EL- Hayah: Journal Islamic Studies published by Postgraduate of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This journal covers textual and empirical, as well as classical and contemporary research on Islam, primarily focusing on Islam and Muslims study in Indonesia. Published in Indonesia, it welcomes contributions in Arabic, English, and Bahasa. Papers are peer-reviewed to maintain a high scholarly level. The El Hayah is published online twice a year in the middle and the end of the year E-ISSN : 2809-7920 | P-ISSN : 2086-4337 El-Hayah openly welcomes scholars, postgraduate students, and practitioners to submit their best research articles that correspond to the topics. This journal covers textual and empirical, as well as classical and contemporary research on Islam, primarily focusing on Islam and Muslims study in Indonesia. Literatur studies focus on exploring the crucial importance of the classical handwritten manuscripts or books of Indonesian Islam. It is concerned with the written transmission of knowledge, the numerous varieties of Islamic literature, and its materials related to philology and thought. Empirical studies. The focus on committed to publishing scholarship grounded in empirical research and comparison of relevance to understanding the broader intellectual of Islam Indonesia. Contemporary Indonesian Islam studies should be based on history, anthropology, sociology, education, law, economics, and political developments.

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى (1) الكشف على عملية تصميم الكتاب التعليمي على أساس المدخل السياقي وإجراءاته، (2) واكتشاف صلاحية الكتاب المصمم، (3) واكتشاف فعالية الكتاب المطور لترقية دوافع تعلم الطالبات في برمامج صباح اللغة بمعهد دار الأتقياء تيجال السنة الدراسية 2022/2023م. منهج البحث المستخدم في هذا البحث هو البحث التطويري (R&D) على نموذج أددي (ADDIE) وتكون من خمس خطوات التحليل (Analyze)، والتصميم (Design)، والتطوير (Develop)، والتطبيق (Implement)، والتقويم (Evaluate). أما نتائج البحث فهي : (1) قد أتم الباحث بحثه بأداء الخطوات الموجودة في نظرية برانج التي تتعلق بنموذج البحث والتطوير ADDIE، وهي التحليل والتصميم والتطوير والتطبيق والتقويم. (2) إن الكتاب المنتج فعال وصالح للاستعمال اعتمادا على استبانة خبير التصميم تبلغ إلى نسبة مئوية 94%، والخبير من ناحية اللغة تبلغ إلى نسبة مئوية90% والمعيار يدل على تحصيل الاستبانة من 81%-100% بتقدير جيد جدا. (3) وكان المنتج فعال لترقية دوافع تعلم الطالبات اعتمادا على استبانة الطالبات تبلغ إلى نسبة مئوية 96%، وأما الإجابة السلبية تبلغ إلى نسبة مئوية 4% فاستنتج منها الباحث أن المادة التعليمية المطورة على مستوى "جيد جدا" ، لأن تلك النسبة المئوية تكون ما بين 81%-100% من معيار نتيجة الاستبانة

Abstract

لقد أصبحت التطرف والتعصب اليوم من القضايا التي كثيرا ما تناقشها بلدان مختلفة في العالم، بما في ذلك إندونيسيا. لأن التطرف والتعصب مواقف تتعارض مع القيم الدينية. نهضة العلماء كمنظمة دينية للمسلمين لها دور مهم للغاية في حياة المسلمين في هذا البلد. وفي هذا الصدد، يتزايد التطرف والتعصب. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد الجهود التي تبذلها نهضة العلماء ضد التطرف والتعصب في منع وتداعيات وتطوير الإسلام المعتدل. طريقة البحث هذه هي البحث المكتبي ذو النهج النوعي.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The process of program implementation at the Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati Central Java (2) Factors that influence the development of sustainable entrepreneurship of students after the implementation of the Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati Central Java program. Researchers used descriptive-qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity checks using data triangulation techniques and data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclution drawing/verification techniques. The results showed: (1) the implementation of the Junior graphic design training program at BLK Komunitas Pesantren Al-Istianah Pati has been running effectively in accordance with the technical instructions from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower in developing the knowledge and skills of trainee santri in the field of graphic design competence (2). The sustainable development of santri entrepreneurship after the implementation of the training program at BLKK Al-Istianah is influenced by several factors, namely: factors of vision, mission and organizational goals, training curriculum, training instructors and graduate participants. Based on these findings, this study recommends the need for collaborative and synergic steps from various parties in the form of further programs at BLKK Al-Istianah related to improving business skills, strengthening business infrastructure, capital support, mentoring and mentoring as well as building networks and business partnerships so that later santri graduates can truly be motivated and entrepreneurial in developing independent and sustainable businesses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkap tingkat kemiripan naskah skripsi-skripsi Program Studi Bahasa dan Sastra Arab di UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Dalam mengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan cara membaca hasil laporan pemeriksaan cek turnitin skripsi mahasiswa program studi bahasa dan sastra arab untuk dilihat frekuensi besaran kesamaan dan memeriksa rata-rata sumber kesamaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah sejauh mana tingkat kemiripan dalam skripsi-skripsi tersebut dan bagaimana penggunaan Turnitin memengaruhi tingkat kemiripan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi dalam tingkat kemiripan, dengan frekuensi kesamaan berkisar antara 0% hingga 32% dan rata-rata kesamaan sekitar 6%. Ditemukan perbedaan antara skripsi berbahasa Arab dan yang telah diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia, mengindikasikan pengaruh proses penerjemahan. Temuan dari penelitian ini merekomendasikan pada pihak prodi bahasa dan sastra arab untuk melakukan cek turnitin berbahasa indonesia terlebih dahulu untuk mengantisipasi kesamaan sumber karena pada aplikasi turnitin belum dapat membaca kesamaan pada teks-teks arab.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Until now, the problem of poverty is still found in society. Where people are economically unable to meet their living needs. To overcome this problem, one of the actions that can be taken is by distributing zakat. Zakat is the obligation of every Muslim who meets the requirements to give some of the wealth they own. It is hoped that the existence of zakat can help reduce poverty rates so that people's lives can be prosperous, one of which is through productive zakat. The distribution of zakat must be effective and in accordance with sharia so that its management is right on target. Islam teaches its followers to help each other. This research aims to find out how to manage productive zakat funds in empowering MSMEs at LAZIS Al-Ihsan Solo and review the sharia perspective on the management of productive zakat funds in empowering MSMEs at LAZIS Al-Ihsan Solo. So that later we can find out whether the management of productive zakat funds can solve the economic problems faced by mustahik. This research method is field-based qualitative research, namely research carried out by direct observation of phenomena that occur in the field. Keywords: Management, Empowerment, Sharia Perspective Review, Productive Zakat ABSTRAK Hingga saat ini, masalah kemiskinan yang terjadi masih ditemukan di masyarakat. Dimana masyarakat tidak mampu secara ekonomi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, tindakan yang dapat dilakukan salah satunya yaitu dengan cara pendistribusian zakat. Zakat sebagai kewajiban setiap umat muslim yang telah memenuhi syarat untuk memberikan sebagian harta yang dimilikinya. Keberadaan zakat diharapkan dapat membantu mengurangi angka kemiskinan sehingga dapat mensejahterahkan kehidupan masyarakat, salah satunya melalui zakat produktif. Dalam pendistribusian zakat pun haruslah efektif dan sesuai dengan syariah sehingga dalam pengelolaanya tepat sasaran. Agama Islam mengajarkan umatnya agar saling tolong menolong terhadap sesama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dana zakat produktif dalam memberdayakan UMKM di LAZIS Al-Ihsan Solo dan tinjauan perspektif syariah terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat produktif dalam memberdayakan UMKM di LAZIS Al-Ihsan Solo. Sehingga nantinya dapat diketahui apakah pengelolaan dana zakat produktif sudah dapat menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi yang dihadapi para mustahik. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berbasis lapangan yaitu penelitian dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan secara langsung terhadap fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Abstract

This research aims to explore the perspectives of religion and sociology on the Childfree phenomenon. The study adopts a qualitative approach using the methodology of Conceptual Thematic Hadith Studies and Sociology. The research findings and discussions reveal both theological and social understandings. Based on the exploration of hadiths concerning marriage and procreation, the decision not to have children (Childfree) within marital relationships can undermine one of the primary purposes of marriage, which is reproduction. Having children in Islamic doctrine carries implications for both worldly life and the hereafter. The directives in the hadiths regarding marriage and procreation are recommendations and forms of preference rather than obligatory commands. From a sociological perspective, the choice of spouses to be Childfree represents a social reality that is currently occurring. The decision to be Childfree, for any reason, contradicts the values believed and understood by the majority of Indonesian society, which consider reproduction as a significant purpose of marriage.
