Jurnal Literasi Pendidikan Nusantara adalah jurnal ilmiah yang menyajikan artikel orisinal tentang pengetahuan hasil kajian dan penelitian di bidang pendidikan. Diterbitkan dua kali setahun oleh universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, Indonesia. Jurnal Literasi Pendidikan Nusantara bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah ilmiah yang memfasilitasi publikasi hasil penelitian, kajian teoretis, dan praktik inovatif dalam bidang pendidikan yang berakar pada kekayaan budaya, kearifan lokal, dan dinamika masyarakat Nusantara. Jurnal ini mengembangkan pemikiran kritis, kreatif, dan transformative literacy sebagai upaya penguatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper is written with the aim of explaining the notion of personality and emotion, but in the discussion, it explains the emotional phenomenon symbolized in social media as information technology develops and almost everyone socializes using devices. The writing method uses Microsoft Word and journal templates. Mendeley's app is used for citation and APA 7th (American Psychological Association 7th edition) as reference style. The data for the discussion of papers are obtained from primary and secondary data from books and journals of international and national reputation. The results of writing this paper, personality and emotions are things that must be guarded wisely so as not to cause misunderstanding and offense in social media because it is influenced by several factors, including: social, educational level, age, gender, topic presented, areas with social status. , education levels, and different ages are very prone to misinterpretation / meaning. And it often happens in social media that it's easy to share symbols or images that don't necessarily know the meaning or meaning of these symbols or images, so gossip, ghibah and slander occur

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the influence of teacher perception on the effectiveness of communication in the organization at Min 3 Pandeglang. The method used in this study is survey research with correlational techniques. The study sampled 30 people. The results of the study can be concluded that 1) Teacher Perception in MIN 3 Pandeglang, categorized as being in moderate level, 2) Effectiveness of Communication In Organization at MIN 3 Pandeglang, categorized in moderate level, 3) There is a positive influence between Teacher Perception and Communication Effectiveness in accepted Organizations. In other words, there is a positive influence between teacher perception and communication effectiveness in organizations at MIN 3 Pandeglang. This is proven to have done calculations obtained t count of 6942, which turns out to be greater than t table for  = 0.05 and n = 30 is 2.04. That is, the contribution of Teacher Perception to The Effectiveness of Communication Within the Organization amounted to 63,202%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the concept of management in the Qur'an. Library studies are used as a method of research by referencing several sources from scientific books and journals. The results of the discussion concluded that the forms of the concept of management are found in the Qur'an which is grouped into the form of fi'il mudhari', af'alul khomsah, jama' mudzakkar, and isim fa'ail. The basics of Islamic management contained in the Qur'an are justice, trust and accountability, and communication. Management principles include amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, the obligation to uphold truth and justice and deliver a mandate

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi peran penting jurnal online dalam meningkatkan mutu perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kontribusi jurnal online dalam meningkatkan akses terhadap pengetahuan ilmiah, efisiensi dalam penelitian dan pengajaran, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya di lingkungan akademik. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari dosen, mahasiswa, dan staf administrasi di beberapa perguruan tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama yang muncul dari hasil penelitian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jurnal online memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan akses terhadap pengetahuan ilmiah dan efisiensi dalam penelitian dan pengajaran. Namun, implementasi jurnal online dihadapkan pada beberapa tantangan, seperti ketersediaan akses internet yang terbatas, kurangnya pelatihan bagi pengguna, dan biaya langganan jurnal yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, upaya bersama antara lembaga pendidikan, pemerintah, dan industri diperlukan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut dan memaksimalkan manfaat dari penggunaan jurnal online dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.
