Abstract

The preparation of a work program for educational budget implementation is a strategic step in managing financial resources to achieve educational goals. Effective budget management plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability of quality educational facilities and services. This article discusses seven key aspects of educational budget preparation, namely routine budgets, development budgets, budget determination, expedited work completion through cash programs, program cost analysis, and the preparation of unit costs for routine and development budgets. The routine budget covers daily operational needs, such as salary payments, stationery procurement, and facility maintenance, which are prepared based on an inventory of needs and priority setting. Meanwhile, the development budget focuses on long-term projects, such as renovations and new facility procurements. Budget determination is carried out by referring to data-based educational needs and involving stakeholders to ensure transparency. In addition, a cash program strategy is implemented to accelerate work completion through timely fund management. Program cost analysis helps evaluate the effectiveness of fund allocation by comparing benefits and costs and identifying potential inefficiencies. The preparation of unit costs, both for routine and development budgets, considers market price standards and the specific needs of each component. Each stage is designed to ensure transparent, efficient, and targeted budget management. With thorough planning and active involvement from various parties, the educational budget can be allocated optimally to create a conducive learning environment. This article is expected to serve as a practical guide for policymakers and educational practitioners in enhancing accountability and financial management quality in the education sector, thereby supporting the sustainable achievement of national educational goals.

Abstract

This article takes a deep dive into the concept of differentiated instruction as a key strategy for creating inclusive and adaptive classrooms in junior high schools. Using a literature review method, the discussion focuses on how teachers can develop learning plans that respond to students' diverse readiness levels, interests, and learning styles through modifications to content, processes, and learning outcomes. This study demonstrates that differentiation is not merely a technical approach but a pedagogical approach that places students' needs at the center of learning. Within the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, differentiated learning serves as a crucial foundation for delivering fair and meaningful education, supported by diagnostic assessments and flexible planning. This article recommends strengthening teachers' capacities, fostering professional collaboration, and ensuring systemic support from educational institutions as essential prerequisites for the optimal and sustainable implementation of differentiated learning.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning strategy models in Islamic universities. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, then analyzed starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure valid data, this study uses source triangulation to find different gaps while obtaining accurate and consistent data. The findings indicate that the PBL learning model in Islamic universities is rooted in two main frameworks: the Problem-Based Learning model by Bransford and Stein and the Problem-Solving Learning model of the troubleshooting type proposed by David H. Jonassen. In its implementation, both models develop adaptively through self-directed learning, collaborative, and scaffolding approaches. Furthermore, this study provides a new contribution by showing that the implementation of PBL in Islamic universities is not only oriented towards cognitive aspects, but also integrates religious and ethical values in the learning process. These findings confirm that PBL is a flexible, contextual learning model, and has great potential in developing critical and reflective thinking skills, while also shaping students' character holistically.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the characteristics of fiqh thought of the four major Islamic school imams and their implications for forming a tolerant character in the digital era. It employs a qualitative approach with library research, drawing on academic books, indexed journal articles, and relevant scholarly works on fiqh schools, ijtihad methods, and tolerance. Data were collected through systematic documentation with specific selection criteria and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, involving data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing based on thematic categorization. The findings reveal that differences among the four imams stem from variations in epistemology, ijtihad methods, and socio-historical contexts, reflecting the intellectual richness of Islamic tradition. These differences contain values that contribute to the development of tolerant character, manifested in attitudes such as accepting diversity, listening patiently, respecting differing opinions, avoiding hate speech, demonstrating humility, acting wisely, and fostering critical digital literacy communities. The study concludes that fiqh thought not only functions as a normative foundation of Islamic law but also holds contextual relevance in shaping tolerance in the digital age, requiring its actualization through analytical-contextual education and inclusive digital literacy.
