Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of utilization of the container stacking field, the need for the container stacking field, container projections for the next 12 months. The research method used is data projection and calculation formulas for Container Yard Occupancy Ratio, container yard requirements. The result of the research is that the utilization rate of container storage areas increases and decreases every month, but is still sufficient and the utilization rate is still below the effective land area of 70%, but in June 2022 the utilization rate is quite high at 71.45% exceeding the effective land area so that the occurrence of accumulation. The need for a stacking field every month exceeds the available field area. As can be seen in January 2022, the demand for stacking fields is 8,000 m2 while the available field area is 6,727 m2 . The projected demand for container flows in July 2022 to June 2023 has an increase in demand for container flows, which can be seen in the demand in June 2023 of 4025 TEUs while in September 2022 amounted to 3,804 TEUs. In the projected level of field use (CYOR) it can be seen that in July it was 55.81% while in February 2023 it was 64.61%.

Abstract

Mass Rapid Transit or MRT is one of the most popular transportation facilities by residents in Jakarta and the outskirts of Jakarta because the MRT has comfortable and safe infrastructure and facilities. This research is a type of descriptive quantifiable research by taking a descriptive statistical approach. Done with the questionnaire method to MRT users as many as 100 respondents, namely someone who has used mrt Jakarta aged 15 years – 64 years, using the Purposive Sampling sampling technique and carried out with quantitative analysis including validity tests and reability tests, hypothesis tests, Multiple Linear Regression, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variables of Service Quality and Station Facilities have an influence on Passenger Satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The results of the analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method showed that the level of passenger satisfaction with the quality of the Jakarta MRT was 90.8%, which means that this value is at a very satisfied level. This shows that passengers who use the Jakarta MRT are very satisfied with the performance and services provided by MRT Jakarta. The results of the analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method can be seen that of the 38 attributes assessed, there are 14 attributes that are in quadrant I. These attributes are the top priority to be improved by MRT Jakarta so that the level of passenger satisfaction is in accordance with the level of importance.

Abstract

Ports have the role of being a meeting point between transportation and interests in it which include services to ships, passengers, and cargo. In order to strive for the best service, it is necessary to evaluate passenger services at the port. In evaluating the level of passenger service at the Nusantara Pura II Tanjung Priok passenger ship terminal, using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, it was found that there was an increase in service and service performance flow for passenger ship facilities at the Tanjung Priok port terminal on 15 facility attributes, and resulted in customer satisfaction scores. to service facilities, namely "SATISFACTORY".

Abstract

PT. I is one of the logistics sector companys that provides several services including Cargo Terminal. Based on the data obtained through observation and document archives, it was found that some cargo damage was wet, leaking, torn, etc.. Using a qualitative approach where the methode used is Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and quantitative approach to find the RPN value through a questionnaire. It was found that wet cargo was the most damaged, followed by torn and breakage cargo. The factors caused damage is lack of preparation for handling during rainy wheather, incorrect use of packaging, and handling loading and unloading of goods that are not in accordance with the standart operational procedure. And effects caused by the contents of the cargo being wet, the packaging is rotten, torn, and opened also the cargo is broken, dent, and leaking. Damage to cargo is a major problem in logistics, because its the priority and is considered the most important is the integrity and condition of the goods sent. If this is allowed, it will result in the value of the quality logistics company by its customers.

Abstract

PT. Rajawali Nusindo Jakarta Branch 2 is a company in the distribution of healthcare such as medical devices, vaccines, medicines and consumer goods with intense competition, and has a target in the delivery of one day service to prove to customers that it can meet customer needs. and provide the best quality service. The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out in depth about the problems that cause delays in the delivery of healthcare goods. The research method used by Six Sigma and assisted by DMAIC analysis tools is expected to be able to carry out an improvement and improvement consistently on the problems studied. The results of the research obtained are that there are several problem factors that cause delays in the delivery of healthcare goods, namely over delivery or work, staff who are less focused, high demand at certain times, system errors sometimes, weather, late getting information on warehouse stock updates, lack of transportation fleets, an error occurred in the arrival of goods from the factory, and the customer did not fill in the complete requirements.

Abstract

The logistics business is one sector of activity that is currently showing a high growth rate, in line with the increasing needs of society and the development of increasingly sophisticated technology. This development must be supported by efforts made to create an effective and efficient logistics system. The main trigger for the high cost of logistics in Indonesia is the inadequate logistics system and infrastructure. Therefore, an effective and efficient mode of transportation is needed in order to achieve optimization of logistics costs for companies, especially in the Cikarang area. The analytical tools used are Multinomial Logistic Regression, Crosstab Analysis and Stated Preference. From this analysis, there are four factors that most influence the willingness of respondents to use canal/waterway-based modes. These factors are the type of goods, the number of goods, shipping costs, and the reason for choosing the mode. Based on the calculation results of the four scenario simulations that have been carried out, it is known that the probability of switching from a highway/truck-based mode to a canal/waterway-based mode is 58.9% switching.
