tersebut pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan minat bertahan karyawan dalam perusahaan.  The study aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life on employees' intention to stay by using organizational commitment as a mediation variable. Sampled as many as 53 employees of PT XYZ in Tangerang, with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the influence of quality of work life on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational commitment to intention to stay, the influence of quality of work life on intention to stay, the influence of quality of work life on the intention to stay mediated by organizational commitment, was positive and significant. This research recommends that companies evaluate work regulations, maintain workspace conduciveness, emphasize company norms and rules to new employees, build and shape employees with training, and provide adequate work facilities in order to improve the quality of work life and organizational commitment. This can ultimately increase the employee's enduring interest in the company.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan salah satu variabel yang paling banyak diteliti. Kepuasan kerja didefinisikan sebagai suatu keadaan emosional dialami karyawan, yang bersifat menyenangkan atau bersifat positif. Kepuasan kerja pada umumnya yang dihasilkan dari penilaian karyawan terhadap pengalaman kerja atau pekerjaannya. Dengan demikian, kepuasan kerja menunjukkan sikap positif umum karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya. Apabila karyawan merasa adanya kepuasan kerja, maka karyawan tersebut dapat lebih termotivasi untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh banyak variabel. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang akan diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah kompensasi dan resiliensi. Kompensasi merupakan total penghargaan atau hadiah yang diberikan perusahaan sebagai pembayaran atas hasil pekerjaan karyawan, sedangkan resiliensi merupakan suatu konsep yang menunjukkan kemampuan seseorang untuk mengatasi dan beradaptasi terhadap masa-masa sulit yang dihadapinya. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Sampel diambil dengan metode non-probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak tigapuluh orang karyawan dengan kriteria merupakan karyawan yang masih aktif bekerja dan memiliki masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan adanya pengaruh positif resiliensi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan resiliensi juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keterbatasan penelitisan ini adalah jumlah sampel yang sedikit sehingga pada penelitian mendatang, jumlah sampel penelitian dapat lebih ditingkatkan.  The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction and the effect of resilience on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is one of the most widely studied variables. Job satisfaction is defined as an emotional state experienced by employees, which is fun or positive. Job satisfaction in general results from employee evaluations of work experience or work. Thus, job satisfaction shows the general positive attitude of employees towards their work. If employees feel job satisfaction, then the employee can be more motivated to produce better performance. Job satisfaction is influenced by many variables. In this study, the variables that will be examined for their effects on employee job satisfaction are compensation and resilience. Compensation is the total award or prize given by the company as payment for the work of employees, while resilience is a concept that shows a person's ability to overcome and adapt to the difficult times they face. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. Samples were taken by the non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The samples in this study were thirty employees with the criteria are employees who are still actively working and have a minimum working period of one year. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction and a positive effect of resilience on employee job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction and resilience also has an effect on job satisfaction. The limitation of this research is the small number of samples so that in future studies, the number of research samples can be further increased.

Abstract

Student creativity is the ability that the students have to discover and create new things, new ways, new models that are useful for students in the learning process. Developing handicraft skills is a means of creativity that students must develop. The purpose of this community-service activity was to develop the entrepreneurship spirit of students through the business idea of making handicraft products which would be exhibited in the market day activities at Al Jannah Islamic Nature and Science School Middle School. Lectures and workshops on creativity and innovation in handicraft making were used to develop the entrepreneurship spirit of students. The result of this activity showed that students were able to implement creativity and innovation, especially in making handicraft products that were exhibited in market day activities organized by the school. Abstract

This community engagement activity aims to provide the development of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills for women in Sukoharjo. The activity is located in Cangkol Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. This village is located east of Surakarta City and is one of the villages that become prioritized as a culinary tourism village in Sukoharjo. In a preliminary survey conducted by the community engagement team from Universitas Tarumanagara, it was concluded that this village did not yet have a superior culinary product that can be highlighted as a unique food product by Cangkol village. Several stalls that market culinary products in the culinary centre of Cangkol village offered food that was relatively limited in choice and had no special uniqueness. The present community service program aimed to promote the development of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills for women in Sukoharjo. The program was conducted at Cangkol village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency - Central Java. This village is located on the east side of Surakarta and is one of the villages prioritized as a culinary tourism village in Sukoharjo area. In accordance with the agreement with our community service partners, namely Cangkol Village, the community service program was held by providing training on culinary entrepreneurship. The culinary business chosen was organic soy sauce. In addition to providing basic training on entrepreneurship such as the process of identifying business opportunities, product marketing, and financial management, in this training the community engagement team also invited SME owners from the culinary field who owned organic soy sauce business. The purpose of inviting speakers from culinary SMEs was to improve the skills of community service participants in processing products delivered by SMEs. The results of this activity were believed to have developed the entrepreneurial knowledge and skills of the participants, especially those involved in soy sauce businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial attitudes and the use of social media on the performance of SMEs. The population used in this study is the owner of a small and medium culinary business in the Kelapa Gading area. The number of samples used for this study were 50 respondents using non-probability sampling for data collection and using a purposive sampling technique whose criteria were Small and Medium Culinary Enterprises in the Kelapa Gading area. The design of this research is descriptive cross-sectional because the data collection in this study uses field information, due to the data in this study using the SmartPLS version 3.3.3 application. What will happen is that this research states that entrepreneurial behavior does not have a significant effect on the performance of SMEs, while entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the use of social media have a positive and significant impact on the performance of SMEs. In the future, this research can help small and medium business owners to be able to use social media to run their business. And this research can also help increase the awareness of business owners that having self-efficacy in oneself and also mastering entrepreneurial attitudes is an important thing and can affect the business being run.

Abstract

One of the factors that encourage organizational citizenship behavior is transformational leadership. Transformational leadership encourages organizational citizenship behavior that is voluntary and is not directly connected to the organizational reward system, but contributes to improving organizational effectiveness and climate. Apart from transformational leadership, a factor that can affect organizational citizenship behavior is interpersonal trust. When the interpersonal trust among employees is very strong, they tend to show strong Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and interpersonal beliefs on organizational citizenship behavior. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling method is probability sampling with a simple random sampling type. The data analysis method in this study is a quantitative method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results of this study state that transformational leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior and interpersonal beliefs affect organizational citizenship behavior of employees.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT:Salah satu faktor yang mendorong terjadinya organizational citizenship behavior adalah kepemimpinan transformasional. Kepemimpinan transformasional mendorong organizational citizenship behavior yang bersifat sukarela dan tidak terhubung langsung ke sistem penghargaan organisasi, tetapi berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan iklim organisasi. Selain kepemimpinan transformasional, faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior adalah kepercayaan interpersonal. Ketika kepercayaan interpersonal di antara karyawan sangat kuat, mereka cenderung menunjukkan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang kuat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepercayaan interpersonal terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan kepercayaan interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan.

Abstract

Komitmen afektif merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam mempertahankan keberlanjutan usaha, terutama bagi pemilik usaha mikro yang merupakan penyandang disabilitas. Komitmen afektif dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya efikasi dan kepribadian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh efikasi diri maupun kepribadian terhadap komitmen afektif dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri maupun kepribadian terhadap komitmen afektif dengan dimoderasi oleh dukungan pemerintah pada pemilik usaha mikro penyandang disabilitas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling.  Sampel penelitian ini adalah para pemilik usaha mikro yang merupakan penyandang disabilitas di tiga kota yang berada di Jawa Tengah. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Model (PLS – SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh efikasi diri tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, kepribadian berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, demikian juga pengaruh dukungan pemerintah tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif pada pemilik usaha mikro disabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa dukungan pemerintah tidak memoderasi pengaruh efikasi diri maupun kepribadian terhadap komitmen afektif pada pemilik usaha mikro disabilitas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dalam memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi komitmen afektif yang dimiliki oleh pemilik usaha mikro disabilitas. Demikian juga kebijakan dan program harus dirancang untuk memastikan bahwa dukungan yang disediakan sesuai dengan preferensi dan kebutuhan kepribadian para pemilik usaha disabilitas, yang tidak hanya diterima dengan baik, tetapi juga efektif dalam meningkatkan komitmen afektif pemilik usaha terhadap usaha mereka.   Affective commitment is one of the important elements in maintaining business sustainability, especially for micro business owners who are people with disabilities. Affective commitment can be influenced by many factors, including efficacy and personality. The aim of this study was to empirically analyze the effect of self-efficacy and personality on affective commitment, moderated by government support for micro-business owners with disabilities. Sampling using non-probability sampling method, with purposive sampling technique.  The sample of this study was micro business owners who were people with disabilities in three cities in Central Java. The research data were analyzed with Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Model (PLS – SEM). The results showed that the effect of self-efficacy was not significant on affective commitment, personality had a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, as well as the effect of government support was not significant on affective commitment in disabled micro-business owners. The results of this study also stated that government support did not moderate the effect of self-efficacy or personality on affective commitment in disabled micro-business owners. This research is expected to contribute to understanding the factors that can influence affective commitment possessed by disabled microbusiness owners. Likewise, policies and programmes should be designed to ensure that the support provided matches the preferences and personality needs of disabled business owners, which is not only well received, but also effective in enhancing the affective commitment of business owners to their businesses.

Kinerja usaha UMKM membuat pergerakan ekonomi di Indonesia menjadi meningkat sehingga kehadirannya menjadi penting. Kinerja usaha UMKM seringkali dikaitkan dengan orientasi kewirausahaan, kompetensi kewirausahaan, dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, kompetensi kewirausahaan, dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM dan efek mediasi kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yang disebarkan kepada 87 pelaku UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan software SmartPLS 4 sebagai alat pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung masing-masing variabel independen, yaitu: orientasi kewirausahaan, kompetensi kewirausahaan, dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM F&B Jakarta Barat bersifat positif dan signifikan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan sumber daya manusia; orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM F&B Jakarta Barat yang dimediasi oleh kesiapan sumber daya manusia; dan kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM F&B Jakarta Barat yang dimediasi oleh kesiapan sumber daya manusia.   The business performance of MSMEs makes the economic movement in Indonesia increase so that its presence is important. MSME business performance is often associated with entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence, and human resource readiness. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence, and human resource readiness on MSME business performance and the mediating effect of human resource readiness. The data collection method used questionnaires, which were distributed to 87 F&B MSME actors in West Jakarta with sampling techniques are non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis method uses PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4 software as a data processing tool. The results of this study show that the direct influence of each independent variable, namely: entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence, and human resource readiness on the business performance of West Jakarta F&B MSMEs is positive and significant. The results also showed that entrepreneurial orientation had a positive, but not significant effect on the readiness of human resources. Entrepreneurial competence has a positive and significant effect on the readiness of human resources; entrepreneurial orientation has a positive, but not significant effect on the business performance of West Jakarta F&B MSMEs mediated by the readiness of human resources; and entrepreneurial competence has a positive and significant effect on the business performance of West Jakarta F&B MSMEs mediated by the readiness of human resources.
