Abstract

Soekarno-Hatta Airport is the busiest airport. There are so many means of transportation that connect to the airport, namely land transportation because air transportation and land transportation are interconnected and influence each other. Land transportation facilities on public transportation connecting to the airport are Airport Train, Private Vehicle, Damri Bus, Taxi, and Online Transportation. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the characteristics of mode selection, determine the choice model and determine the probability of mode selection at the research location at Soekarno-Hatta Airport by using a logit model to determine the probability of mode selection to Soekarno-Hatta Airport so that the research results show that the probability of airport trains is 94%, private vehicles by 86%, taxis by 0%, and Damri buses by 66% and online transportation by 74%. Then the results of the most selected research are airport trains with logit model calculations (-49,81046917 + 0,646064476 X 70 X1 + (-0,068540438) X 20 X2 + 0,12937047 X 47 X3) with variable costs, distance time.

Abstract

PT. X focuses on warehousing logistics, transportation, and pest eradication services. In the distribution of rice, PT. X hands over to its subsidiary engaged in transportation services. The subsidiary of PT. X has problems faced, namely the number of varied delivery destinations, different requests for each customer and route determination still relying on the experience of the driver. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the optimal route in delivery, by minimizing the total distance traveled, calculating the total minimum cost resulting from the calculation of the Tabu Search Algorithm. The results of the study, the total distance on the company's initial 4 routes amounted to 372.6 Km and the overall initial cost of 4 routes incurred by the company amounted to Rp. 1,654,244. After using the Tabu Search Algorithm, 3 new route proposals were generated amounting to 298.5 Km and the overall cost for 3 routes was Rp. 1,339,223 which means getting a distance savings of 74.1 Km and shipping cost savings of Rp. 315,021. The route results obtained using the Tabu Search Algorithm are, Route 1: (0-C4-C60) with a distance of 45.8 Km, route 2: (0-C1-0) with a distance of 85 Km, route 3: (0-C3-C5-C2-0) with a total distance of 167.7 Km.

Abstract

Tuna commodities play a crucial role as the second-largest fisheries export commodity, significantly contributing to Indonesia's foreign exchange. Indonesia holds substantial potential to dominate the international tuna market, with North Sulawesi emerging as the largest producer in 2021, reaching 56,205,302 kg. However, despite this, the export volume of North Sulawesi Province decreased by 6.6% in 2020-2021, indicating that the potential tuna supply has not been fully optimized. To maintain consistency and enhance the export supply chain performance of tuna products, transparency is required from upstream to downstream, involving planning, procurement, production, marketing, and distribution in the supply chain system. Efforts to improve the supply chain system involve evaluating performance through measurement. This research aims to measure the performance of the tuna commodity supply chain in North Sulawesi, applying the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method and weighting each supply chain performance metric using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Measurement results indicate that the performance of the tuna commodity supply chain in an exporting company in Bitung City, North Sulawesi, reaches a value of 69.421, categorizing it as "Average." Performance indicators showing suboptimal values include Forecast Accuracy, Exported Product Sales, Defect Rate, Compliance with Standards, Procurement Costs, and Production Costs.

Abstract

The high movement of land transport mobility caused increase traffic accidents which becomes main problem of safety transportation system, without exception toll roads. Minimally obstacles when crossing toll roads make alternative commuter workers in mobilizing due to ease of access and time efficiency. Several factors caused accident such human, vehicle, and environment. The purpose the study was to determine the level of traffic accidents Toll Pondok Aren - Serpong, and to determine the blacklink segment using the accident rate method, then focus determining blackspot using the cumulative summary method, then do spot speed survey, questionnaire survey and interviews to analyze the behavior patterns Toll Pondok Aren - Serpong drivers and road inventory by evaluating existing conditions and road safety facilities blackspot locations. According the analysis, the accident prone location or blacklink Jakarta direction located at KM 10 + 600 - 9 + 800 with the accident rate is 52.29 accidents/100 JPKP and KM 8 + 600 - 6 + 400 is 31.03 accidents/100 JPKP with the blackspot STA 10 + 600 - 10 + 399 and STA 7 + 600 - 7 + 399 while Serpong route at KM 10 + 600 - 12 + 700 with the highest accident rate of 94.95 accidents/100 JPKP with blackspots STA 10 + 600 - 10 + 399 and STA 12 + 100 - 12 + 399.

Abstract

PT.XYZ is one of the companies engaged in freight forwarding services. In this study, we analyzed the risk factor of delays in export shipments where there was data on delays in January-March 2023, causing export shipments to not run properly and causing losses to the company. The purpose of this research is to identify the causes of risks that occur and minimize the causes of these risks. The method used in the research is supply chain activity mapping using Supply Chain Operation Reference and House of Risk. The results of this study were 12 risk events and 11 risk agents. By using a pareto diagram to determine the priority of risk agents based on the highest value, five dominant risk agents were obtained, namely A2 (Human error), A11 (Late loading of goods), A10 (Trucks operate side by side with employee return hours), A8 (Not finished production) and A6 (Container runs out). Based on these dominant risk agents, 9 mitigation actions can be implemented. Of the 9 mitigation strategies by considering the effectiveness in its application, 5 main strategies were obtained, namely providing training (PA1), establishing communication with related parties (PA4), providing rewards or punishments to employees (PA2), making fleet travel schedules (PA5) and making education to shippers (PA3).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Operational Performance of Ship and Goods Services at the Malundung Tarakan Port in 2022. The data collection technique was carried out by the author by collecting field data (field research) and collecting library (library research). In this study the author uses a quantitative method, which emphasizes the analysis of data collected from field survey results. The data obtained from the survey results were then analyzed and compared with the standards specified in the Peraturan Dirjen Perhubungan Laut No. HK 103/2/18/DJPL-2016 Tentang Standar Kinerja Operasional Pelayanan Pelabuhan, the results of the discussion were that the Ship Service Performance while in the Malundung Tarakan Harbor had good performance as a result of Waiting Time (WT) 1 Hour, Approach Time (AT) 1.47 Hours, Berthing Time (BT) 43.6 Hours, Effective Time (ET) 28.3 Hours and Not Operation Time (NOT) 12.34 Hours, while for the ratio of ships while in berths (ET/BT) obtained sufficient results well that is 65.8 Hours. The performance of loading/unloading flows at the Malundung Tarakan Port in 2022 received a good score with an average value of 24 T/G/H and 21 B/C/H. Performance Utilization of Facilities related to the Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) obtained unfavorable results, namely 79.86%, while the Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) obtained good results with an average value of 36.3%.
