Abstract

Abstract The rapid growth of social media has transformed the dissemination of health information among Generation Z. TikTok has emerged as one of the most popular digital platforms for accessing information related to healthy lifestyles, nutrition, mental health, physical activity, and disease prevention. This study aims to analyze the influence of health education content on TikTok toward healthy lifestyle awareness among Generation Z using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study examined 20 national and international scholarly articles published between 2022 and 2025. Data analysis involved thematic identification, synthesis of findings, and evaluation of relationships between health content characteristics and improvements in health knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. The findings indicate that TikTok health education content significantly contributes to increasing health awareness among Generation Z through concise, visual, interactive, and easily understandable information delivery. Content creator credibility, personal storytelling, visual information presentation, and TikTok’s recommendation algorithm enhance message effectiveness. Nevertheless, misinformation, limited digital health literacy, and entertainment-oriented content remain major challenges. This study concludes that TikTok has substantial potential as a health promotion medium for Generation Z when supported by high-quality content, active involvement of health professionals, and strengthened digital literacy initiatives.

Abstract

Abstract Academic burnout has become one of the most prevalent psychological issues among university students due to increasing academic demands, achievement pressure, and the complexity of contemporary learning environments. Academic burnout is characterized by emotional exhaustion, cynical attitudes toward academic activities, and reduced academic efficacy, all of which may negatively affect students' learning productivity. This study aims to examine the relationship between academic burnout and learning productivity among university students based on empirical evidence from previous studies. A quantitative approach with a correlational survey design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active university students from various academic disciplines. Pearson correlation and simple linear regression analyses were utilized to examine the relationship between variables. The findings indicate a significant negative relationship between academic burnout and learning productivity. Higher levels of academic burnout are associated with lower levels of learning productivity. These findings support previous studies suggesting that academic burnout reduces learning motivation, academic engagement, academic achievement, and overall learning effectiveness. The study recommends strengthening psychological support services, enhancing academic self-efficacy, and improving student engagement as effective strategies to reduce academic burnout and increase learning productivity in higher education.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed the way people access, understand, and utilize health information. The integration of digital health literacy and AI has become increasingly important in supporting preventive health behaviors amid the growing prevalence of non-communicable diseases and the spread of health misinformation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital health literacy and AI utilization in improving preventive health behavior through a systematic literature review approach. The study examined 25 international scientific articles published between 2013 and 2026 from reputable academic databases. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns linking digital health literacy, AI utilization, health empowerment, health communication, and preventive behavior. The findings indicate that the integration of digital health literacy and AI significantly improves access to health information, personalizes health education, enhances decision-making abilities, and strengthens individuals’ self-efficacy in adopting preventive behaviors. AI-based technologies such as health chatbots, recommendation systems, telemedicine platforms, and adaptive learning applications have demonstrated effectiveness in increasing user engagement in disease prevention activities. However, challenges related to digital inequality, data privacy, algorithmic bias, and limited AI literacy remain significant barriers. The study concludes that strengthening both digital health literacy and AI literacy simultaneously is a strategic approach to promoting sustainable preventive health behavior among communities.

Abstract

Abstract Digital transformation in the healthcare sector has increased the volume of patient data generated by various hospital information systems, such as electronic medical records, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and administrative applications. However, this vast amount of data does not always facilitate rapid and accurate decision-making, as information is often scattered and fragmented across different platforms. Business Intelligence (BI) offers an effective approach to integrating, analyzing, and visualizing health data through interactive dashboards for healthcare professionals and hospital management. This study aims to develop a BI-based patient monitoring dashboard model that provides real-time information to support clinical and operational decisions. A narrative literature review methodology was employed, examining studies related to health dashboards and BI implementation in healthcare organizations. The review findings indicate that BI-based dashboards can enhance patient monitoring, accelerate information access, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. The proposed model comprises layers for data integration, data warehousing, business analytics, and interactive visualization, all connected via real-time data flows. This research yields a conceptual framework to guide BI implementation, thereby sustainably improving service quality, organizational performance, and decision-making effectiveness within modern healthcare institutions.

Abstract

Abstract Chronic diseases remain one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. The rapid expansion of digital health technologies has increased public access to health information and healthcare services. However, broad access alone does not guarantee the ability to search, understand, evaluate, and apply digital health information effectively. Therefore, digital health literacy has emerged as a critical determinant of preparedness for chronic disease prevention and management. This article aims to analyze the role of digital health literacy in enhancing community preparedness for chronic diseases based on recent empirical evidence. A narrative literature review approach was employed using international scholarly publications published between 2021 and 2025. The analysis focused on studies examining the relationship between digital health literacy, chronic disease self-management, patient activation, utilization of digital health services, and health-related behaviors. The findings indicate that digital health literacy significantly improves individuals' ability to access reliable health information, strengthens self-efficacy, enhances self-management behaviors, increases the utilization of digital health services, and supports informed health decision-making. Furthermore, digital educational interventions have been shown to improve digital health literacy among vulnerable populations, including older adults and individuals living with chronic conditions. These findings suggest that strengthening digital health literacy should become an integral component of health promotion and chronic disease prevention strategies to improve long-term community preparedness.
