Journal of Information Systems and Business Technology (JISBT) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang didedikasikan khusus untuk pengembangan keilmuan di bidang Sistem Informasi. Jurnal ini menjadi wadah untuk penyebaran hasil penelitian, inovasi teknologi, serta pemikiran kritis yang berfokus pada penerapan dan pengembangan sistem informasi dalam berbagai konteks bisnis dan organisasi. Abstract

DKI Jakarta, as a center of economic and social activity, has a very high level of community mobility, resulting in various transportation problems, especially traffic congestion. Application-based transportation services such as Grab generate large amounts of travel data that can be used to understand community mobility patterns. This study aims to visualize Grab service data in DKI Jakarta using Tableau to obtain information on activity trends, income, and the most used services in the 2021–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data were collected in the form of a CSV dataset which was then processed through business intelligence stages, including data processing, storage in a database, and visualization in the form of graphs and interactive dashboards using Tableau. The results show that GrabBike, GrabFood, and GrabCar are the most frequently used services, with GrabBike having the highest number of activities and revenues, reaching approximately 7,200 billion rupiah per year. Data visualization in the form of a dashboard is able to present information in a structured, clearer, and easier to understand manner, so that it can be a basis for supporting decision-making for relevant parties in urban transportation management in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

The manual system for recording internship attendance and daily activities often leads to several issues, including data inaccuracies, inconsistent entries, and delays in reporting. These problems not only affect students but also make it difficult for supervisors to monitor and evaluate their performance effectively. To address these challenges, a web-based information system was developed to streamline the process of tracking student attendance and documenting daily internship activities in a more efficient, structured, and integrated manner. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which consists of several phases: requirements analysis, system design, program implementation, functional testing, and system maintenance. It utilizes the PHP programming language, features a Bootstrap-based user interface, and employs MySQL as the database management system, all running on the XAMPP platform. Key features of the system include multi-user login access (for students, supervisors, and admins), daily attendance logging, student activity reporting, and automatic generation of weekly and monthly summaries in downloadable document format. Testing was conducted using the Black Box method, and the results confirmed that all system functionalities operate as intended and align with user expectations. This system is expected to serve as a digital solution for managing internship administration more effectively and fostering student discipline and accountability throughout the internship period.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mobile telah memengaruhi pola konsumsi masyarakat, termasuk dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan produk dan layanan hewan peliharaan. Meskipun demikian, pemanfaatan platform digital oleh usaha petshop masih relatif terbatas dan belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dalam satu sistem khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat dan kebutuhan konsumen sebagai dasar perancangan marketplace petshop berbasis mobile. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed method) dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden pemilik hewan peliharaan, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pelaku usaha petshop. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen memiliki tingkat minat yang tinggi terhadap penggunaan marketplace petshop berbasis mobile. Kebutuhan utama konsumen meliputi kemudahan akses aplikasi, ketersediaan katalog produk yang lengkap, kejelasan informasi produk dan harga, keamanan sistem pembayaran, serta antarmuka aplikasi yang mudah digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam perancangan marketplace petshop berbasis mobile yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan pelaku usaha.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has driven significant changes in production management, including in the coffee industry. PT. Sumber Kofi Lestari still faces challenges in production management that rely on manual methods, such as order recording and production data management using Microsoft Excel, which leads to recording errors and delays in data updates. To address this, a web site-based information system was developed using an Agile approach that allows for gradual and flexible development as needed. With this web -based system, PT. Sumber Kofi Lestari can monitor production progress in real-time, improve operational efficiency, and reduce errors in data recording. The system implementation is equipped with key features such as order creation, production management, and invoice generation that can be accessed by the sales team, admin, and production admin. The system implementation shows increased efficiency, reduced data errors, and ease in monitoring production, thereby increasing productivity and service quality.

Abstract

In this study, various problems that occur in the convection lie are, The current obstacles are that recording is still done manually using note paper/books. Then for outgoing stock there is no accurate report on every e-commerce purchase or outside e-commerce. In addition, the current stock is uncertain in number so it is often recalculated to ensure the amount of stock available. Then there is no stocktaking for stock monitoring, there is no data for returned or refunded items, and there is no report for outgoing stock reports. Items that are in demand are often out of stock because there is no stock monitoring. The purpose of the study is to improve the efficiency of the stock recording process by designing a system that can reduce discrepancies, in addition to minimizing errors in recording stock data that often occurs due to human error factors, then to consider production on products that are in high demand and those that are less in demand. The method used is Agile Development as a reference for creating a system in this study, with the addition of several tools such as MySql as database storage and so on, here the author also uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) as documentation in creating this application and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) as a structure. The expected result is that this application can function properly as it should in the convection lie, with this inventory application it can facilitate employees in managing product stock, help in terms of work time efficiency, reduce human error, and support the right decision making in product management.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology, the systems used for operational management in various fields are also experiencing innovation. One of them is the service receipt system in motorbike repair shops, which generally uses manual and inefficient methods. This research aims to design and develop a website-based motor vehicle service receipt information system at Rijaya Motor, using the Agile method to provide solutions to existing operational problems. The process of managing customer data, queues and service processes, which was previously done manually, can now be processed more quickly, structured and with minimal errors with a website-based system. The system developed is equipped with features such as managing service orders, recording goods data, managing customer and vehicle data, and automatically creating invoices. Implementation of this system is able to reduce recording errors, speed up the service process, and increase the transparency of information received by customers. The research results prove that the website-based motor vehicle (two-wheeled) vehicle service receipt information system has been able to increase the efficiency of data management, speed up queues and service. With this system, customers can see estimated service times and increase transparency between the repair shop and customers. By implementing this website-based information system, Rijaya Motor is able to face increasingly fierce competition in the automotive services industry, with a significant increase in competitiveness.

Abstract

This research addresses the challenges faced by Puskesmas Cogreg in managing physical archives, including difficulty in accessing and searching for documents, risk of data loss, and inefficient archival processes. The aim of this study is to develop a digital archive system that will streamline the management of personnel data, incoming and outgoing letters, and other documents at Puskesmas Cogreg. The system uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology to create a web-based application that improves efficiency, enhances data security, and reduces the risk of document damage. The study utilizes methods such as literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The system was designed iteratively, with a focus on user feedback to ensure it meets the needs of Puskesmas Cogreg staff. The results show that the digital archive system successfully reduces the time and effort needed to manage documents, enhances data security, and improves operational efficiency. The conclusion highlights that the digital archive system is a practical solution to the archival challenges at Puskesmas Cogreg, and it is recommended for implementation to improve administrative processes.

Abstract

The Batok Village Office in Tenjo District currently manages population data using a simple spreadsheet application, Microsoft Excel. The use of this manual system for data management creates various problems, including time-consuming data retrieval processes, the risk of errors in recording, duplicate data, and the potential for file loss. This study aims to replace the Microsoft Excel-based population data management system with a more efficient and integrated website-based system, design a population management information system that facilitates easy and accurate data recording, storage, retrieval, and reporting, implement a system with better data security to reduce the risk of data loss, and provide functional features such as automatic validation, fast search, and data backup to support the performance of village officials. The system development method used is the Agile method, which emphasizes iterative and incremental development processes and involves regular user feedback. The system was built using PHP and MySQL. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure each function runs according to specifications. The results of the study indicate that the system is able to improve data management efficiency, minimize errors, speed up administrative services, and increase user satisfaction. Thus, this system can be an effective digital solution to improve the quality of public services at the village level.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based restaurant management system at kedai Nasi Goreng 351 using the Agile method. The problems faced are the recording of sales transactions that are still carried out manually and the lack of integration of sales data between branches, making it difficult to monitor, report, and make decisions difficult. The Agile method is applied because it is able to support the development of the system iteratively, flexibly, and adaptively to changing user needs through a short sprint cycle. The system is designed to record sales transactions in a computerized manner and integrate data from four branches into one centralized system. The re    sults of the study show that this web-based sales information system is able to improve the accuracy of transaction recording, speed up the recapitulation process, and reduce errors that often occur in manual recording. Data integration between branches allows business owners to monitor turnover and sales performance in real-time. In addition, the developed system improves transparency and control of sales, as well as provides accurate and timely information as the basis for managerial decision-making. Thus, this system is effective in supporting the management of multi-branch restaurant businesses in a more efficient and integrated manner.

Abstract

The Environmental Control Facility Center (PUSARPEDAL) service is a national reference laboratory that provides calibration services for environmental equipment. However, the process of administration and data management of calibration services that are still carried out manually or using Microsoft Excel causes a lack of efficiency, potential recording errors, service delays, and limitations in data integration between parts. This research aims to design and develop a website-based service information system and calibration services using the Agile method to improve effectiveness, accuracy, data security, and service quality. The research methods used include observation, interviews with service staff, and literature studies to identify system needs. System development is carried out iteratively using the Agile approach through the stages of planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and review. The system design is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), while the system testing is carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure the suitability of functionality to user needs. The results of the study showed that the developed information system was successfully implemented with a functional success rate of 100% based on testing. The system is able to integrate service processes ranging from application submission, customer data and tool management, calibration status tracking, to digital certificate issuance. The implementation of this system has been proven to improve administrative efficiency, data management accuracy, service transparency, and ease of access to information for users. with high ticket volumes, with suggestions for further development such as AI integration for ticket prioritization.
