Abstract

Broken home adalah kondisi keluarga yang kurang harmonis, sehingga muncul ketidaknyamanan dalam sebuah keluarga tersebut. Kondisi keluarga yang broken home memunculkan akibat negatif untuk anak, terdapat dua akibat yaitu akibat langsung dan akibat panjang. Akibat langsung yang ditimbulkan antara lain ialah meliputi rasa malu, merasa kehabisan, rasa tertekan, rasa menarik diri dari lingkungan ataupun kerap menyendiri, pilu, tidak patuh, tidak sabaran, serta kendala tidur. Sebaliknya jangka panjang yang dirasakan ialah antara lain berkaitan dengan karakter, emosional, sosial, dan akademiknya. Misalnya, anak tidak mampu melepaskan diri dari konflik orang tuanya, munculnya gejala depresi, kekhawatiran terhadap diri dan orang sekitarnya, perilaku social, terganggu konsep seksualitas ketika dewasa, perilaku egois, dan sering menyerah, dan gelisah. Dalam keluarga yang tidak harmonis sering ditemukan seorang anak yang kehilangan ketauladanan. Orang tua yang diharapkan oleh anaknya sebagai teladan, ternyata belum mampu memperlihatkan sikap dan perilaku yang baik. Akhirnya anak kecewa terhadap orang tuanya. Anak merasa gelisah. Mereka tidak betah tinggal di rumah. Keteduhan dan ketenangan merupakan hal yang langka baginya. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Kualitatif. Proses pendekatan terhadap anak asuh dari korban keluarga borken home yaitu dengan pendekatan individu atau personal, karena di Panti Asuhan Yatim Piatu Al-Amin tidak bisa menggunakan pendekatan yang lainnya, akan tetapi pihak pengasuh Panti Asuhan Yatim Piatu Al-Amin Gandu Mlarak Ponorogo akan terus membimbing mereka secara perlahan dan terus memotivasi untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar mereka demi menjadikan pribadi mereka lebih baik.1. Perkembangan mentalitas anak broken home berbeda-beda tergantung permasalahan yang dihadapinya. ada yang lambat ada juga yang cepat, dan masih bisa berinteraksi secara normal dengan masyarakat di sekitarnya. 2. Pendekatan terhadap anak asuh dari korban keluarga borken home yaitu dengan pendekatan individu atau personal, dan terus membimbing mereka secara perlahan agar selalu memotivasi untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar mereka demi menjadikan pribadinya lebih baik.

Abstract

The implementation of a productive waqf management program in developing foundation assets at the Wali Songo Ngabar Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School is very important. Because productive waqf management in developing foundation assets is one of the efforts made for the welfare of the community within the foundation. Therefore, the management of productive waqf must be maintained so that the Institution obtains benefits and advantages for the people within the Foundation. This research aims to: 1) To determine the implementation of productive waqf management at the Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School Ngabar Ponorogo. 2) To find out about the development of productive waqf at the Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School. The research results reveal that: 1) The implementation of waqf management at the Ngabar Islamic Boarding School is well managed, namely carried out in accordance with sharia principles and is productive. This can be seen from the management strategy which consists of; planning, organizing, managing human resources, leadership and supervision. 2) Development of Productive Waqf carried out by the Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School, namely with several efforts such as development through additional assets through collaboration with third parties, development of assets through purchases from waqf proceeds and development of assets through gifts by new wakifs.

Abstract

Education is a planned effort to create an environment that supports the learning process and the development of students' potential. It can be seen in the learning of the Qur'an and Hadith, conventional learning is still often carried out, resulting in a lack of understanding and daily habits. Thus, educators choose the Contextual Teaching and Learning model as an effort to instill habits that are in accordance with the material of the Qur'an and Hadith in daily life. The objectives of this study include to determine the planning of the learning model, its application, and the factors of Contextual Teaching and Learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The results of the study show that: 1) In the process of planning Contextual Teaching and Learning, educators are expected to prepare a syllabus and lesson plan (RPP) as a reference for learning. 2) The process of implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning model involves educators delivering material by providing relevant examples and encouraging all students to implement these examples in their daily lives. 3) Supporting factors for the implementation of Contextual Teaching and Learning include high motivation among students and an active learning atmosphere. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are that educators rarely attend training workshops and students rarely attend classes, thereby slowing down the implementation of this model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the annual ceremony at the Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School can be an effective means of internalizing the values of cultural pluralism among students. Using a qualitative approach through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, this study found that these activities not only strengthen solidarity among students from various cultural backgrounds but also promote understanding of tolerance and appreciation for diversity. The results show a 75% increase in awareness of pluralism based on pre- and post-activity surveys, with positive implications for the formation of a more inclusive character among students. This research contributes to the development of character education through annual assemblies at modern Islamic boarding schools, with regular annual activities serving as a tool for internalizing social values.

Abstract

Ngabar Bistro merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang berada di dalam Pondok Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar, yang mana unit usaha ini berbasis warung amal yang melibatkan masyarakat setempat untuk menjalalin kerjasama sebagai mitra. Hal ini dapat menjadi tuntutan kepada pengelola agar pengelolaan dilakukan secara adil dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ngabar Bistro menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam pengelolaanya dengan konsisten melalui kerja sama yang terbuka atau transparan, pembagian hasil yang fair, dan pengawasan internal serta evaluasi rutin. Penerapan ini tidak hanya menjaga keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban antara semua pihak, dan nilai-nilai sosial serta keagamaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan unit usaha yang berbasis syariah dapat menjadi contoh usaha yang adil, etis, dan berkelanjutan, yang berkontribusi pada penguatan praktik ekonomi syariah dikalangan pesantren dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is an educational policy that provides flexibility for educational institutions to design learning that is contextual, relevant, and student-centered. At the Early Childhood Education (ECE) level, the implementation of this curriculum emphasizes play-based learning, exploration, and character development through the Pancasila Student Profile. This study aims to analyze the integration of local wisdom as a strategy to strengthen deep learning in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in early childhood education. The research method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through the analysis of various scientific sources such as national and international journals, academic books, and relevant educational policy documents. The results of the study indicate that the integration of local wisdomuch—as traditional games, folklore, local languages, and community cultural practices—can serve as contextual learning resources that support joyful, meaningful, and mindful learning. In addition, the integration of local wisdom contributes to strengthening children's character, cultural identity, and socio-emotional development. Therefore, local wisdom-based learning can be an effective strategy to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

Early literacy plays an important role in earlychildhood cognitive development, particularly in building symbolic thinking skills. However, early literacy is often narrowly understood as the ability to read and write, which limits its broader potential to support symbolic representation and meaning-making. This article aims to examine the role of early literacy as a foundation for symbolic thinking in children aged 4–6 years. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing various scholarly sources related to early literacy, cognitive development, and symbolic thinking in early childhood. The findings indicate that early literacy not only supports letter and sound recognition but also helps children understand symbols, develop language skills, strengthen memory, enhance reasoning, and build representational and learning readiness skills. Activities such as reading stories, playing with symbols, recognizing letters, and engaging in verbal interaction with adults effectively stimulate children’s symbolic thinking. Therefore, early literacy serves as an essential foundation for supporting overall cognitive development and symbolic thinking in early childhood.

Abstract

Character education is an important aspect of early childhood development. The values ​​of honesty and empathy need to be instilled from an early age so that children can develop positive social behavior and show concern for others. One effective learning method for instilling these values ​​is storytelling. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the storytelling method in instilling the values ​​of honesty and empathy in early childhood through a literature review of thirty relevant scientific journal articles. This study used a literature review method with descriptive analysis techniques on various research findings related to storytelling, character education, honesty, and empathy in early childhood. The results of the study indicate that storytelling is an effective learning method in character education because through stories, children can understand moral values ​​more concretely through the characters, plot, and moral message conveyed. Furthermore, storytelling has also been shown to increase children's empathy skills, help children understand the feelings of others, and foster an honest attitude in everyday life. Thus, storytelling can be an effective learning strategy in instilling character values ​​in early childhood.
