Abstract

This research was made with the purpose; 1) An analyze the influence of transformational leadership head master toward teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bone Raya; 2) An analyze the influence of organization culture toward teacher performance; 3) An analyze the influence of transformational leadership the head master and organization culture by do together toward teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bone Raya.  This research used data primer through the observation 35 teacher’s and the educator’s with the technique of collecting sample by using probability sampling as surfeited sampling or census. This survey has done on November until December 2016. The analysis data using linier regression analysis helped by SPSS 16.0. The result of this research show that: 1) Transformational leadership of head master there is positive influential but not significant toward teacher’s performance with value t1count < ttable(0,05)(33)  = 1,102  < 1,697 and value r = 0,337, 2) Organization culture also there is positive influential and significant toward teacher’s performance with value t2count > ttable(0,05)(33)  = 6,151 > 1,697 and value r = 0,769 and 3) Transformational leadership of head master and organization culture all of them have positive influential and significant toward teacher’s performance with value Fcount > Ftable(0,95)(2,32)  = 24,716 > 3,30 and value r = 0,779. The implication managerial in this research is every organizer of education should commit also an improving application transformational leadership of head master and organization culture to improving teacher’s performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bone Raya regency Bone Bolango.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the reconstruction of Juanda Flower Market in Sidoarjo Regency into a garden concept cafe as an effort to revitalize the market and improve the local economy. The research used qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with the target group to analyze visitor preferences related to design, menu and expected experience. The process of reconstructing the flower market into a garden café is a form of sustainable development to have a positive impact on society and the environment. In the stages of garden café reconstruction, several stages are needed, namely concept or theme development, strategic location, environmental conditions, maintenance and promotion strategies. The results showed that the concept of a garden café featuring greenery and a natural atmosphere has the potential to attract more visitors and increase the income of local communities. The café not only functions as a place to relax, but also as an educational center through organizing events about plants that strengthen human relationships with the environment. This reconstruction has proven to empower local farmers, strengthen agrarian communities, and increase environmental awareness among the public. It can be concluded that the development of a garden concept cafe is a strategic solution to revitalize the Juanda Flower Market that can provide economic benefits while supporting environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) program is a strategic initiative of the Indonesian government to support education financing in the 12-year compulsory education program. This program aims to eliminate school operational fees, especially for students in private schools, and improve access to and quality of education. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as lack of transparency, limited managerial capabilities of school principals, and budget allocations that are not in accordance with the provisions. This study focuses on identifying challenges and solutions related to the management of BOS Funds at SDN Karangtengah 01 using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, with data validity strengthened through triangulation. The results of the study indicate positive practices, such as the preparation of detailed RKAS and transparency efforts through financial information boards. However, obstacles such as late disbursement of funds, weak internal supervision, and inefficient manual management are still obstacles. The proposed solutions include increasing human resource capacity, strengthening the monitoring system, and implementing digital technology in financial recording. This study makes an important contribution to increasing accountability and efficiency in the management of BOS Funds, as well as being a reference for developing more responsive and effective education policies.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) at SMA Negeri 13 Southwest Maluku. The management of BOS funds has an important role in supporting the smooth running of school operations, especially to help students from underprivileged families. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with interview, observation, and documentation approaches. The research subjects included the school principal, BOS treasurer, school committee, and teachers involved in BOS management. The results showed that budget planning was conducted through the preparation of the School Work and Budget Plan (RKAS) that involved all related parties. BOS funds were disbursed in two stages per year, namely in January and July, with details of the use of the budget that had been adjusted to the technical guidelines. The bookkeeping of BOS funds was done carefully, including the general cash book, bank assistant book, and tax assistant book. Supervision and evaluation were conducted by internal and external school parties to ensure transparency and accountability. Overall, the management of BOS funds at SMA Negeri 13 Maluku Barat Daya is running well, although it still requires additional assistance from the provincial government and contributions from parents to fulfill the school's operational needs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how to develop the tourism potential of the old town in Padang City. The development of this tourism potential is also expected to be able to improve the regional economy and society. The theory of elements of this development uses the theory by Cooper with 4A namely Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, and Ancillary. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation while the informant selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique. Then in testing the validity of the data researchers used source triangulation. Based on the methods and research conducted, it was found that the development of the Kota Tua tourism potential in Padang City was not optimal. This is obtained from the results of the variables carried out during the study.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of school principals' servant leadership on improving teacher performance in learning management. Servant leadership, with its focus on service and empowerment, is hypothesized to have a positive impact on teacher performance. A literature study method was used to analyze data from journals, books, and research reports related to the topic. The analysis results indicate that school principals' servant leadership can potentially improve teacher performance by increasing motivation, competence, positive work climate, learning innovation, and communication. Further research is needed to develop a contextual servant leadership model and examine the factors influencing its effectiveness at various educational levels.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on company value in cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the technical analysis of this research data uses multiple linear regression. This can be seen from the hypothesis test where the value of profitability is significant for the profitability variable (X1) with a significance value of 0.038 because <0.05 which means that the profitability variable has a positive effect. So it can be said that profitability (X1) statistically affects the value of the company (Y) which means that the first hypothesis is accepted, the leverage variable (X2) with a significance value of 0.993 which means> 0.5. So it can be said that leverage (X2) statistically does not affect the value of the company (Y). The results of this study state that partially, leverage variable (x2) dominantly has no effect on company value in cigarette companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. this means hypothesis 2 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate regional policies in implementing the student learning system in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at SDN 27 Gorontalo City. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The use of this method is carried out with the researcher's consideration that the variable to be studied is single, namely describing regional policies in the application of the student learning system in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation to a number of predetermined informants. In addition, researchers recorded secondary data in the form of library research. The results of the research and discussion show that the learning system implemented by the local government, especially at SDN 27, has not been fully successful. This is because students lose their identity in learning because the tasks given by the teacher are mostly done by parents. Students when following the online learning system (online) or online do not focus on what their teacher is saying. Parents are forced to participate in the online learning process, this causes students to concentrate on learning between listening to the explanations of the teacher and their parents. Teachers are not optimal in carrying out the online learning process because they cannot see student activity, where students often prefer to listen to rather than pay attention to the teaching teacher who is monitored in the video.

Abstract

This study was conducted to provide an overview of the Sidoarjo regent's regulation in protecting the existence of Madurese stalls from modern stalls. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, on the phenomena that occur in society. The results of the study show that the existence of Madurese stalls that sell daily necessities is very helpful for people with low incomes at prices that are affordable/tolerated by the community and can meet their needs in the early hours of the morning. Unlike Modern Stalls, prices cannot be tolerated, this is what helps people with the presence of Madurese stalls. Traditional stalls that sell daily necessities or what are known as grocery stalls are managed by the largest community in Indonesia, namely the Madurese tribe. So this traditional stall is known as Warung Madura. Warung Madura grew rapidly in 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of dividend policy on profit growth. This is a quantitative study with an explanatory type of research that explains the relationship or influence between variables. The population in this study consists of 6 cosmetics and household goods companies for the period 2018-2022, with 30 financial report data points. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. This research uses secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of cosmetics and household goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression. The independent variable in this research is the Dividend Policy. The dependent variable in this research is Profit Growth. Based on the analysis results, it shows that simultaneously, the Dividend Policy does not affect Profit Growth.
