Abstract

QRIS is a digital payment tool issued by Bank Indonesia, using a barcode that is scanned through a digital wallet application to make transactions easier, faster, and safer. The development of payments using QRIS is seen from the increasing data of qris users up to 48 million users from 2022 to March 2024. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of convenience, security, and speed on consumer interest in using qris as a payment method in Bengkulu city. This research method uses quantitative research type, the sample in this study is the people of Bengkulu city QRIS users who are shopping at ichiban sushi bencolen mall totaling 100 people.The results of multiple linear regression show the equation: Y = 7.067 + 0.168 X1 + 0.198 X2 + 0.625 X3, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the variables of convenience (X1), security (X2) and speed (X3) have a positive influence on consumer interest in using QRIS as a payment method in Bengkulu City. The coefficient of determination (R square) from SPSS 25.00 is 0.519. This means that convenience, security, and speed affect consumer interest in using QRIS as a payment method by 51.9% while the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other factors. The t test results at the 0.05 significance level explain that partially X1, X2, and X3 have a significant influence on consumer interest in using QRIS as a payment method in Bengkulu City with a value of X1 0.011, X2 0.006, X3 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence Financial Behaviour in generation Z Bengkulu City. The focus of this study is to determine whether Financial attitude, Financial Knowledge and Financial Self-Effivcacy affect fianancial behaviour in generation Z Bengkulu City. The approach used is a quantitative approach with primary data. The sample in this study were generation Z in Bengkulu city, namely 100 people. The result of the multiple linear regression analysis is the equation Y = 1.766 + 0.347 X1 + 0.321 X2 + 0, 479 X3 + e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the variables Financial Attitude, Financial Knowledge, Financial Self-Efficacy have a positive influence on Financial Behaviour (Y) in Generation Z Bengkulu City.From the results of calculations using SPSS 25, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.593. This means that the value of financial attitide (x1), financial knowledge (x2) and financial self-efficacy (x3) affects Financial Behaviour (Y) by 59.3% while the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at the significance level <0.05 explain that partially financial attitide (x1), financial knowledge (x2) and financial self-efficacy have a significant effect on Financial Behaviour (Y) in Generation Z Bengkulu City. The results of the f test are smaller than 0.050, so the variables financial attitide (x1), financial knowledge (x2) and financial self-efficacy (x3) have a significant effect on Financial Behaviour (Y) in generation Z Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether there is an influence of Financial and Non-Financial Compensation on the Performance of Employees of Hakasima Media TV in Bengkulu City. Based on the characteristics of the research, 39 samples were obtained using the Census or Saturated sampling method. Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression research, it shows that Y=12,305+0.413+0.86 9+e which proves that Financial Compensation has a positive effect on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City of 0.413, and Non-Financial Compensation has a positive effect on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City of 0.869. The results of the t test show that Financial Compensation has t count> t table (3.455 > 2.028) and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, therefore Ho is rejected, which means that Financial Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the the employees’ performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City, and Nonfinancial Compensation is quite dominant with t count > t table (10.642 > 2.028), and has a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected which means that non-financial compensation has a significant and significant impact on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City. Based on the F test (simultaneous) it is known that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and calculated F> F table (89.769 > 3.26) which means that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test, it is known that Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation have an effect on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City of 0.833 or 83.3% and the remainder (100-83.3% = 16.7%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of skills and job satisfaction on improving employee’s performance at PT. Laras Prima Sakti of Seluma Regency. PT Laras Prima Sakti in West Seluma Sub-District of Seluma Regency is a company operating in the oil palm plantation sector. Based on the research characteristics, a research sample of 52 respondents was obtained using the total sampling method. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The research results showed that skill had a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance at PT. Laras Prima Sakti of Seluma Regency, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance at PT. Laras Prima Sakti of Seluma Regency, skill (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at PT. Abstract

Pematang Gubernur Subdistrict is a residential area with relatively high population density and diverse community activities. However, limited directional information signs are still found in RT 29 RW 01, particularly regarding public facilities and strategic locations. This condition makes it difficult for visitors and newcomers to navigate the area. This community service program aims to provide environmental information media through the creation and installation of Strategic Direction Signboards (PANTERAS). The implementation methods include field observation, signboard design, construction, installation at strategic points, and brief socialization to residents. The results show that the signboards help improve environmental order and facilitate access to location information for the community.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, interactions between companies and consumers have undergone significant changes, particularly in service sectors such as MaximFood, where service quality greatly influences customer satisfaction. In this context, the MaximFood delivery service company seeks to understand how service quality affects customer satisfaction.This study aims to determine the effect of MaximFood courier service quality on customer satisfaction among employees of the BRI Bengkulu Branch Office. This research employs a quantitative approach, in which data collection is represented numerically to obtain information and draw conclusions.The study population consists of all employees of the BRI Bengkulu Branch Office. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling method, involving all 60 respondents in the population. According to Kuncoro, a correlational study requires at least 30 samples to test whether a relationship exists between variables.The results show that the service quality of the MaximFood courier has a significant effect on customer satisfaction among employees of the BRI Bengkulu Branch Office. Based on the t-test, the obtained significance value is 0.000, which is smaller than the threshold value of 0.05. This indicates that the hypothesis stating that service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction is accepted.Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) value is 0.619 or 73.4%, meaning that 73.4% of customer satisfaction is influenced by the quality of MaximFood’s courier service, while the remaining 26.6% is affected by other variables outside the regression model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of data protection and cybersecurity on the level of trust in fintech use among the people of Bengkulu City. The theories used in this study consist of several theories according to the research variables, namely data protection, cybersecurity, and the level of trust in fintech use. This research method used quantitative descriptive research. The sample in this study was the people of Bengkulu City, whose population was taken from Dukcapil data. The sample in this study was 80 people, with the sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive.The results of the study show multiple linear regression analysis with the equation Y = 5.203 + 0.463 X1 + 0.481 X2 + 4.332 shows a positive direction of the influence of data protection and cyber security on the level of trust in the use of fintech in Bengkulu society. Data protection influences the level of trust in the use of fintech in Bengkulu society with a calculated t value of 3.463 > t table 1.66488 and sig α = 0.001 < 0.05. Cyber ​​security influences the level of trust in the use of fintech in Bengkulu society with a calculated t value of 4.341 > t table 1.66488 and sig α = 0.000 < 0.05. Data protection and cybersecurity influence the level of trust in fintech among Bengkulu residents, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 50.7% and an F-value of 37.405 > F-table of 3.12, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
