In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, expedited services companies play a pivotal role in the distribution of vaccines, necessitating effective internal control systems. This research utilizes COSO Internal Control Framework and SWOT analysis to examine the internal control system for COVID-19 vaccine delivery within companies. Through qualitative interviews and quantitative analysis of company documents, strengths and weaknesses of the internal control system, as well as external opportunities and threats impacting vaccine distribution, are identified. The study aims to provide recommendations to enhance the internal control system for improved efficiency and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccine distribution. By contributing insights into vaccine logistics and internal controls, this research supports global efforts to combat the pandemic by ensuring secure and timely delivery of vital vaccines.

Industri logistik dan kurir memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan e-commerce, khususnya di wilayah dengan persaingan tinggi seperti Jakarta Utara. Dalam konteks ini, kepuasan konsumen menjadi elemen kunci untuk mempertahankan pangsa pasar dan menarik pelanggan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap layanan Perusahaan Logistik-Kurir X di Jakarta Utara menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). CSI digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen secara kuantitatif, sedangkan IPA menganalisis kesenjangan antara tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja atribut layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai CSI perusahaan adalah 57,9%, yang termasuk dalam kategori "Cukup Puas." Analisis IPA mengidentifikasi beberapa atribut layanan yang masuk ke dalam kuadran prioritas utama (Concentrate Here), seperti keamanan barang, responsivitas, kemudahan klaim, dan kesediaan membantu pelanggan. Sementara itu, atribut seperti kecepatan layanan dan kepercayaan berada pada kuadran "Keep Up the Good Work" mencerminkan kekuatan perusahaan yang harus dipertahankan. Beberapa atribut lain, seperti penampilan kurir dan kondisi kendaraan, berada pada kuadran dengan prioritas rendah (Low Priority), karena dianggap kurang penting oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, seperti digitalisasi proses klaim, peningkatan keamanan barang melalui teknologi GPS, dan pelatihan kurir untuk meningkatkan responsivitas. Dengan meningkatkan atribut-atribut layanan yang berada di kuadran prioritas utama, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja dan memenuhi harapan konsumen secara lebih efektif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan praktis bagi perusahaan logistik-kurir dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.Kata Kunci: logistik dan kurir; kualitas pelayanan; kepuasan pelanggan; CSI; IPA

Potensi global yang signifikan dari pasar halal, sangat dianjurkan bahwa penyedia layanan logistik secara aktif berkontribusi pada pengembangan industri rantai pasokan halal. Namun, hanya beberapa perusahaan logistik yang telah mendapatkan sertifikasi halal. Tim ini melakukan inisiatif outreach di beberapa organisasi penyedia layanan logistik untuk mendidik mereka tentang kebutuhan untuk mempertahankan integritas halal di seluruh rantai pasokan. Salah satu hasil dari partisipasi dalam Program Layanan Komunitas ini adalah kesempatan untuk secara langsung berinteraksi dan memiliki percakapan dengan pendiri dan dewan direktur perusahaan logistik. Perusahaan-perusahaan didorong untuk mempercepat adopsi sertifikasi halal karena program pemerintah yang mengharuskan sertifikasi halal untuk produk makanan dan minuman pada bulan Oktober 2024. Ketika datang untuk menerapkan rantai pasokan halal, perusahaan harus memiliki persyaratan tertentu, termasuk kemampuan daya telusur dalam produk mereka. Untuk mendukung kemampuan ini secara memadai, fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang diperlukan harus didirikan.

This research presents a comprehensive framework for utilizing information technology (IT) to enhance the effectiveness of humanitarian logistics management. By employing value stream mapping, we conducted a thorough analysis of the current (AS-IS) business processes involved in humanitarian response. Through this analysis, we identified significant inefficiencies and bottlenecks that hinder the timely delivery of aid. Addressing these challenges, we propose a new (TO-BE) business process model that incorporates the implementation of a warehouse management system (WMS). This innovative approach is expected to significantly reduce lead times by 25%, thereby improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of humanitarian operations.The proposed framework outlines the key steps and considerations for integrating IT solutions into humanitarian logistics, providing a valuable guide for organizations seeking to optimize their response capabilities and save lives.

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Pesantren Raudhatul Qur'an 1 Klaten dengan tujuan mengintegrasikan konsep rantai pasok dan kewirausahaan dalam industri kreatif pembudidayaan lebah madu. Kegiatan ini diinisiasi atas dasar pentingnya pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren melalui pendekatan berbasis keahlian dan kewirausahaan yang aplikatif. Kegiatan melibatkan dosen dari ITL Trisakti, Universitas Indonesia, serta dukungan dari Kementerian Pertanian. Santri dilibatkan secara aktif mulai dari tahap persiapan budidaya lebah, pemeliharaan, hingga pengemasan dan pemasaran produk madu. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan teknis, pendampingan manajerial, dan simulasi pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri terkait budidaya lebah dan manajemen rantai pasok. Selain itu, program ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pesantren melalui optimalisasi produksi dan penjualan madu. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi antara keilmuan rantai pasok dan kewirausahaan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren yang berkelanjutan dan relevan dengan kebutuhan industri kreatif lokal.

This study presents a comprehensive literature review on the evolving role of sustainable finance and ethical investment as a transformative force in global capital markets. It explores the theoretical foundations that underpin ethical investing, including stakeholder theory, institutional theory, legitimacy theory, and behavioral finance. The review identifies key drivers of ethical investment, such as regulatory developments, institutional investor demand, technological innovation, and changing demographic preferences. Empirical findings indicate that sustainable investment strategies often yield comparable or superior financial performance while enhancing portfolio resilience. However, persistent implementation challenges-including inconsistent ESG metrics, greenwashing, and measurement limitations-undermine the credibility and effectiveness of ethical finance. The study highlights the need for greater standardization, reliable data, and regulatory coherence to support the sustainable integration of ESG principles into financial systems. Future research directions are proposed to deepen the understanding of ESG impact, investor behavior, and technological applications in responsible investing.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kesadaran siswa-siswi mengenai potensi bahaya yang mengintai dari barang-barang di sekitar mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tanpa disadari, banyak produk yang kita gunakan atau temui memiliki sifat berbahaya jika tidak ditangani dengan benar. Oleh karena itu, penyuluhan ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan siswa terhadap produk-produk tersebut. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan produk yang memiliki sifat berbahaya agar siswa lebih berhati-hati dalam berinteraksi dengannya. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan langsung di SMKN 43. Hasil dari penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat langsung memahami jenis-jenis barang yang memiliki risiko, sehingga mereka dapat mengetahui langkah-langkah pencegahan, cara menyimpan, dan cara memperlakukan barang tersebut dengan benar. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah masih sedikit siswa yang menyadari potensi risiko yang dihasilkan dari barang-barang berbahaya. Melalui sosialisasi ini, diharapkan mahasiswa mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dalam memitigasi risiko di lingkungan mereka masing-masing.

The rapid emergence of Industry 4.0 has reshaped supply chain management by introducing advanced digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of Things, and big data analytics. This study aims to explore how the integration of these technologies influences efficiency, resilience, and sustainability in global supply chains. A systematic literature review was conducted using major academic databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, applying carefully selected keywords to identify relevant studies published between 2010 and 2025. Inclusion criteria focused on empirical, conceptual, and review studies addressing digital transformation in supply chain management, while irrelevant and non-peer-reviewed sources were excluded. Results indicate that IoT improves real-time visibility, AI enhances demand forecasting and risk management, blockchain strengthens transparency and trust, and big data analytics provides actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Collectively, these technologies reduce costs, mitigate risks, and support environmental sustainability by reducing waste, emissions, and inefficiencies. However, the findings also reveal systemic barriers, including inadequate infrastructure, limited resources in developing economies, regulatory inconsistencies, and organizational resistance to change. The discussion emphasizes the importance of supportive policies, public–private collaboration, and organizational cultural shifts to enable effective adoption. While theoretical models of digital supply chains are validated, empirical gaps remain, particularly concerning interoperability and long-term impacts. Future research should pursue longitudinal and sector-specific studies to address these limitations. Overall, digital transformation emerges as both a strategic necessity and a pathway toward inclusive, resilient, and sustainable supply chain management.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in logistics, such as providing goods distribution and consolidation services for Export, Import, Cargo Transportation, Customs Clearance, Halal Logistics & Cold Storage, Warehouse and Freight Forwarder activities. One of the services provided is Cold Storage. The warehouse serves the storage of several customers in good finish storage. This research is motivated by the findings of field studies that in the process of inbound goods in cold storage warehouses using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) obstacles arise which cause the inbound process to be hampered and not run smoothly, these factors appear and become a risk. So it is necessary to do risk management or risk analysis. The analysis will identify risk, assess risk and accept risk. The results of the risk obtained in the inbound process of goods in the cold storage warehouse using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) from the identification that there are 5 (five) risks that arise in these activities, there are 2 (two) risks that are included in the Acceptable category and 3 (three) types of risk with the Undesirable category (unexpected) so that mitigation is needed to minimize the impact of the identified risks. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can explain the theories, concepts and analytical methods used, and can provide an overview in the process of qualitative risk analysis.
