Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Career Development and Job Satisfaction Performance Improvement Against the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Regional Secretariat of Gorontalo Province. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Regional Secretariat Gorontalo province. The study included overall ASN totaling 80 people as research subjects. Improved performance of data obtained through the test work, while data on organizational culture, career development and job satisfaction were collected through a questionnaire. These results indicate that: (1) The organizational culture affect the performance Apparatus, (2) career development affect the performance Apparatus, (3) job satisfaction affect the performance Apparatus and (4) Cultural organizations, career development, and job satisfaction simultaneously performance improvements affect the Apparatus. Based on these findings it can be concluded that, organizational culture, career development and job satisfaction gave a significant impact on performance improvement ASN.

Abstract

The role of Artificial Intelligence in reshaping education cannot be under mined. Immersive classroom fueled by evoking classroom technologies such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality represent a holistic force of transformation offering inclusive dynamic learning experience that prepares not just learners but also educators for the complexities in the digital world. The study of Bailenson et al. (2015) reveals that students who learned through the immersive classroom experiences demonstrated better understanding and retention of concepts compared to their peers who learned using traditional teaching and learning methods. This paper is a contextual review of the use and role of immersive classroom on teaching and learning. The various applications of immersive classroom technologies in teaching and learning were discussed in the paper. The paper also highlighted some of the key benefits and challenges confronting the implementation of immersive classroom technologies in education. Carefully constructed questions were administered to respondents using online Google form questionnaire instrument. The gathered responses were then subjected to reliability analysis. Conclusively, the paper inferred that harnessing the use of immersive technologies we help educators to unlock new dimensions of knowledge and empower learners to thrive in the digital age. Finally, recommendations were made.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out the role of supervision in improving the discipline of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion of Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that: Supervision plays a major role in shaping the discipline of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion of Bone Bolango Regency, and this supervision can only run if the leadership at the Ministry of Religion of Bone Bolango Regency carries out their duties as actors in supervision; That based on the data, the discipline of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion office is still not optimal, not because there is no supervision, but because the leadership does not understand theoretically or practically the technical aspects of supervision, resulting in less than optimal supervision at the Ministry of Religion of Bone Bolango Regency; That supervision is not only a system or rule that is the basis for implementation in an agency but is a fundamental principle in managing an institution such as the Ministry of Religion of Bone Bolango Regency, this means that supervision plays an important role in improving the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus, so that increasing human resources in the leadership is the keyword in realizing supervision in order to improve the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the reward and punishment system on improving service quality at the Gorontalo Province Health BPJS Office. The analytical method used is a quantitative method, with primary data sources and secondary data and uses a deductive approach. The population in this study were all employees of the BPJS Health Office of Gorontalo Province with a total of 42 respondents. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the t count of the Reward Variable is obtained t count 5.419 > t table 1.682 and with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so in this case the Ha1 hypothesis is accepted, which means that Rewards have a significant effect on improving the quality of service at the Gorontalo Province Health BPJS Office. Meanwhile, giving punishment has no significant effect on improving the quality of services at the Gorontalo Province BPJS Health Office. This is proven by the tcount of 0.311 which is smaller than the ttable value of 1.682 indicating a significance level value of 0.757 which is greater than 0.05, so the hypothesis (Ha2) is rejected. which means that the Punishment system has no significant effect on the level of Service Quality at the Gorontalo Province Health BPJS Office. Based on the results of the ANOVA test, the calculated F value was 10.535 with a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of human capital on employee performance at the Central City District Head Office, Gorontalo City; knowing and analyzing the influence of spiritual capital on employee performance at the Central City Subdistrict Office, Gorontalo City; determine and analyze the influence of human capital and spiritual capital together on employee performance at the Central City District Head Office, Gorontalo City. The analytical method used is a quantitative data analysis method, using a multiple linear regression model. The research population was all employees of the Central City District Head Office, 38 people using purposive sampling, 38 people were obtained using census techniques. The results of the research show that in partial testing, Human Capital and Spiritual Capital have a significant effect on employee performance at the Central City District Head Office. The results of simultaneous calculations show that the Fcount value of 327.063 is greater than the Ftable value of 3.259 with a significance level of F of 0.000 which is a value smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that together Human Capital and Spiritual Capital have a significant influence on employee performance at the City District Head Office. Middle. For the Adjusted R Square value of 0.944, it means that 94.4% of the two independent variables Human Capital and Spiritual Capital together can explain the model of this research and the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables or factors that were not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether liquidity, solvency, and provitability affect the value of healthcare (health) sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study took samples of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method is a literature and documentation study, a sampling technique using the company's secondary data in the form of financial statements. Data collection is carried out through the company's financial statements for the period 2018-2021. The amount of data processed is as many as 56 company financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the www.idx.co.id website. Data analysis uses ratio analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test. The results showed that each independent variable had no influence on the dependent variable. This confirms that liquidity (current ratio), solvency (debt to equity ratio) and provitability (return on assets – return on equity) do not have a positive influence on the value of healthcare (health) sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out: How effective is administrative management in improving services at the Pohuwato Regency Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Extension Agency (BP4K); What factors hinder the effectiveness of administrative management in improving services at the Pohuwato Regency Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Extension Agency (BP4K). In this research, researchers used primary data through interviews with officials at the Pohuwato Regency Agricultural, Fishery and Forestry Extension Implementing Agency (BP4K), where interviews were conducted from May 2016 to August 2016. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of administrative management in improving services at the implementing agency Pohuwato Regency Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Extension (BP4K) has not been implemented well. This is shown by the existence of obstacles which generally come from employees due to minimal education, skills and facilities available in carrying out work. It is recommended to the Implementing Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Extension (BP4K) of Pohuwato Regency to increase human resources and infrastructure so that the services provided by employees can satisfy interested parties.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial health of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in 2023 using the RBBR (Risk Based Bank Rating) method. Secondary data from BSI's annual financial reports were used in this research. The analysis results show that BSI has an excellent risk profile with a Non-Performing Financing (NPF) of 0.55% and a Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of 81.73%. The implementation of corporate governance is also rated as sound. BSI's earnings performance is very good, with a Return on Assets (ROA) of 2.35%, a Return on Equity (ROE) of 16.88%, and a Net Operating. Margin (NOM) of 2.58%. Additionally, BSI's capital adequacy is very high, with a Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 21.04%. The conclusion of this study is that BSI showed excellent performance in 2023, reflecting effective risk management, good corporate governance, high earning ability, and adequate capital sufficiency. The implication of this research indicates that BSI has a strong position in the Islamic banking industry and is well-prepared to face future challenges. It is recommended for future research to conduct long-term analysis and consider external factors affecting the bank's performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system at the Fish Quarantine Station, Quality Control and Safety of Gorontalo Class I Fishery Products and to determine and analyze the factors that are obstacles. This research uses a basic survey research approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The results of observations and documentation studies are relevant and related to the research focus. The results of the research show that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system in improving public services at the Fish Quarantine Station, Quality Control and Safety of Gorontalo Class I Fishery Products has demonstrated commitment to the preparation and implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system with the principle of focusing on customers, as well as has an organizational structure and establishes job descriptions and responsibilities of personnel to ensure employee involvement in ensuring the processes required for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. Factors that become obstacles to implementing the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system: (a) Limited number and competency of Human Resources, especially regarding education, knowledge, expertise, skills and experience that must be possessed by officers in providing public services, (b) The determination and availability of building facilities and infrastructure, work spaces and services do not yet meet the standards as determined but can support the implementation of a series of public service delivery activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Posigadan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan dalam Pelaksanaan Pembanguanan dan juga untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemerintah Desa dalam Pelaksanaan Pembangunan di Kecamatan Posigadan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan/dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data pata primer yaitu merupakan data yang diperoleh peneliti secara langsung dari sumbernya atau narasumber sebagai informan yang langsung berhubungan dengan fokus penelitian. Informan pada terdiri dari kepala desa, kepala urusan pemerintahan, BPD dan masyarakat. Data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh melalui beberapa sumber informasi antara lain dokumen dan buku-buku ilmiah. Untuk kesiapan Pemerintah Desa dalam Pelaksanaan Pembangunan di Kecamatan Posigadan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan adalah pemerintah desa terus berupaya dalam mengembangkan peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia agar proses pemerintahan berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan, serta memaksimalkan sistem palayanan prima terhadap masyarakat. Selain itu juga dengan mengoptimalkan Sarana dan Prasarana sebagai penunjang dalam penyelengaraan pemerintahan sebagai akses utama antara masyarakat dan pemerintah desa. Pemerintah desa harus lebih Meningkatkan Strategi Pendukung Sumber Daya (Resource Suport Strategy) berupa tenaga, teknologi, dan keuangan sebagai pendorong utama dalam pemerintahan berkelanjutan agar mampu memberikan ruang dan perubahan terhadap pelaksanaan pembangunan yang akan datang.
