Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on customer buying interest at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga South Jakarta Branch. The method uses explanatory research and hypothesis testing with survey techniques, by distributing questionnaires using a saturated sampling technique of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive and verification analysis or inverential with the test instruments and classical assumptions. The statistical analysis uses multiple regression tests, correlation coefficient values, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are promotion and a significant positive effect with a correlation of 0.576 and determination of 33.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest, with a correlation value of 0.645 and a determination of 41.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Promotion and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest with a correlation value of 0.695 and a determination of 48.3% while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share on stock prices at PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 8-year financial statements in the form of a panel PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Return on Assets have a significant effect on stock prices by 53.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0.040 <0.05. Return on Equity has a significant effect on stock prices by 83.0%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0.002 <0.05. Earning Per Share has a significant effect on the stock price of 97.9%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on the stock price of 99.5%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share on stock prices at PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 8-year financial statements in the form of a panel PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. Abstract

This research aims to analyze purchasing decisions based on sales promotions and service quality at Giant Ekspres Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang. The method of data analysis is using quantitative associative analysis techniques where the population is 32,866 consumers, sampling, the author uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% where after calculating the number of samples obtained as much as 99.69 rounded up to 100 Respondents. There is a significant simultaneous effect between sales promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Giant Express Pondok Cabe. This is indicated by the value of Fcount> Ftable (1990,740> 3.09) and significance of 0,000. The effect is based on the value of the R determination coefficient which is equal to 0.976. This means that variations in Sales Promotion and Service Quality variables explain the variation in the purchase decision variable is 97.6% and the difference of 2.4% is explained by factors that are not examined.

Abstract

Kabupaten Pengunungan Bintang merupakan daerah otonomi baru hasil pemekaran dari Kabupaten Jayawijaya yang berusaha memacu pembangunannya di berbagai bidang, termasuk di bidang ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan capain hasil pembangunan berbagai sektor di bidang ekonomi berdasarkan indikator Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, dengan menggunakan metode survai evaluatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Shift Share. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa sektor kegiatan yang mampu memberikan konstribusi positif terhadap pembangunan ekonomi dan pengembangan daya saing Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang. Sektor basis yang paling unggul dan memiliki prospek dalam pengembangan kompetensi lokal dan sebagai sumber keunggulan daya saing daerah di bidang ekonomi adalah sektor bangunan, kemudian disusul oleh sektor pertanian, dan sektor jasa-jasa. Kata Kunci: Otonomi daerah, Pembangunan, Sektor Ekonomi

Abstract

Policy implementation has gained substantial currency and popularity among teoriticians and pratitioners. Many now indicate an interest or involvement in research and discussion about such topic as policy implementation of poverty alleviation program or community development driven program, implementation of decentralization or local autonomy program, and implementation of strategic decision, etc. At the same time, perspectives, schools and program have been introduced and established. In spite of all this interest in policy implementation theories and practices, there is still no aggreement on what policy implementation model applicable to all kinds of development programs or projects, and to different sectors. This article will explain policy implementation concepts and their perspectives, models and measurement criteria with the contour or focus on what, why, and how policy implementation.   Kata Kunci: Apa, Mengapa dan Implementasi Kebijakan, Berbasis Pengetahuan.
