Abstract

Kitab suci Al-Qur`an merupakan sumber inspirasi bagi umat Islam yang mencakup unsur-unsur dakwah tidak terkecuali metode dakwah Islam. Dakwah adalah tugas para Rasul, merupakan seruan untuk mengajak manusia ke jalan Allah. Dalam Al-Qur’an terdapat padangan khusus mengenai metode dakwah Islam yang telah digunakan oleh para Rasul. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan dan menganalisis pandangan al-Qur`an terhadap metode dakwah Islam. Tulisan ini tergolong pada penelitian kepustakaan yangn tehnik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan analisis data menggunakan metode  content analisis. Sumber utama tulisan ini adalah kitab suci Al-Qur`an yang berkaitan dengan metode dakwah. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan penjelasan Al-Qur`an maka dapat dikatakan bahwa metode dakwah Islam mencakup aspek al-hikmah, al-mau’idzah, al-jidal, dan al-qudwah.

Abstract

Dakwah merupakan bagian dari proses kegiatan dan persuasi yang mengarah pada penyampaian pesan-pesan ajaran Islam, perubahan dan pengembangan dan keteladanan yang tersusun dalm sebuah sistem dakwah. Sedangkan tarekat sebagai media dakwah ialah suatu metode, jalan, atau cara untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT, agar tercapai tujuan dakwah di tengah masyarakat dengan metode pendekatan bil hikmah, wal mauidzatil hasanah wa jaadilhum billati hiya ahsan. Sufisme tidak bisa dilepaskan dalam kehidupan masyarakat muslim di pedesaan. Tradisi sufi yang berkembang dan eksisnya tradisi sufi di kalangan masyarakat pedesaan merupakan media dakwah yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter dan identitas masyarakat yang religius dengan binaan dan  terorganisir yang disebut dalam majelis dzikir tarekat.

Abstract

Da'wah is an activity to invite, call and broadcast information and teachings of the Islamic religion. In preaching, using correct and appropriate da'wah methods will be able to achieve success in da'wah activities. Because no matter how good or interesting the method or material provided, not using the right da'wah method will affect the success of the da'wah. Where the dawak must use the right method for each mad'u need. In developing and revitalizing the Al-Hidayah mosque in Tlogoretno Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency, this mosque has carried out and preserved several methods of preaching used to broadcast the Islamic religion. In its preaching method, the Al-Hidayah mosque uses the bil hal da'wah method, the verbal bil da'wah method, and the bil qalam da'wah method. This da'wah method is a da'wah method that can be accepted by both mad'u and the community so that da'wah activities at the al-Hidayah mosque can achieve success in preaching. However, apart from the supporting factors that can be successful in preaching at the Al-Hidayah mosque, there are also obstacles in carrying out this preaching. In this study, the research data used an approach from qualitative research methods with observations at the Al-Hidayah mosque in Tlogoretno Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency. The results of the research show that the da'wah method strategy is well accepted by mad'u or the community in Tlogoretno Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency. However, to further develop or revive the mosque, several activities are still needed that can be added to further advance or revive the mosque.

Abstract

The sorong serah custom is not just a traditional and cultural procession, but has high Islamic teaching values, both in terms of its implementation and the symbols that accompany its implementation. So it is very possible for this traditional activity to become an effective medium for da'wah because it is expressed as part of the teachings of the Islamic religion. The sorong serah custom as one of the local wisdom of the Sasak community which contains artistic value cannot be separated from da'wah activities. In the Sasak context, the sorong serah custom can be considered a free folk cultural arts performance. This study uses a qualitative approach to examine the sorong serah tradition in the Sasak traditional community. Data was collected through observation and interviews. Observations were carried out to observe the process of implementing the sorong serah tradition. Interviews were conducted with traditional leaders and people involved in implementing these traditions. Interviews were conducted to dig deeper into how the parties involved interpret this tradition from an Islamic and cultural perspective. This study uses an Islamic and cultural approach to assess the sorong serah ceremony. The sorong serah custom as one of the local wisdom of the Sasak community which contains artistic value cannot be separated from da'wah activities. In the Sasak context, the sorong serah custom can be considered a free folk cultural arts performance. The performance is able to attract people's interest to gather to watch and listen to this art performance

Abstract

Kecimol is contemporary art which is a product of today as part of cultural acculturation due to interactions with other cultures. The cultural acculturation referred to is European culture which started from drum bands and then the idea emerged to form a new art known as Kecimol. This research aims to find out how Islamic and cultural values have shifted in the nyongkolan tradition using kecimol. The research method used is a qualitative approach which produces a clear description and the data obtained is in accordance with the desired data so that it can be analyzed well. This research found that the shift in Islamic values is 1) the presence of dancers, 2) the presence of alcohol which causes commotion, 3) dirty words, 4) loss of mutual respect with road users. Apart from that, the cultural shift that occurred was 1) how to dress, 2) how to line up, 3) when to finish hanging out.

Abstract

Modern civilization is characterized by unprecedented technological innovations that have resulted in major cultural shifts. Religion is still one of the main phenomena most affected by the current digital revolution. Da'wah, as one of the main principles of Islam, is no exception to this global cyber culture. In order to remain relevant and address the current needs of the Muslim community, da'wah needs to adapt to the dynamics of digitalization in today's society. This article discusses the transformation of da'wah in the era of mass media, digital communication and the internet. This research explains how the global digital revolution has opened up new avenues for da'wah that have the potential to spread the message of Islam widely. However, at the same time the digitalization of communications and the culture it builds is also experiencing an unprecedented ethical strengthening related to cyber culture, cyber ethics, hyperreality and mass cognitive dissonance. So, while it is important to ensure that the method of da'wah is relevant to today's times, it must be in full accordance with the ideals of the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

The existence of da'wah is very urgent in Islam. Da'wah and Islam cannot be separated from each other. As is known, da'wah is an effort to invite, call and influence people to always adhere to the teachings of Allah in order to obtain happiness in life in this world and the hereafter. Islam is a universal religion, revealed as a blessing for the entire universe. But the grace it contains will not be felt without an effort to spread it, namely da'wah. Among the problems that the author raises in this research are: How is the da'wah material of the Tabligh Jama'ah in delivering da'wah messages at the Nurusshalihin Mosque in West Labuapi. This research method uses a type of qualitative approach that is descriptive . The location of the research is at the Nurusshalihin Mosque in West Labuapi. The data collection techniques used include: (1) observation (2) interviews (3) documentation. The validity and reliability techniques used consist of four criteria, namely: (1) degree of credibility, (2) transferability, (3) dependability, (4) certainty. The results and discussion of the research are based on the data obtained by the researcher, so the researcher can conclude that the da'wah material of Jama'ah Tabligh is creed, sharia, morals and is based on the Quran, sunnah, ijma' and qiyas. The delivery of the Da'wah messages of the Tabligh Jama'ah is effective. Because the community around the Nurusshalihin Mosque has achieved what is the goal of the Tabligh Jama'ah itself, such as the prosperity of the mosque, the surrounding community has practiced many of the sunnahs of the Prophet SAW.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of the Rahmatul Ummah District Taklim Council. Jonggat, Central Lombok in increasing religious understanding. This research uses a qualitative approach because the data obtained is processed and explained in the author's description. In obtaining data, the author used observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data sources in this research include primary data sources, namely the results of interviews with caregivers, administrators and several congregation members of the District Taklim Council. Jonggat, Central Lombok, as well as secondary data sources originating from activity documentation. The findings from the role of the district taklim assembly. Jonggat, Central Lombok in increasing religious understanding, namely: 1. Building the congregation's faith, after attending the taklim assembly this Saturday morning the congregation felt an increase in their faith. 2. Fostering families in creating a sakinah family through routine Saturday morning recitation activities. 3. Empowering the poor by holding charity activities for orphans every month of Muharram. 4. Improved household economy with many congregations joining in reciting the Koran while selling. 5. As a place to learn religious knowledge, so that it can increase religious understanding. 6. Foster harmony among people with friendship.

Abstract

The celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday on Lombok Island contains various forms of da'wah values that can be practiced by the community in everyday life, including social values of society, beauty values, educational values, and various other da'wah values. In addition, using a qualitative descriptive research method, namely the author describes factually what is seen and found from the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday in the community on Lombok Island supported by the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies that have been conducted by the author on Lombok Island. From the results of this study it was found that the values of da'wah in the tradition of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday such as: Values of beauty, spiritual values, moral values, values of cooperation or mutual cooperation and social. The tradition of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday is a good thing in Islam. In it is written the history of the life of the Prophet Muhammad which is so noble that it can be a good example in everyday life. Activities like this can be a motivator with a religious nuance in community life in the midst of moral degradation in Indonesia. The tradition of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday in Lombok is not only a ceremony, but also an effective means of preaching to instill Islamic values. Through this activity, the values of goodness, brotherhood, exemplary behavior, and simplicity of the Prophet are conveyed to the community in a way that is in accordance with local culture, so that they can be understood and applied in everyday life.

Abstract

One of the religious phenomena that has strengthened in the portrait of Islam in Indonesia is the emergence of the da'wah movement that voices the discourse of taaruf and piety among young urban Muslims. Inevitably, the emergence of this discourse as one of the counters to the narrative of promiscuity, one of which is the culture of dating. Although by definition taaruf and courtship have the meaning of knowing each other, courtship has been considered "bad" in the process of approaching between men and women towards marriage. Moreover, until now, the practice of dating among young people still leaves problems, one of which is getting pregnant outside of marriage. This study uses a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach conducted for one year (February, 2020-December, 2021) to explore how young people's feedback and the dissemination of taaruf discourse among urban Muslim youth so that this Islamic da'wah movement is popular. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. This article argues that the popularity of Rumah TaarufQu as an Islamic matchmaking agency cannot be separated from the dexterity of packaging taaruf discourse and piety in young people's pop culture through social media so that it becomes a popular Islamic da'wah movement, in turn giving birth to the practice of young marriage among young people. In addition, Rumah TaarufQu also shows an accommodating attitude towards the association of today's young people so that it can be widely accepted.
