Abstract

Puskesmas is a health service institution that performs several types of services, one of which is medical record services for outpatients. In an effort to improve the quality of health services to be more well integrated. At present the Puskesmas in the use of the system must be computerized. Currently at the Bengkulu City Decline Health Center, there are still some obstacles to the information system used, such as the outpatient section in identifying patients who will register for treatment and also in preparing reports. The purpose of this study was conducted with the aim of knowing the medical record information system for outpatient visits at the Bengkulu City Health Center. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by means of observation, interviews and literature study. For the system development method used, namely the Waterfall method by going through the stages of needs analysis, design, coding and testing. The results of the study were seen from the analysis of the outpatient system. Shows that the patient registration process is still recorded manually in the registration book, so that when searching for patient data it takes time because it has not been computerized. the doctor who has finished examining must record in the patient's medical record file after which it is given to the medical record officer to be recapitulated to make a report. Reporting is still manual. With this software system, it can facilitate and speed up the performance of officers in processing outpatient data, the system at the Puskesmas becomes more effective, efficient, neatly organized and well integrated.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to apply Fuzzy logic with the Mamdani method in assessing the Research Performance of Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University Lecturers. This research was designed using Fuzzy Logic with the Mamdani method. One of the research topics that uses the application of fuzzy logic is assessment systems in the field of research. Research by Graha Nusantara University Padangsidimpuan Lecturers in the Simlitabmas Data is still in the Guidance Category to move up to the Intermediate Category. UGN Padangsidimpuan Lecturers are challenged to be able to develop, dedicate and apply the knowledge needed in research. For this reason, an application is needed that can be used to calculate and record lecturer performance in the resulting research. The aim of this research is to apply fuzzy logic using the Mamdani method in assessing the research performance of Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University lecturers.

Abstract

MAN 2 Solok is one of the levels of formal secondary education in West Sumatra. Until now, online learning still uses the WhatsApp platform and occasionally uses Google Meet, so there is a need for an E-Learning system to optimize more structured and interactive learning media between students and teachers at MAN 2 Solok. Thus, the aim of this research is to design an E-Learning system for learning, especially English, based on the Discussion Demonstration method. The system design method used is waterfall with four phases, namely requirements analysis, design, coding, testing. The E-learning system was created using the PHP programming language and the database uses MySQL. The result of this research is a design for an E-Learning system for English Language Subjects Based on the Demonstration Discussion Method at MAN 2 Solok. Thus, the existence of this E learning system will make it easier for teachers and students to access materials, exercises or interactive quizzes in English learning, so as to improve students' abilities in English subjects.

Abstract

Mentawai Fast adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa transportasi. Permasalahannya adalah belum adanya sistem informasi pemesanan tiket kapal berbasis web, pembelian tiket masih manual dan penumpang harus ke agen untuk membeli tiket dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. peneliti ingin membangun sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan pihak perusahaan penjual tiket serta memudahkan pelanggan melihat informasi ketersedian tiket dan melakukan pemesanan barang secara online. Tahapan sistem ini dimulai dengan menganalisis sistem saat ini, yang dilakukan dengan desain keluaran, desain input, desain file. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah SDLC WaterFall (System Devolopment Life Cyle) dengan tahapan a). Perencanaan, b) Analisis, c) Perancangan Sistem dan Perangkat Lunak.Implementasi, menggunakan alat desain yaitu UML (Unified Bahasa Pemodelan). Dengan desain pemesanan ini sistem informasi dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada pelanggan dan meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Itu Manfaat dari sistem informasi pemesanan ini diharapkan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dan mempermudah transaksi proses lebih cepat dan mudah.

Abstract

The selection of clothing styles is a complicated decision for individuals including female students at uin bukittinggi in making this kind of decision there are many factors to be considered such as the weather the event to be attended comfort and fit along with personal style in this experiment we bring the monte carlo simulation method to model and analyze the clothing model selection decision of female students of uin bukittinggi we identify various variables that influence the decision such as temperature We identify various variables affecting the decision such as temperature weather type of event and personal preferences We determine the range of values for each variable define the appropriate probability distribution and generate random data based on the probability distribution Next we evaluate the choice of clothing models based on the generated random data and analyze the results The results of this monte carlo simulation can provide important insights for uin bukittinggi female college students in choosing clothing models that match their conditions and personal preferences
