Abstract

In this paper, it will be studied stability for a SEIR epidemic model with infectious force in latent, infected and immune period with incidence rate. From the model it will be found investigated the existence and uniqueness solution  of points its equilibrium. Existence solution of points equilibrium proved by show its differential equations system of equilibrium continue, and uniqueness solution of points equilibrium proved by show its differential equation system of equilibrium differentiable continue.

Abstract

This project aims to testing the equation which obtained from the graph characteristics relationships of the optimum input voltage driver valve to change the power load on the valve opening proportional to the input PEMFC system so that the valve opening will work automatically according to changes in load power. Equations are taken there are two linear equations and polynomials. Enter the equation is used as the power load and input voltage output driver valves. Test results show similarities with both voltage and output current characteristics are almost the same system with the characteristics of the optimum and maximum valve opening. H2 gas usage on testing with both equations show similar values with optimum valve opening, making it more efficient than the maximum valve opening

Abstract

In medicine, knowing the number of blood cells is very important because many diseases are caused by a number of blood cells that are outside the normal condition. Blood cells can be calculated in the conventional way, but if the blood cells are counted quite a lot of takes up a lot and the results may be less accurate. In this study the authors will try to count the number of normal white blood cells to determine the level of classification stage of dengue fever based on the number of white blood cells. This research applies some processes to be able to identify objects forming white blood cells which are leukocytes and platelets. Different template image and different processes are required in order to detect the position and the calculation of the number of objects in an image. Reverse image is in the process of look up table method to detect leukocytes, while the color conversion is a process that is applied to detect platelets.

Abstract

With the position on the west coast region of Sumatra, Padang beach facing directly to Indian Ocean that have potentially threat by the ocean waves that relatively give effect to changes in the coastline. This study was conducted to evaluating the performance of existing coastal protection structure to restrain the rate of erosion as a result of the influence of hydrodynamics process. Condition that reviewed was in form of distance shoreline as simulation results to initial reference line before. One Line Model was conducted to get shoreline change in each time step calculation. Model consists of two conditions, with the absence of coastal structures and with structure respectively. The simulation result show that potential erosion occurs at Batang Arau river mouth with no protection structure. Large erosion predicted around 59.04 meters from the shoreline position early. With coastal protection, model result obtained sedimentation of 7.33 meters coastline from its initial position. This occurs at a distance of 475 meters from the boundary domain. Modeling results also showed erosion is 18.39 meters at a distance of 250 m from the boundary domain. This is likely due to the limited modeling conditions that without reviewing of littoral transport direction that occurred in perpendicular to the coast. Result study show that the presence of a groyne in Padang coasts looks already quite effective in defense of the shoreline of the littoral transport direction, however the installation of groins seemingly did not give significant meaning in the addition of the coastline

Abstract

Waste plastic mounting, but can be recycled into other products in the form of granules before further processed into pellets and seed injection molding process produces products such as buckets, plates, bottles and other beverages. To be processed into the required form of granules of plastic thrasher. Though so small plastic recycling industry is still constrained in plastic enumeration process because the machine used was not optimal ability. The purpose of this research is the development of the system thrasher plastic crusher and cutter cylinder-type reel and technical evaluation. This study was conducted over two years, the first year the design and manufacture of machinery, the second year is a technical evaluation of the engine, engine performance improvements and economic analysis of granular plastic products.From the results obtained engine design capacity of the machine ± 350 kg / h, the engine size is 50 cm x 120 cm x 30 cm, power motor of 10 HP at 1450 RPM rotation with 3 phase. Some of the major components of the engine that is, counter crusher unit consists of two counter rotating cylinders opposite, counter shaft size Ø 4 cm x 58 cm, blade chopper Ø 17 cm x 2 cm with the number of teeth / blades 7 pieces and the number of blades along shaft 7 pieces, buses retaining Ø 10 cm x 2 cm. Counter-cylinder unit consists of a reel-type cutter counter shaft size Ø 4 cm x 90 cm, the middle shaft mounted cylinder with Ø 17 cm x 40 cm as the holder of the chopper blades. Chopper blade consists of 4 pieces with a size of 40 cm x 2 cm x 4 cm with ASSAB materials. Furthermore, as the blade retaining bedknife shear force of the blade chopper, upper frame, lower frame, strainer, funnel entry, exit funnel, and the drive unit consists of an electric motor, reducer, belts, pulleys and 2 pieces of gear transmission. The results of performance testing machine crusher round cylinder 75 RPM and 1450 RPM reel-type cutting machine capacity ± 300 kg / h on the filter hole Ø 1.5 cm, with a 80% grain uniformity.

Abstract

Lately, room security is a problem faced by many agencies end. It has become a vital necessity if the room equipped with many resources or has a limited access only to specific users only. Closed Circuit Television is one of the solutions to be able to record events that occur in a room that is monitored, but it is becoming redundant if everything is recorded. This system combines the use of a web camera and its peripheral devices to be able to record the events in a room if the detected movement. This system is more efficiently use space on the hard drive so that only record events in case of movement or change in a room..This system is accessible from the web.

Abstract

The use of oxygen sensors on vehicles intended to reduce the harmful content from vehicle exhaust emissions. Research and journal was prepared to find how much reduction can be achieved. Research conducted by the experimental method. This type of machine used is K3-VE engine Avanza. Measurements are performed using the exhaust emission analyzer Fourgas at some level of engine speed.        From the research proven when using oxygen sensors decrease harmful content of exhaust emissions. The decline in the percentage of the CO content of 1.86% and the average number of HC ppm reduced the total 258.33ppm.
