Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of fiscal policy and monetary policy in overcoming poverty in Indonesia as one of the government's efforts to address economic problems. The type of research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method by preparing, collecting, and analyzing data. The collected data is then processed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this study show that poverty is a problem faced by all countries, especially in developing and lagging countries. The problem of poverty is multidimensional caused by many factors that are not only the domain of economics but also political, social, cultural, and other social systems. Fiscal policy and monetary policy greatly helped to lower the poverty rate in Indonesia. With fiscal policy and monetary policy, it can help the government solve one of the problems of the Indonesian economy. Although it did not completely resolve, it was able to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia to remain on the normal line so that it did not affect economic growth and development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a centralized and comprehensive plan to achieve business goals through a marketing mix that includes product, pricing, location, and promotional strategies. The purpose of this study is to find out how LKP Rida Embroidery's marketing strategy in increasing public interest in attending courses and training. The research method used is field research with descriptive qualitative data analysis. Research shows that LKP Rida Embroidery uses a promotional strategy by conducting training in making deliveries and offerings, in addition to collaborating with schools. In addition, promotion uses social media such as Instagram, Facebook and direct promotion.

Abstract

The increasing scope of Islamic boarding schools must be balanced with adequate facilities and infrastructure. So today's Islamic boarding schools must be able to maximize the economic potential of Islamic boarding schools. The source of human resource strength is not only from the Islamic boarding school community but also comes from the community around the Islamic boarding school. The research locations that have been determined by the researchers include the Islamic Boarding School which is part of the campus itself. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection procedures using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data collection technique itself involves data reduction, data description, and drawing conclusions. The research results show community employment opportunities in the Islamic boarding school environment which is a branch of the campus. The role of Islamic boarding schools, including opening employment opportunities, access to financing from cooperatives or micro banks, access to business capital and agricultural capital, assistance to MSMEs, meeting the needs of Islamic boarding schools from community businesses, community involvement in the Islamic boarding school school economy, and access to marketing of home industry products.

Abstract

This article explains what the Lirboyo Islamic boarding school is doing for its students in the era of society 5.0. namely empowerment through increasing the economic and entrepreneurial competence of the students with supporting factors including the fulfillment of the students' needs, the existence of human resources (HR) both leaders and staff, the system in place, the attitude of the community and the sincere and sincere intentions of the administrators and managers. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive research type. The data taken is written or verbal data as well as natural behavior. The data sources in this research use, 1) primary data, obtained through interviews with informants in the field where the research was conducted, 2) secondary data, obtained from books, articles, journals, the internet which have been arranged regularly. Data collection techniques in research use interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. The results of this research show that Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that have great potential in empowering students in the economic sector through BUMPs in Islamic boarding schools. The empowerment carried out by Islamic boarding schools for their students is empowerment through increasing the economic competence of the students so that later, when the students return to their community, they can become role models either in the productive economic sector or as cadres of economic empowerment , in addition to their main role as ustadz/ustadzah. who has abilities in the field of Islamic religious knowledge.

Abstract

This paper analyzes about social fiqh of KH Sahal Mahfudz, there are three fundamental reasons for this research. First, KH Sahal Mahfudz is an Islamic preacher who is concerned with contemporary issues in the problem of Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh which has high sensibilities in responding to social reality developed in the Indonesian community. Secondly. He is a productive 'ulama who writes in Arabic or Indonesian. Thirdly, his historical background who lives in the NU community as well as leading Ulama in Indonesia. This paper is using a basic needs approach from contemporary Syafi'i school. This research attempts to articulate that there is a big problem in managing Zakat. This problem should be revisited to get contemporary probling solving. From this research, it could be seen that KH Sahal Mahfudz has a fundamental view that zakat today is not well managed and not well effective. He proposed the concept of zakat management through cooperation in order that the beneficiaries could be enhanced economically.

Abstract

A new initiative called Koperasi Santri (Kosan) aims to help santri gain financial strength and become independent in Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this study is to see how the santri cooperative functions as a way to encourage economic empowerment and independence of santri. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews with cooperative administrators, santri, and Islamic boarding school managers. Participatory observation was also used to collect data, which allowed for a better understanding of the way the cooperative program is implemented in the Islamic boarding school environment. The results show that the Santri Cooperative (Kosan) has an important role in helping santri become more financially independent. By providing them with access to various financial services, entrepreneurship training, and the opportunity to provide financial coaching, the cooperative has built awareness of the importance of financial management and business development among santri.

Abstract

The development of Islamic boarding school economic areas is a planned effort to improve the quality of human life in the economic aspect, with empowerment as one of the main approaches. This research examines the factors that influence the development of Islamic boarding schools in the economic sector, including the role of Islamic boarding school students in the empowerment process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explain the development of Islamic boarding school economic areas with the aim of improving the welfare of students. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools, as traditional Islamic educational institutions, play an important role in empowering the community's economy. In an effort to become independent and reduce dependence on other parties, Islamic boarding schools are starting to build independently managed business entities. Islamic boarding schools are also trying to expand their education into the field of sharia economics, so that they remain relevant and able to adapt to the needs of today's society. Thus, Islamic boarding schools can play an active role in the economic development of society. This research notes several economic business patterns that are generally implemented by Islamic boarding schools, including collaboration between kyai and Islamic boarding school students in agricultural businesses, Islamic boarding school economic businesses to finance their own operations, education that equips Islamic boarding school students with economic skills, and economic businesses involving Islamic boarding school alumni. Islamic boarding schools have strategic potential in increasing self-reliance, independence and community participation in economic development. They have also played an important role in the development of the cooperative sector in society. Even though it started with simple management, Islamic boarding schools have become agents of significant economic change.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of empowering santri entrepreneurship in Pekalongan City. The research methodology used in this research is an intrinsic type of research, namely qualitative research that seeks to uncover meaning, investigate processes, and develop a comprehensive understanding and understanding of certain people, groups, or situations. The results of this research can be interpreted to mean that the supporting and inhibiting factors in economic empowerment are interrelated, but there are several ways to overcome them, namely by attending training both within the city and outside the city related to the fields involved in processing. Such as in the fields of marketing, management and production. Pekalongan City has a reputation as a religious, religious, trading and batik city. Apart from that, Pekalongan has been recognized as a creative city by UNESCO.

Abstract

The halal lifestyle is increasingly becoming a global concern within Muslim societies and beyond. This creates significant challenges and opportunities in implementing halal regulations at the global level. This research aims to analyze halal regulations that apply globally, explore the main challenges faced in implementing them, and identify opportunities related to the development of a halal lifestyle. In this research, we conducted a comprehensive literature review of global halal regulations covering various aspects. We also explore emerging challenges, such as harmonization of standards, certification costs, and monitoring of halal products. In addition, we identify opportunities in developing the halal product industry, including global market expansion and product innovation. The results of this research illustrate the complexity in implementing halal regulations at the global level and highlight the need for coordination efforts between countries and collaboration between stakeholders. The challenge of harmonizing halal standards is also a major focus, with the expansion of the global market and increasing consumer awareness about halal. On the other hand, opportunities in developing the halal product industry are wide open with significant market growth potential. This research contributes to the understanding of global halal regulations and provides valuable insights for governments, producers and other stakeholders in facing challenges and exploiting opportunities in implementing a halal lifestyle at the global level.

Abstract

Resource orchestration can be an important pioneer in creating competitive advantage in organizations, including world-class universities. There are two dimensions to resource orchestration, namely resource management and asset orchestration. This study aims to look at the implementation and contribution of resource orchestration in the environment of state Islamic religious universities in Indonesia in realizing globally competitive universities. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with data collected from interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents at six state Islamic universities. The results showed that the leadership ability of the leaders of state Islamic universities is very decisive in orchestrating resources to encourage the performance of higher education towards globally competitive universities.
