Abstract

At the beginning of its emergence, TikTok was used as an entertainment medium for creation and for showing expression. However over time TikTok innovated in the form of TikTok Shop program which was also supported by attractive features—one of which was live streaming. Live streaming drives the number of TikTok users, especially TikTok shop users. Many competitors required the sellers on TikTok to implement strategies to market their products because marketing is the most important line in a business. There are several studies related to this research, but this research was deliberately written to find out how the sales strategy in TikTok which has been widely used and studied based on conventional and sharia marketing strategy. This research is a library research concentrating data sources on books, articles, journals, and etc. TikTok shop uses a marketing mix promotion strategy by using product strategy, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, and promotion strategy. Sales on TikTok also applies sharia marketing theory: the four characteristics, namely fathonah, amanah, shiddiq, and tabligh even though not all sellers apply it due to their various religions as well as their understanding of Islam. Abstract

The decline in IHSG performance during Covid-19 pandemic period increased investors’ concern to invest in portfolios. This article aims to determine which stocks include the optimal portfolio and a large presentation of proportions, expected return rates and investment risks to be obtained in each of these shares and how the portfolio performance is optimized. 16 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2020 to 2021 and have never delegated for three periods were analyzed with Single Index Model to determine the optimal portfolio and RVOL to measure its performance. The results of the study showed six qualified shares form an optimal portfolio namely Aneka Tambang with a proportion of funds of 27% and a share performance of 0.057164791, Surya Citra Media with a proportion of 24% and a share performance of 0.006916892, Vale Indonesia of 20% and a share performance of 0.010239808, United Tractors of 15% and a share performance of -0.057674556, AKR Corporindo of 12% and a share performance of -0.082656883, and Adaro Energy of 2% and a share performance of -2.627991592. Of the overall stock forming the optimal portfolio has the expected return rate of 0.09408136 or 9.408% and portfolio risk of 0.021037694 or 2.104%

Abstract

The sharia money market at Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia is a forum for overcomes the liquidity shortage of financial institutions including sharia commercial banks as instruments with sharia principles. The research objective is to describe the BUS investment development strategy in PUAS which is a literature study with qualitative descriptive analysis. The result is there are two strategies, namely creating instruments and designing operational mechanisms.

Abstract

In achieving our good financial dreams in the future, of course we can't just rely on the funds sitting in our savings accounts. Apart from not providing high profits, it can also cause the value of our money to be eroded by inflation. Therefore, it is recommended by financial experts to divert it to investment instruments. But there is a dilemma that Muslims might feel about contemplating whether the investments they are currently making are in accordance with Islamic law. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, by reviewing investments that are correct and in accordance with what was taught by Rasulullah SAW and its relevance in this modern era. So that people no longer hesitate to invest and can also improve their economy in the future.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population. As a Muslim, of course, you must obey Allah's commands and stay away from his prohibitions, such as the obligation to consume halal food. This is a form of obedience to religious law (shariah compliance). In 2024, Indonesia wants to become the center of the world's halal industry through various instruments that can make this happen. The halal industry certainly starts with instilling halal values ​​from upstream to downstream which is called the Halal Value Chain and can be internalized by all business actors so that they can realize the Islamic Ecosystem in Indonesia. This study aims to find out how the development of the halal industry in Indonesia is, how the halal value chain process on UD Mitra Mushroom's superior products creates a halal ecosystem, and how is the impact of the halal value chain on UD Mitra Mushroom's superior products to create a halal ecosystem. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with field research specifications with research subjects namely owners, members/workers, and consumers of UD products. The results of this study are that every production process at UD Mitra Mushroom is always required to comply with operational standards (SOP) that are applied continuously. The mushroom raw materials used are harvested from their own agricultural products so that their quality can be maintained. Halal certification has been obtained for several processed mushroom products obtained through halal certification assistance activities carried out by halal assistants from the Muhammadiyah University of Jember and had an impact on increasing sales turnover of these processed mushrooms

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan Maqashid Syariah terhadap penerbitan sukuk infrastruktur oleh pemerintah. Hal ini tidak bisa dilepas dari kondisi saat ini bahwa pemerintah menerbitkan skema Sukuk untuk pembangunan infrastruktur. Keterbatasan APBN yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah membuka peluang bagi masyarakat ataupun pihak swasta untuk terlibat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur melalui skema kerja sama antara pemerintah dengan pihak swasta (public private partnership). Skema kerja sama ini juga dapat menutup defisit APBN sekaligus dapat menghimpun partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pembiayaan pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Adapun Maqashid Syariah bagi umat islam merupakan salah satu konsep yang sangat mendasar dalam memahami dan menjalankan syari’at islam bagi seorang muslim. Sehingga pembiayaan insfratruktur yang dibangun oleh pemerintah melalui skema sukuk penting untuk ditinjau dari Maqashid Syariah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan sumber primer adalah literatur-literatur yang berkaitan langsung dengan penelitian yang dibahas. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengetahui Peran Sukuk Dalam Pembiayaan Infrastruktur Perspektif Maqashid Syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akad sukuk pembiayaan infrastruktur oleh pemerintah dalam pandagan maqashid syari’ah dapat dilakukan.
