Jurnal Literasi Pendidikan Nusantara adalah jurnal ilmiah yang menyajikan artikel orisinal tentang pengetahuan hasil kajian dan penelitian di bidang pendidikan. Diterbitkan dua kali setahun oleh universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, Indonesia. Jurnal Literasi Pendidikan Nusantara bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah ilmiah yang memfasilitasi publikasi hasil penelitian, kajian teoretis, dan praktik inovatif dalam bidang pendidikan yang berakar pada kekayaan budaya, kearifan lokal, dan dinamika masyarakat Nusantara. Jurnal ini mengembangkan pemikiran kritis, kreatif, dan transformative literacy sebagai upaya penguatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe organizational change and development. Library studies are used as methods in this research. Results and discussions show that organizations are objected to by human activities, where humans seek the most benefit from organizational activity through the human beings involved. In the event of such a change, the organization must also undergo development, which is the stage for organizational change.

Abstract

This research is an attempt to describe and align the study of organizational behavior in the Western worldview with the text rules found in the Qur'an as the main reference of Muslims. This study takes studies from several books and research that have been published as primary and secondary data. From the results of the study found the Qurán taught his people the importance of values, attitudes, and work decisions. The spiritual values of Islam listed in the Qur'an are the main values that Muslims must uphold so as to reflect appropriate attitudes and produce decisions that are in line with the rules, conditions and do not contradict the values contained in the Qur'an. This research shows that working in the view of Islam is part of Worship, so all decisions taken must be oriented towards the good of the world and the hereafter and reflected in the attitude of work that is a manifestation of the values ingrained in each Muslim individual.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures. Cannot stand alone without the help of others. Social beings in their lives need other people. In dealing with other people, humans eventually form a group. Groups that are formed or built are usually because there are similarities behind the group. From some opinions of experts, it can be concluded that a group is a collection of two or more people who interact with each other. In the interaction, there are goals to be achieved. The key word for a group is that there are two individuals who interact each other to achieve a common goal. The opinion of Henry Murray and David Mc Clelland and McAdam in Dayakisni (2006: 157) there are two social motives that encourage a person to have relationships with other people, namely; Need of Affiliation (the need for affiliation), namely the desire to establish and maintain several rewarding interpersonal relationships, and the need for intimacy, namely choosing a warm, close and communicative relationship. As it develops, the group becomes an organization. The organization is a group of people who are working towards a common goal under leadership (Davis: 1951). This means that this is one of the things that distinguishes organizations from groups. The method used in this research is literature study, namely by looking for various relevant sources to support the theory of this research. From various sources obtained, it can be concluded that the success or failure of the organization in achieving its goals depends on how far a leader is able to influence his subordinates so that they are able to work with high morale and organizational goals can be achieved efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

This paper was written aimed at explaining the understanding of management, scope of management, and leadership of Islamic education. The writing method uses Ms. Word and journal templates. Zotero applications are used for citations and APA 7th (American Psychological Association 7th edition) as a reference style. The paper discussion data is obtained from primary and secondary data derived from international and nationally reputable books and journals. The results of the paper suggest that management activities cover a broad spectrum, starting from activities on how to determine the direction of the organization in the future, creating organizational activities, encouraging cooperation between fellow members of the organization, and overseeing activities in achieving the goals. Islamic education leadership is a leadership process in Islamic education to move, influence, motivate, and direct people within educational institutions to achieve the goals that have been formulated.

Abstract

The behavior has a broad definition. Behavior can be interpreted as the actions or activities of the human being himself who has a very wide expanse, among others: walking, talking, crying, laughing, working, lecture, writing, reading, and so on. Behavior is also interpreted as a response or reaction of a person to stimulus or stimulus from outside one of the Organization's environment. The implementation of the organizational plan depends largely on the individual characteristics contained in the organization. Organizations need to understand more about the characteristics and attitudes and behaviors of each individual. It must be realized and accepted that human beings are destined not to be the same, both in terms of their biological background, educational background, to the various factors that influence each individual characteristic. Therefore, the diversity of the individual has become an inevitability, and it cannot be denied its existence. This paper discusses how individual behaviors in the organization with sub-discussion of approaches in understanding human nature consisting of cognitive approaches, satisfaction approaches, strengthening approaches and psychoanalysis approaches.

Abstract

This paper was written with the aim of explaining the meaning of education, educational innovation, educational policy, the Covid-19 pandemic. The writing method uses Microsoft Word and journal templates. Mendeley's app is used for citation and APA 7th (American Psychological Association 7th edition) as reference style. The data for the discussion of papers are obtained from primary and secondary data from books and journals of international and national reputation. The results of writing a paper show that educational innovation includes new changes, to increase the ability to achieve educational goals. Which includes technology, human resources and government policies.These three things hold an important role that must be collaborative, they cannot work independently, a synergity was required to build education.

Abstract

This paper was written to explain the paradigm of trans-disciplinarity in Islamic education. Writing method using Microsoft Word and journal templates. The paper discussion data is obtained from primary and secondary data derived from books and journals of international and national reputable. The results of the paper show that trans-disciplinarity is a process characterized by the integration of various disciplines (multy-disciplines) of science to understand issues or problems and aims to build paradigms that can solve scientific problems across disciplines and different perspectives in undergoing the dynamics of civilization that continues to evolve; trans-disciplinary Islamic education orientation seeks to answer all challenges along with the times. paradigmatic analysis of transdisciplinary Islamic education in the framework of the development of superior human resources and character must accentuate the spiritual integrity that colors the dynamics of the development of various scientific disciplines, based on the rules; trans-disciplinary Islamic education curriculum development must be developed holistically in order to develop existing potentials.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to reform Indonesia's Islamic Education in the face of Islamic Education of the outermost regional communities. The results of the library study state that the reform of Indonesian Islamic Education in the face of Islamic Education of the outermost local community is by expanding access and improving the quality of Islamic Education in several ways. First, the increase in the capacity of Islamic Education institutions. Second, the improvement of the equalization of Islamic Education through the increasing effectiveness of the affirmative policy, as well as the provision of special scholarships for the poor and the implementation of quality distance education. Third, the provision of operational costs to improve the effectiveness of education. The policy carried out by the Ministry of Education and Culture to accelerate development in the 3T area is an advanced program together to educate Indonesia. This program includes The Integrated Teacher Professional Education Program With Additional Authority (PPGT), Undergraduate Program of Educating in 3T (SM3T) area, Frontline Teacher (GGD), Regional Development Program, and Collaborative Integrated Teacher Professional Education (PPGT collaborative).

Abstract

Organizational culture is an important and very strategic element in the development and progress of organizations in both business, government, educational institutions, and religious social organizations. This paper aims to describe the culture of the organization through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. Especially the culture of organizations related to Islamic educational institutions. The study is divided into 3 (three) sections. One, an introduction outlining issues related to the culture of the organization as well as the significance of the paper written. Second, the Discussion outlines expert opinions supported by empirical data and information then constructed by the authors so that the direction of this paper is more specific to the objectives that it wants to achieve. Third, The Cover is a conclusion of the issues and discussions that have been outlined. This paper concludes that the development and existence of the organization has a strong and significant relationship with the culture of the organization
