Abstract

According to the World Health Organization, liver cirrhosis is the tenth leading cause of death among all diseases. Despite the development of a number of recommendations worldwide in recent years, there is a sharp difference between the drugs used in the pharmacotherapy of liver diseases and the drugs indicated in the treatment standards. This, in turn, requires deep pharmacoepidemiological research [1]. Treatment of patients with chronic liver diseases requires significant financial costs. These are not only the costs of treatment, but also indirect costs, which are associated with temporary loss of working capacity[2]. Epidemiological control of anthroponoses is multifaceted, a dynamic study of the disease, not only operative control of the disease, but also a deep investigation of the ecology, biology and distribution area of the causative agent. Viral hepatitis is one of the most common viral infectious diseases in the world. According to the information provided by the World Health Organization, 2 billion people are infected with viral hepatitis on earth, which corresponds to 1 out of every 3 people on earth [3]. Every year, parenteral viral hepatitis kills more than 1 million people worldwide, which is equal to the number of deaths from tuberculosis and more than the number of deaths from HIV. In 2021, despite the widespread use of a highly effective vaccine against viral hepatitis V, 1.5 million people were infected with hepatitis V [4]. The medical and social conditions of Uzbekistan include the hyperendemic region due to the specificity of the number of family members, different levels of virus infection in the region due to the age structure, and the spread of infection due to the ethnic identity of the local population [5,6]. In screening studies conducted by a number of authors, it was found that 5.6% of healthy population tested in our country have anti-HCV and 8.3% have HBsAg.

Abstract

Treatment of biofeedback in children and the complex use of drugs, that is, each drug must be pathogenetically justified, taking into account the individual characteristics of the child, and also based on knowledge of the mechanism of their action and pharmacokinetics. It is necessary to have a complex effect on individual links in the pathogenesis of broncho-obstructive syndrome in many cases, which justifies the use of complex drugs with a combined mechanism of action. Thus, the treatment of biofeedback in children is a responsible task for the pediatrician, which consists in the rational selection of drugs.

Abstract

In conclusion, the conducted experiments showed that the histostructure of the vital internal organs of rats in the control and experimental groups was almost the same. At the same time, drug-related histomorphological changes in their histostructure were not noted. It should be noted separately that the study of the histostructure of the liver and kidney from the parenchymatous organs of the animals that received the studied tincture showed that some morphological signs indicating their functional activity appeared. Therefore, long-term administration of the antianemic compound - DOY tincture to the body does not cause chronic poisoning in animals and any negative reactions in the histostructure of vital internal organs and biochemical analyzes of peripheral blood.

Abstract

In the fight against infectious diseases, the formation of collective immunity among the population is the main tool in the fight against diseases and the prevention of deaths. At the same time, even after vaccination, the occurrence of diseases among the population remains one of the current problems. Aim: To identify and assess risk factors for those with severe and very sever COVID-19. Materials and methods: Statistical analysis of the primary medical data of 1862 patients treated at the Republican Special Hospital for Infectious Diseases Zangiota №2, a retrospective research method was used. Results: When analyzing the patients infected with COVID-19 disease by age and gender groups, it was found that among the age groups under 20 years of age, the prevalence of the disease is almost the same among both sexes, where men are 4.88±0.2%, women are showed that 4.81±0.2%. When analyzing the patients infected with COVID-19 disease by age and gender groups, it was found that the prevalence of infection among both sexes is almost the same among the age groups under 20 years, where men are 4.88±0.2%, women are 4.81 showed that it is ±0.2%. We can explain the fact that the lifestyle and activities of these age groups in our country are almost the same, that is, they study in schools, lyceums and colleges. Among patients aged 20-49, the percentage of men is high (34.4±0.45%), while the percentage of women is slightly lower (29±0.43%). Conclusion: Factors that cause severe and very severe degree of COVID-19 include the elderly population, male sex, regular smokers, low socio economic populations, and people with chronic diseases was found to be.

Abstract

The problem of treating surgical infection of soft tissues against the background of diabetes mellitus remains relevant to the present day. This is due to an increase in the number of patients with diabetes mellitus and an increase in purulent-inflammatory complications in them. It is the development of purulent complications in patients with diabetes mellitus that often cannot be avoided without surgical interventions, the postoperative mortality of which is high - up to 20%. The course of this pathology against the background of diabetes mellitus negatively affects the outcome of the disease. The purpose of our study was: to analyze the effectiveness of clinical and laboratory features of the course of purulent surgical soft tissues against the background of diabetes mellitus. 166 patients with purulent surgical diseases of soft tissues were studied. Group I consisted of 40 patients with no diabetes mellitus, group II 43 patients were on the background of diabetes mellitus. The results of the study showed: the timing of normalization of the criteria for assessing the wound process and indicators of general intoxication of the organism of groups I and II were 3 days late in patients with purulent surgical diseases of soft tissues against the background of diabetes mellitus than in patients without concomitant disease diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

. Information about the anatomy of the stomach of white-breedless rats is very rare in the scientific literature. The shape, structure, and topography of rat stomachs are significantly different from those of vertebrates, but the same sections as shark stomachs can be found in them. This structure of white rat stomach sections characterizes the sac-like formation of the digestive tract. In the anterior part of the abdominal cavity of rats, on the left side of the midline, there is a hole for the heart between the esophagus and the line of the lesser curvature of the stomach. The liver is located in the small curvature of the stomach and partially covers it. The greater curvature of the stomach touches the caecum and cecum.

Abstract

One of the most common diseases in emergency proctology is acute paraproctitis, the incidence of which, according to our data, occupies a leading position in the structure of proctological diseases. Acute paraproctitis is the most complex form of purulent inflammatory processes. According to the literature, patients with acute paraproctitis make up 0.5-4% of people with general surgical pathology and 20-40% of the structure of proctological diseases. The number of these patients and the increasing resistance of microbes require the development of more effective treatments.

Abstract

One of the most common diseases in emergency proctology is acute paraproctitis, the incidence of which, according to our data, occupies a leading position in the structure of proctological diseases. The number of these patients and the increasing resistance of microbes require the development of more effective treatments. A fundamentally new direction here is phototherapy. As part of studying the effect of phototherapy on the course of an acute purulent-inflammatory process and the dynamics of wound healing, a study was performed on 75 laboratory rats. It has been proven that photodynamic therapy has an antibacterial effect and accelerates reparative processes. The data obtained formed the basis for the clinical part of the study.
