Jurnal Riset Informatika dan Teknologi Informasi merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jejaring Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (JPPM) Banten. Jurnal ilmiah ini memuat hasil riset dosen, peneliti, mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum dibidang informatika dan teknologi informasi serta rumpun dan turunannya. Jurnal ini terbit tiga kali dalam setahun. Terbitan pertama di bulan Agustus 2023. Sedangkan untuk periode terbit adalah Agustus, Desember, dan April. Adapun bidang riset yang menjadi fokus jurnal ini (dengan tanpa bermaksud membatasi) adalah terkait dengan topik : data mining, data science, pembelajaran mesin (machine learning), kecerdasan buatan, sistem pakar, sistem informasi manajemen, sistem pendukung keputusan, cyber security, soft computing, logika samar (fuzzy logic), pengenalan pola, computer vission, pengolahan citra digital, software engineering, manajemen proyek, software testing, dan topik lain terkait informatika dan teknologi informasi yang relevan.

Abstract

Pendapatan merupakan salah satu aspek penting kehidupan manusia. Pendapatan yang cukup dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan seseorang. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui pendapatan seseorang adalah dengan melakukan Analisa terhadap faktor-faktor pendukung pendapatan tersebut. Individu dan keluarga dengan pendapatan yang lebih tinggi memiliki akses ke pendidikan, perawatan, kesehatan, dan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Dengan prediksi tersebut, pemerintah juga dapat diuntungkan untuk memberikan pajak ke orang yang tepat. Decision tree dapat dengan mudah menangani data yang terdiri dari variabel yang terdiri dari beberapa kategori seperti pendidikan terakhir, status pernikahan, profesi, dan jenis kelamin seseorang. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini diperoleh dari UC Irvine Machine Learning Repository Dataset yang bernama Adult. Dataset tersebut diekstrak oleh Barry Becker dari basis data sensus pada 1994. Dataset ini ditangani dengan perhitungan manual dengan mencari nilai tiap Entropy dan menggunakan aplikasi Orange Mining untuk melakukan verifikasi terhadap perhitungan manual, serta penggambaran Decision Tree yang tepat atau tidak.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a white wine quality prediction model using two main parameters, namely pH and alcohol content. The quality of white wine is often influenced by the balance between acidity (pH) and alcohol content, which can affect the flavor, aroma and freshness of the final product. In this study, white wine sample data that included variations in pH and alcohol content were analyzed to determine the correlation between these two parameters and the perceived quality determined by panelists. The K-Nearest Neighbor method was used to build a prediction model that could estimate wine quality based on pH and alcohol values. The results showed that pH and alcohol content have a significant relationship to white wine quality, with lower pH and certain alcohol levels contributing to improved wine quality. The developed model can be used by wine producers to control and improve the quality of their products, as well as provide a basis for further research into other factors affecting wine quality.

Abstract

Running is an effective sport for improving fitness and burning calories. Running duration can be influenced by several factors, including age and body weight. These factors play a role in determining a person's endurance while running. Physiologically, individuals with a higher body weight tend to experience fatigue more quickly, while younger individuals generally have better endurance than those who are older. This study aims to analyze the relationship between age and body weight on running duration using the multiple linear regression method. The data used includes information on the individual's running duration, age and body weight, which is expected to provide deeper insight into the factors that influence running ability. The results of this research can be a basis for preparing exercise programs that are more appropriate to each individual's physical condition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee age on average daily working hours using a simple linear regression method. In the workplace, employee age is often associated with productivity and work patterns, so it is important to understand whether there is a significant relationship between age and daily working hours. The data used in this study includes employee age as the independent variable (X) and average daily working hours as the dependent variable (Y). In addition, other factors such as sleep duration, exercise time, productivity scores, screen time, and travel time to work were collected to provide additional insights, although they were not the main variables in the regression analysis. A simple linear regression method was used to identify patterns of relationships between age and daily working hours, and to test whether age has a significant effect on working hours. The results of the study indicate a positive/negative/insignificant relationship – adjust according to the analysis results) between age and employee working hours. These findings can provide insights for companies in designing more effective work policies that are appropriate for employee age groups.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between playing time and age in badminton players and their world rankings using simple linear regression. Data were collected from women's singles badminton players ranked 1-100, including information on their rankings based on points and playing time. Simple linear regression analysis was used to understand the extent of the linear relationship between the two variables. The analysis results indicate a correlation between playing time and points earned. Regression coefficients and statistical significance are discussed to gauge the strength and relevance of this relationship. The findings of this study provide deeper insight into factors that may influence badminton player performance, with a focus on playing time. The discussion includes interpretation of the results, implications in the context of badminton, and potential managerial or coaching implications. Limitations of the study and directions for future research are also discussed. This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of factors influencing badminton players' world rankings.

Abstract

This study proposes the development of a web-based archiving information system at PMI Jakarta City, supported by the Levenshtein Distance algorithm as the core feature for document retrieval. The system is designed to overcome the limitations of manual archiving methods, such as restricted search capabilities, potential recording errors, and the risk of losing physical records. By adopting the Waterfall approach, the research was conducted through several stages: requirements analysis, interface design, implementation, and system testing. The results demonstrate that the Levenshtein Distance algorithm effectively improves the accuracy of document searches, even when spelling variations or typographical errors occur in the query. This makes the system more adaptive and efficient compared to traditional manual methods. Furthermore, the implementation of a web-based system reduces reliance on physical archives, enhances storage security, and accelerates information access. Overall, the developed system provides a practical and modern solution to support document management at PMI Jakarta City.

Abstract

Infrastruktur kritis seperti sistem energi, jaringan distribusi air, fasilitas kesehatan, dan sistem transportasi merupakan tulang punggung operasional masyarakat modern yang sangat bergantung pada teknologi digital dan sistem cyber-physical. Konvergensi teknologi informasi (IT) dan teknologi operasional (OT) dalam Industrial Control Systems (ICS) dan SCADA telah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, namun secara bersamaan memperluas permukaan serangan yang dapat dieksploitasi oleh aktor jahat. Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan sistematis terhadap 89 publikasi periode 2020-2025 untuk menganalisis perkembangan penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam keamanan siber infrastruktur kritis. Hasil kajian mengidentifikasi enam kategori utama serangan siber, diantaranya serangan terhadap jaringan dan komunikasi industri, manipulasi data dan injeksi perintah, Advanced Persistent Threats (APT), malware dan ransomware, insider threats, serta ancaman terhadap sistem berbasis AI. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma AI, termasuk deep learning (CNN, LSTM, Transformer), machine learning klasik (Random Forest, SVM), Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), Reinforcement Learning, dan Federated Learning memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam deteksi dini anomali, respons adaptif, dan pemulihan sistem dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 96-99%. Namun, implementasi AI menghadapi tantangan berupa kompleksitas komputasi tinggi, keterbatasan dataset, kerentanan terhadap adversarial attacks, serta kebutuhan transparansi dan interpretabilitas. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pengembangan model hybrid yang efisien, integrasi explainable AI, penerapan federated learning lintas sektor, dan pembentukan kerangka kolaboratif untuk membangun sistem keamanan siber yang tangguh dan berkelanjutan.
