Abstract

This study aims to analyze the output of BUMDes in increasing Beneficiary Families of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). This research was conducted at BUMDes Karya Mekar Sukajadi Village, Campaka District, Cianjur Regency. BUMDes Karya Mekar is one of the BUMDes that involves beneficiaries of the Program Keluarga Harapan (KPM PKH) in the BUMDes business venture. Beneficiaries of the Program Keluarga Harapan or KPM PKH are categorized into Poor Household category.This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and employing in-depth interview and observation techniques. This research study shows that through BUMDes, KPM is involved in order to provide them with an opportunity to run business for improving their economic conditions. It is a supporting element to assist the KPM to be economically self-reliant. The results of the study have shown that BUMDes provides output to the beneficiaries of the Program Keluarga Harapan. BUMDes provides the KPM with: 1) Access to business opportunities; 2) Increase in family income; 3) Easy access to capital goods; 4) Enhancing financial management knowledge; and 5) Accelerating the independent graduation of the Program Keluarga Harapan.

Abstract

This study aim to know and analyze about how Social Concern in Post Conflict by PAMM at Village Mamala and Village Morela in Community Development Approach. Metodology used in this study is qualitative research in evaluation studies by using observation, interview and literature study to obtain to necessary data.The result of the evaluation study research shows the action by Social Concern by PAMM land to the community post conflict at Village Mamala and Village Morela went smoothly and people took it well. But seen from side of social worker, Community Development aproach has not been to good, because PAMM is not a profession organization, most the activities undertaken still nature of social action mediocre and not very serious in the development concept, so that effectiviness and the efficiency of the results of the activitiesare not so influential in orde to restore their social functioning in improving the social welfare state.

Abstract

This paper gives us an understanding that we cannot not communicate. In our lives, whether intentionally or unintentionally, we have communicated with the people around us from the moment we are born until we die. Communication is the process of understanding each other's meaning between two fellow humans. Communication occurs when a person's behaviour has been interpreted by others to give meaning to that person's behaviour. That is, we are considered to have communicated if our behavior has been interpreted by others even though we do not intend to convey any message to him. Thus, we cannot avoid communication.The thought that we cannot not communicate can be understood because in communication there are principles of communication, namely: the core content of communication is meaning; meaning is the result of interpretation of behaviour; communication has occurred if someone has interpreted the behaviour of others, both verbal behaviour and nonverbal behaviour, regardless of whether the person is aware or not aware of it; and we cannot control others to interpret or not interpret our behaviour.Communication behaviour can be unintentional or intentional behaviour. Deliberation is not a requirement for communication. Every behavior has communication potential. In everyday life, in the midst of communication that we consciously do, often tucked into communication behaviour that we are not aware of or unintentional.

Abstract

In everyday life communication is very important and needed by every human being, because without communication humans will "die". In practice the communication is not always in accordance with expectations, sometimes it becomes tasteless, not on target, not connected, the realization of the communicator's communication motives often even failure in communication or in other words the communication is not effective. By realizing that communication by humans is not always smooth and successful in accordance with the expectations of both parties, both those who give and those who receive, then it takes a careful planning and also the right strategy for communication.
