Abstract

The research focus of the study 1. What are the main tasks in the scope of work managers STKIP PGRI Sumenep, 2. use of working time by the manager in STKIP PGRI Sumenep. Research shows that exposure Based on the data that has been submitted adapuan principal tasks manager in STKIP PGRI Sumenep used to analyze the workload. The basic job description at the level of the leadership, the leadership, academic executive, executive administration, academic support and administrative penunnjang have differences. The difference lies in the authority and responsibility in the organizational structure. Responsible leadership, elements of leadership helps leaders, implementers academic perform academic functions, perform administrative executive and administrative functions at the support element. The use of working time management in STKIP PGRI Sumenep. Weekday used to work is 5 days with daily allocation of work for 8 hours

Abstract

The number of crimes that occur among teenagers is evidence of the low character possessed by them. It seems unwise to only blame it because of the impact of globalization. As a nation that has a history of civilization like other eastern nations. Character is something that should get attention. Of course the role of education is highly expected on this issue. Lately, a solution that is considered to be a bit capable of solving the thorny problem above, is through a full day school system and integrated education. In this paper, we will examine character education through a full day school system and integrated education at Al-Hidayah Sumenep Integrated Islamic Elementary School, with a focus on how to implement character education at Al-Hidayah Pangarangan Sumenep Integrated Islamic Elementary School? And what is the character education model through a full day school system and integrated education at the Al-Hidayah Pangarangan Sumenep Integrated Islamic Elementary School? The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques used in this study are: (a) Observation, (b) Interview, (c) Documentation Study. By using qualitative analysis. The results of this study found that the implementation of character education at Al-Hidayah Pangarangan Sumenep Integrated Islamic Elementary School used a full day school system and integrated education. Education starts at 07.00 WIB, starting with memorizing the Qur'an in the first hour. Teaching and learning activities end at 15.30 WIB, in which it is obligatory to attend the Dhuhr and Asr prayers. Meanwhile, the character education model is through a full day school system and integrated education at the Al-Hidayah Pangarangan Sumenep Integrated Islamic Elementary School. In accordance with the results of the study that the character education provided stems from the values of the Koran, education and character building, not only carried out while at school, but teachers also actively visit the homes of each of their students.

Abstract

Kitab Shahîh Muslim merupakan salah satu kitab hadis yang dinilai para ulama dari banyak kalangan sebagai salah satu kitab yang memiliki otentisitas dan validitas tidak diragukan lagi. Akan tetapi dalam perjalanannya, ada sebagian ulama yang meragukan, bahkan menolak sebagian hadis yang ada di Shahîh Muslim tersebut. Di antara hadis yang mendapat gugatan atau penolakan yaitu hadis yang dinarasikan oleh Anas ra.: bahwasannya ada seorang laki-laki bertanya kepada Rasulullah: “Wahai Rasulullah, dimanakah )tempat( ayahku (yang telah meninggal sekarang berada( ?”. Beliau menjawab : “Di neraka”. Ketika orang tersebut hendak beranjak, maka beliau memanggilnya lalu berkata : “Sesungguhnya ayahku dan ayahmu di neraka”. Yûsuf al- Qaradlâwî merupakan salah seorang dari sederetan ulama’ yang ikut meragukan validitas hadis ini dalam kitabnya “Kayf Nata’âmal Ma’a al-Sunnah”. Di dalam kitab ini, al-Qaradlâwî meragukan validitas hadis Shahîh Muslim tersebut dengan pertanyaan, apa dosa yang telah diperbuat oleh Abdullah bin Abd al- Muthallib sehingga harus masuk  neraka, sedangkan ia termasuk ahli fatrah, yaitu orang-orang yang selamat (dari siksa neraka)?. Dengan alasan tersebut, al-Qaradlâwî akhirnya lebih mengambil sikap tawaqquf. Ia tidak berani menerima hadis tersebut dan juga tidak berani menolaknya. Padahal hadis tersebut merupakan hadis sahih, baik sanad maupun matan-nya. Sedangkan ypaman Nabi. Penggunaan kata “ayahku” dalam hadis tersebut dengan makna paman merupakan ungkapan majaz. Makna majaz ini diambil setelah tidak mungkin memberikan makna hakiki, karena ayah kandung  Rasul meninggal di masa fatrah yang tidak ada seorang utusan pun yang datang kepadanya, ia tidak mungkin masuk neraka.ang dimaksud ayah Rasul yang divonis masuk neraka adalah Abû Thâlib,

Abstract

Gelombang dukungan masyarakat atas eksistensi gerakan terorisme seperti Islamic State of Irak and Syria (ISIS) dari hari ke hari semakin meningkat. Kendatipun pemerintah beserta pihak-pihak terkait telah melakukan berbagai upaya deradikalisasi, namun benih-benih calon “mujtahid” baru selalu saja muncul bertebaran dimana-mana.Bagaimana fenomena ini bisa tumbuh, berkembang dan menyebar? Tulisan ini mencoba memberikan alternatif sudut pandang teoritis dari aspek ssosiologis.
