Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) in efforts to prevent stunting in Selang Village, Kapanewon Wonosari. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, which begins with observation, and uses interview methods and a literature approach to conduct related studies. At the same time, I want to know about the programs that have been implemented by the PKK of Selang Village, Kapanewon Wonosari, Gunungkidul Regency in efforts to prevent stunting. The analysis was carried out using Edward III theory, based on 4 (four) indicators, namely resources, communication, disposition and bureaucracy. The research results show that PKK cadres in Selang District have played an active role as agents of change in implementing stunting prevention through implementing the PKK priority program. Priority programs that have been implemented by the PKK are child rearing patterns implemented by Working Group (Pokja) I, skills training and development of Family Income Increase Business (UP2K) implemented by Pokja II, optimization of yard land with the 3K Movement (Cages, Ponds and Gardens), and socialization of Diverse, Nutritious, Balanced and Safe (B2SA) food is carried out by Pokja III, outreach activities on Clean and Healthy Lifestyles (PHBS) and assistance to pregnant women and brides-to-be are carried out by Pokja IV.Keyword: Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK); Interval; Role; Stunting.

Abstract

In order to improve the welfare of groups of children with special needs, the Kemudo Village Government collaborated with the Tombo Ati Care Shelter Workshop (SWP) in Kemudo Village to create a UMKM Batik Ciprat with disabilities participants, which is now called Batik Ciprat Tombo Ati Kamajaya. Along the way, there are still various problems, namely (1) Splashed batik products are still less popular with people outside Kemudo Village; (2) The amount of batik production is not yet stable; (3) Promotion via social media and other digital platforms that is not yet optimal; (4) The goal of improving the welfare of people with disabilities through has not yet been achieved. The aim of this research is to determine the development strategy for the UMKM Batik Ciprat disability group in Kemudo Village, Prambanan District, Klaten Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results were 14 alternative strategies that could be implemented in the development of disability groups. Of the 14 alternative strategies, there are still several strategies that have not been implemented by UMKM Batik Ciprat Tombo Ari Kamajaya, namely increasing the ability to manage Disability Groups, increasing the quantity and quality of disability groups, using technology in marketing and promotions, as well as joint commitment among stakeholders.Keyword: Development Strategy; Disability Group; Kemudo Village.

Abstract

The Population Data House, commonly referred to as Rumah DataKu, is one of the key success factors of the Kampung KB program. The aim of this study is to understand how the implementation of the Population Data House program enhances data management in the Kampung KB Teratai Kalurahan Tileng area and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the program's implementation. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with research indicators based on the policy implementation approach model by George C. Edward III. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. To test the validity of the data, source triangulation and technique triangulation methods were used. The qualitative data analysis starts from data collection, data simplification, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are based on four indicators: (1) Initial communication was quite good, as seen from the coordination with all parties involved in the program implementation. However, the program's socialization only reached a portion of the community. (2) Resources consist of two subcategories: human resources and budget resources. In the implementation of the RDK program, human resources were still inadequate, while budget resources were limited. (3) The disposition and attitude of the implementers were quite good, with a strong commitment to their duties and responsibilities. (4) The bureaucratic structure in the program implementation was supported by SOPs and an organizational structure that effectively carried out the assigned activities.Keyword: Implementation Program; Population Data House; Kalurahan Tileng.

Abstract

The quality of library services is important, especially in schools, according to a study. In order to create quality graduate profiles, libraries that assist student learning play a crucial role. Since it is one of the biggest SMKNs in the West Sleman region, this research is being conducted at SMKN 1 Seyegan. This study aims to evaluate and assess the quality of the school library at SMKN 1 Seyegan Sleman. This study used a descriptive, qualitative approach to its research methodology. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used as data-gathering methods. Purposive and snowball sampling were the methods used to identify the informants. Techniques for collecting data, reducing it, presenting it, and deriving conclusions are all used in data analysis. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Reliability indicators have been put into practice and are generally strong, but certain of its sub-indicators namely, accuracy in student service delivery have not performed as predicted; (2) Although service delivery is not on time, quality indicators are fairly good; (3) The indicator of empathy has been implemented well, but other of its components namely, giving students' interests priority have not performed as intended; (4) While responsiveness indicators have been executed quite well, some sub-indicators have fallen short of expectations, including the provision of prompt and accurate services given that there is only one librarian; (5) While the tangible indicators have been put into place and are doing well, there are several sub-indicators that still require improvement, particularly the quality of the library facilities.Keyword: service; quality; library.

Abstract

Green Kayen is a pioneering tourist village located in Padukuhan Kayen, Condongcatur Village, Kapanewon Depok, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Kayen consists of forests, rivers and dams on Village Treasury Land (TKD). The aim of this research is to determine the dynamics of the development of the Green Kayen tourist attraction in Condongcatur Village, Kapanewon Depok, Sleman Regency and the factors that hinder the development of the Green Kayen tourist attraction in Condongcatur Village, Kapanewon Depok, Sleman Regency. This research is research with a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The indicators in this research use Cooper's theory in Sugiyanto (2020: 114) that there are 4As that a tourist attraction must have, namely attraction, accessibility, amenities and ancillary service. The results of the research show that the dynamics of the development of the Green Kayen tourist attraction in Condongcatur Village, Kapenewon Depok, Sleman Regency from 2016 to 2023 are not considered optimal. This is because the development of tourist attractions carried out by POKDARWIS Green Kayen only started in 2020 and only focuses on developing Amenity indicators, while other indicators such as Attraction, Accessibility and Ancillary Service have been developed but are still minimal. Factors inhibiting the development of the Green Kayen tourist attraction in Condongcatur Village, Kapenewon Depok, Sleman Regency consist of land legality, limited funds, no directional signs, narrow road conditions, difficult administration and reporting processes, no site plan yet, human resource problems, and there is no cooperation with disaster management organization.Keyword: Development dynamics; tourist attraction; and Green Kayen.

Abstract

The Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a program providing conditional social assistance to families and/or individuals who are poor and vulnerable who are registered in the integrated data program for handling the poor, and are designated as PKH beneficiary families. Implementation of PKH is an effort made by the government to overcome the problem of poverty.  The research results show that the implementation of PKH in Sumberharjo according to the PKH objective indicators has been achieved well. However, the criteria indicators for PKH beneficiaries as well as the KPM rights and obligations indicators are not yet optimal, because the program targets are not yet fully on target. In the sub-indicator of receiving PKH social assistance, there are still problems in distributing aid, and in the sub-indicator of fulfilling commitments, there are still KPMs who do not fulfill their obligations to attend Group Meetings (PK) and Family Capacity Building Meetings (P2K2). Supporting factors for the implementation of PKH in Sumberharjo are that the monitoring carried out by PKH facilitators regarding the use of PKH assistance is quite good; KPM's attitude in utilizing aid is in accordance with the provisions for using aid; the role of PKH facilitators is good in providing assistance. Inhibiting factors: data on PKH recipients is less accurate, does not match conditions in the field; there are problems in the distribution of PKH assistance; KPM's lack of commitment in fulfilling its obligations; there are no sanctions for KPM who do not fulfill their commitments as PKH participants.  Keyword: Implementation; Program Keluarga Harapan; Poverty.
