Abstract

This research addresses the probability of megathrust earthquakes occurring in Indonesia, which is an earthquake-prone region due to its position on the Pacific Ring of Fire. The background of this research emphasizes the importance of seismic hazard assessment to understand the likelihood and impact of such seismic events. The method used is a literature study, by analyzing various sources of information, including scientific journals and government reports, to evaluate mitigation strategies that have been implemented. The results and discussion show that while Indonesia has made progress in early warning systems and seismic hazard maps, challenges in risk communication and public awareness still need to be addressed. The conclusions of this study emphasize the need for improved mitigation strategies and disaster preparedness to reduce the risks associated with future large earthquakes and tsunamis.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to introduce a model for development management curriculum imagein the application of AI on Islamic education. The method used in this research is by literature review, in discussing about the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Islamic Education Curriculum. These sources include journals, books and research reports that have been subjected to thematic and cross-analysis for a determination of emerging trends and points of view. Literature Review : The relevance of AI model are important to the Islamic education which require for technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning and Chatbot. The fourth area is NLP which is useful in text analysis and translation and it can be used in understanding of religious texts such as the Qur’an and hadith having a problem with the issue of translation. Machine learning provides the prediction and thus the learning personalization which helps to adapt the material to the student, yet it raises the issue of algorithm bias. One way that chatbots increase interactivity is in providing learning support in real time but these are the drawbacks because the information supplied must be correct. As a result, integrating concepts in Artificial intelligence in the Islamic education curriculum shall enhance personalization and learning of Islamic concepts as well as the acquisition of the 21st-century skills. But here, the concerns are mobility infrastructure readiness, how to get trainers, and moral problems, such as problem of set algorithms, and the problems with the use of the technology referring to the principles of Islam. However, the post induces expectations of improving the process of learning and the analysis of religious knowledge, meaning that the implementation of this method cannot disregard moral and religious principles.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the use of ChatGPT as a tool in scientific writing, given the challenges in academic writing such as difficulties in finding references, organizing arguments, and formulating ideas systematically. By utilizing a qualitative approach through a literature study, this research analyzes the effectiveness of ChatGPT in increasing writing efficiency, overcoming difficulties in developing ideas, and improving the quality of arguments. The results show that ChatGPT is able to speed up drafting, summarize literature, and provide relevant revision suggestions, although it still requires manual verification to prevent plagiarism and misinformation. The implications of this study highlight the potential of ChatGPT as a support tool in academia, with recommendations for ethical and optimal integration of this technology in education.

Education management in the modern era is increasingly complex and dynamic, along with technological developments, social change, and the demands of globalization. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze various approaches to effective school management in modern education management, as well as to recommend models that can be implemented in various types of schools. This study uses a library study method, which is a systematic approach to collecting, analyzing, and analyzing relevant information from various available literature sources. The results of the study concluded that the recommended school management model is a combination of transformational leadership, school-based management, technology utilization, and data-based management. This model allows for flexibility, community participation, and optimal use of resources. In addition, schools must also develop a dynamic and future-oriented curriculum and apply the principle of sustainability in their operations. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide insight for educational leaders, educators, and policy makers in formulating better education management strategies that are relevant to the needs of the times.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the pattern of shifting economic structures in Pulau Taliabu Regency for the period 2016-2020 and (2) to analyze the impact of shifting economic structures on labor absorption in Pulau Taliabu Regency, North Maluku in 2016-2020. Secondary data in this study were obtained from BPS North Maluku and BPS Data for Pulau Taliabu Regency. Data collection carried out in this study was carried out by issuing a research permit letter to the relevant agencies, namely the central office (BPS) and related agencies in Pulau Taliabu Regency. The analysis technique used in this study uses Shift Share Analysis, which is an analysis that aims to determine the performance or productivity of regional economic work by comparing it with larger areas (regional or national). Changes in Economic Structure in Labor Absorption in Pulau Taliabu Regency Based on the results of the Shift Share analysis, the GRDP of Pulau Taliabu Regency increased during the period 2016-2020 by IDR 84,127.50 million. When viewed from the contribution to GRDP, it shows a change in the economic structure from the primary sector, namely agriculture, amounting to Rp. 38,246.00 million to the secondary sector, namely electricity and gas procurement of Rp. 2,807.50 million or the tertiary sector, namely company services of Rp. 29,774.17 million. The agricultural sector is quite capable of providing a positive contribution to economic growth in Pulau Taliabu Regency, due to the development and construction of related regulations and the high dynamics of changes in the use of space that have an impact on land acquisition in the years to come. Based on the hypothesis proposed, the results of the study based on field facts can be accepted, so it can be concluded that the Economic Structure of Pulau Taliabu Regency has experienced a shift towards the Primary, secondary and tertiary sectors.
