Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses internalisasi nilai-nilai psikologi pendidikan Islam dalam interaksi guru dan murid di SMA Integral Hidayatullah Batam. Fokus penelitian terletak pada bagaimana guru menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai keislaman melalui pendekatan psikologis, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi dalam praktik sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi kegiatan sekolah. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of school activities. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the internalization of Islamic educational psychology values is manifested through teacher role modeling (uswah hasanah), habituation of worship and Islamic character, as well as emotional and spiritual guidance in both classroom and non-classroom interactions. Supporting factors include a religious school culture, family support, and teachers’ consistency as role models. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors involve students’ diverse backgrounds, the influence of digital media, and limited time for guidance. This study concludes that the internalization of Islamic educational psychology values significantly contributes to shaping students’ religious character and positive personality. The implications highlight the importance of collaboration among teachers, schools, and families in ensuring the continuity of Islamic personality development based on educational psychology principles. penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Abstract

Modernization and the development of information technology have brought changes in urban lifestyle patterns, including in how individuals express their lifestyles. One emerging phenomenon is the increase in community activity in cafes as new social spaces. This study aims to determine how women's activities in cafes become part of women's lifestyles in Ternate City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, with female cafe visitors in Ternate City as research subjects. The data obtained were then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that women's activities in cafes are not only related to enjoying food and drinks, but also a means to socialize, chat, work, and spend leisure time with friends, partners, or colleagues. Cafes also become spaces that provide social and emotional experiences for women through a comfortable atmosphere, attractive interior design, and facilities such as internet access. Furthermore, social media plays a significant role in shaping women's preferences for cafes, as many visitors learn about cafes through posts on digital platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The activity of documenting cafe visits then becomes part of the practice of self-representation in the digital space. Based on the consumer society perspective put forward by Jean Baudrillard, this phenomenon demonstrates that cafes not only function as functional consumption venues but also possess symbolic value related to social identity and modern lifestyles. Thus, cafes can be understood as social spaces that represent the lifestyles of modern women in Ternate City.

Abstract

The paper discusses the perspectives of Islamic jurisprudence on the marriage of pregnant women in terms of their legitimacy in Islamic law. The problem is still relevant, as it continues to generate divergent understandings in society, notably concerning the legality of the marriage contract, the status of marital relations, and legal implications following marriage. This study employs normative method with library research strategy. Data were analysed from primary sources such as the Qur'an, hadith, and opinions of Islamic jurists and secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and pertinent Islamic legal literature. The peculiarity of this study is that it discusses systematically the marriage of pregnant women by combining the validity of contract, the legal legitimacy and family welfare in one analytical frame. The data indicate that there are different opinions in Islamic jurisprudence on this issue. Some scholars allow marriage under specific conditions, others are more restrictive with legal rules. The divergences stem from varying readings of the textual evidence, the status of pregnancy and the purpose of lineage protection. The study indicates that the validity of such marriage should be carefully evaluated in light of the Islamic legal sources, scholarly perspectives, and the notion of public interest.
