Jurnal Ilmu Komputer dan Sistem Informasi (JIKSI) is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing multidisciplinary issues in computer science, information systems, and technology innovation both in Indonesia and around the world. JIKSI is a triannual, open access, peer-reviewed, and international e-journal, published in Indonesia. We accept unpublished, high quality, and original research manuscripts in English, resulting primarily from quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methodologies related to or associated with computer science, information systems, and technology applications. JIKSI is published three times per year by the Institute of Information Technology and Social Science (IITSS). All research articles appearing in JIKSI have undergone a thoroughly blind peer-review.

Abstract

Papuan students in South Sumatra face challenges related to fragmented communication, limited information accessibility, and low participation in organizational activities. The absence of an integrated digital platform has reduced coordination efficiency within the Papuan Student Community of Sriwijaya (KOMPAS). This study aims to design and empirically evaluate an Agile-based integrated web information system incorporating digital governance and marketplace features to enhance organizational performance and engagement. The system was developed using the Agile methodology through five iterative sprints over a ten-month period involving 15 organizational stakeholders and 75 active members. The platform was implemented using Laravel and MySQL within a three-tier architecture framework. Evaluation procedures included functional testing, performance analysis, and usability assessment using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicated an average page load time of 1.2 seconds (desktop) and 2.8 seconds (mobile), with a PageSpeed score of 94 and 85% unit test coverage. The system achieved a SUS score of 82.5, categorized as excellent usability. After one month of implementation, information accessibility increased from 24% to 76%, participation rose from 38% to 62%, and member engagement improved from 31% to 73%. The marketplace module recorded 23 transactions totaling Rp 8,500,000. These findings demonstrate that integrating digital governance mechanisms with marketplace functionality significantly enhances coordination, engagement, and economic participation in student-based community organizations.

Abstract

Electronic government is the use of information technology by government institutions that enables the transformation of relations with citizens, business people, and fellow government institutions. The services provided are more accurate, easily accessible, low cost and save time for the community. With e-government, public services can be done 24 hours, anytime and anywhere without having to meet directly with the officers. And with e-government, the people also don't need to queue for service. Even though Indonesia actually already has e-government services, it is not very effective for the community to use it. People are more interested in using traditional methods. Namely by visiting government offices. But the website is rarely updated in news. Therefore we need research on e-government to find out the factors that influence the acceptance of e-government. In this study, researchers used the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model with the variables Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Privacy, trust as independent factors. Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior as dependent factors. Age and Gender as a moderation factor. This model will then be validated using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS 22 software. After the model is validated using AMOS 22, which variables will be obtained are significant and which variables are not. Variable privacy, social influence is proven to influence behavioral intention. And behavioral intention variables are proven to influence the use behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to make it easier to find the availability of spare parts, after using the inventory information system can facilitate employees in collecting data on purchase transactions, can help in documenting indent data and consumer data information, data entry goods, transaction data, streamline time and provide solutions and accuracy in the report on incoming and outgoing goods. This system development method uses the Waterfall method, while it uses the system design method of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), the test system used is a graphical user interface (GUI). The system is made based on web, using the PHP programming language. The results of this study can help leaders and employees to facilitate transaction activities and recap the report at the Rizal Auto Workshop Palembang.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed the world to be completely easy, and thanks to the support of computer technology it is proven that the mechanism of long and repetitive work becomes effective and efficient. This study aims to see the acceptance of technology (Academic Information System) in STIE Lembah dempo by using a research model developed by Venkatesh (2003) by ignoring moderator variables. The data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire with a total sample of 230 with freedom of 0.05%, respondents in this study were STIE students. From the results of table 4.14 by looking at the comparison of T-Table and T-Statistic shows that the value of T-Statistics > T-Table so that it can be said that all variables have a positive effect on the acceptance of Academic Information Systems at the high school.

Abstract

The development of technology and the rapid flow of data and information spread on the internet requires the public to know the latest information. To get this information, people generally use search engines or search engines that can facilitate the search for information. Some search engines available on the internet use web crawlers to get the information needed by the user. This research develops a web crawler application to extract information about prices from two comparison sites, the Elevenia site, and the Mataharimall site. The data obtained from the crawling process will be stored in a database which can then be used by the user to see the price comparison of the products sought, then the user can also view the details of the product sought. This system was developed by the waterfall method and displays in Cross-Selling format for the product sought. This research has resulted in crawlers and system applications using cross-selling.

Abstract

Information development is very fast due to technological advances is one of the most important factors in data processing. Citra Utama Clinic is one of the clinics in the 7 Ulu area of Palembang. Citra Clinic provides a variety of health services. To provide maximum service, a health service information system is needed. This research develops an information system for image clinical services using the Extreme Programming method. This research has produced an information system that can help the health service process and has been tested with black box testing techniques.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi saat ini, mendorong penggunaan perangkat mobile secara intensif. Kemajuan teknologi perangkat mobile yang pesat memungkinkan pemanfaatan yang lebih dari kemampuan perangkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan merancang sistem KHS yang dapat bekerja sebagai aplikasi mobile menerapkan teknologi web service. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan metode Coad dan Yourdan yang terdiri dari Kebutuhan Sistem, Analisis Sistem dan Perancangan Sistem dan menggunakan alat bantu perancangan yaitu Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian ini berupa prototype sistem dengan menerapkan teknologi web service mempermudah dalam pengembangan dan penerapan sistem berbasis mobile.

Abstract

Pengelolaan file arsip pada Kantor Notaris dan PPAT Thamrin, SH saat ini masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan yaitu file arsip mudah rusak akibat virus, file arsip mudah hilang akibat proses modifikasi dengan nama yang sama, dan butuh waktu lama untuk mencari dan menemukan file yang dibutuhkan. Jika dilihat dari ketersediaan komputer yang ada sudah selayaknya kantor ini memiliki sistem penyimpanan arsip elektronik agar manajemen kearsipan yang ada menjadi lebih baik lagi. Sistem arsip elektronik yang akan dirancang dalam penelitian ini dirancang dengan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design, dimana pada sistem ini ada 3 tingkatan pengguna yaitu admin, karyawan dan pimpinan. Kelebihan dari sistem ini adalah kemudahan pengaksesan dan pengelolaan file-file arsip agar mudah dikelompokkan, dicari, dan selanjutnya dimanfaatkan, serta dapat di terapkan pada jaringan LAN maupun internet sehingga manajemen kearsipan yang ada menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Privasi data konsumen menjadi perhatian utama dalam era digital ini, di mana teknologi informasi memainkan peran krusial dalam mengumpulkan, menyimpan, dan mengolah informasi pribadi. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dimensi etika dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi terkait privasi data konsumen. Melalui analisis literatur, kami mengidentifikasi berbagai isu etika yang muncul dalam konteks ini, termasuk transparansi, keamanan data, dan tanggung jawab penggunaan informasi pribadi. Penelitian ini membahas privasi data konsumen terkait etika yang melibatkan organisasi, pengembang teknologi, dan konsumen dalam memastikan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang etis dan sesuai dengan norma-norma keberlanjutan. Dengan mendasarkan diri pada konsep etika, penelitian ini juga didasari berbagai pedoman yang ada untuk digunakan dalam penelitian privasi data konsumen. Hasil studi literatur ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang kompleksitas etika dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi terkait privasi data konsumen. Implikasi praktis dan rekomendasi untuk pemangku kepentingan, termasuk organisasi, regulator, dan pengguna teknologi, juga dibahas untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan perlindungan privasi dalam ekosistem digital yang terus berkembang. Dengan demikian, studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana etika dapat diintegrasikan dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk menjaga privasi data konsumen secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Plagiarism among students is increasingly becoming a serious concern along with the current development of digital literacy with advances in information and communication technology. The rampant practice of plagiarism can harm not only individual students, but also damage the integrity of education as a whole, starting from the formation of students' character, habits and intelligence. This research aims to identify and implement effective plagiarism prevention strategies in the digital literacy era. The research method involves analysis of the latest literature consisting of a number of journals from previous researchers. Awareness of the consequences of plagiarism, implementation of academic honesty, curriculum design and use of plagiarism detection technology are included as part of the response approach. Efforts to create an educational climate that supports academic integrity, training in the correct use of information sources, and promotion of ethical writing practices are also the focus of research. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide practical guidance for educators and educational institutions to increase students' awareness of plagiarism, prevent plagiarism practices, and promote positive digital literacy.
