Abstract

The importance of information technology in improving the quality of education, especially in attracting students' interest and motivation to learn which is often influenced by monotonous conventional learning methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of information technology in PAI and assess its impact on students' learning motivation. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving PAI educators, principals, and students. The data obtained was systematically analyzed to find relevant patterns and themes. The results show that the application of information technology, such as laptops, LCD projectors, and multimedia applications, significantly increases the effectiveness of PAI learning. Students become more active, motivated, and show improvement in understanding the subject matter. Although there are variations in motivation among students, the use of information technology has been proven to be able to create a more interactive and fun learning atmosphere. This study recommends that school management continue to improve technology facilities and train educators in their use to achieve better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Religious education, especially the learning of the Qur'an Hadith, has an important role in shaping the character and faith of students. However, the COVID-19 pandemic, which requires learning to be carried out online and offline, poses a big challenge to the educational process, including in learning the Qur'an Hadith. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers, learning methods, and the impact of learning the Qur'an Hadith on the faith of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 1 Cianjur during the pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected by conducting in-depth interviews with teachers and students, direct observation of learning activities, and collecting documents related to learning the Qur'an Hadith. The data was analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that teachers at MIN 1 Cianjur play a very important role in maintaining the quality of learning the Qur'an Hadith during the pandemic. Learning is carried out through online and offline methods, although there are obstacles to accessing technology. The positive impact of this learning can be seen in increasing faith, discipline in worship, and changing the behavior of students who are more polite and caring for others.

Abstract

The number of students who are victims of online gambling makes the investment world have to provide education and be directed to real investment. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the impact of investment motivation, risk perception, literacy on students' interest in investing in the capital market. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive.i.utu in the form of an overview with data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to respondents.the population of this study is 4,000 students while the sample is taken using web.raoshop.com sample size calculator, with a distribution rate of 50%, an error rate of 10%, and a confidence level of 90%, so that a sample of 100 people is obtained. The results of this study explain that the influence of Motivation, Investment, Risk Perception, Literacy on Student Interest in Investing in the Capital Market has a positive and significant impact, with an influence of 0.628 or 62.8% while the remaining 38.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain in detail the influence of investment motivation, and financial efficacy on students' investment interest in the capital market. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study is 4,000 students of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi City, while the sample was taken using the web raosoft.com sample size calculator with a distribution rate of 50%, an error rate of 10% and a confidence level of 90% so that a sample of 100 people was obtained. The results of this study explain that investment motivation, and financial efficacy on students' interest in investment in the capital market at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi have a positive and significant influence, with an influence of 0.605 or 60.5% while the remaining 39.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the importance of creative content on social media for MSMEs. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study are MSMEs of 20 business actors. The data collection technique uses interview observation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses triangulation which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the research are based on several research celebrations. How is your customer involvement in content creation, how many followers you have on social media, how many people see the content you upload, how you respond to the content, how is the reputation of the content you create, states that it is very important for MSMEs to create creative content that is uploaded on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of risk management on visitor experience at the natural tourism destination of Pondok Halimun, Sukabumi. Using a mixed-method approach, quantitative data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 32 visitors, while qualitative data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with site managers. Quantitative analysis included validity testing, reliability testing, simple linear regression, and coefficient of determination, while qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that risk management has a significant effect on visitor experience, indicated by a significance value of 0.000 and an R² of 0.615, meaning that 61.5% of visitor experience variation is explained by the quality of risk management. Qualitative findings reveal that risk management practices remain informal, lacking written SOPs, adequate safety facilities, and structured risk communication. These limitations contribute to low perceptions of safety, despite visitors rating the natural scenery highly. The study concludes that strengthening risk management is essential for enhancing the overall visitor experience. Recommendations include developing formal safety SOPs, improving safety facilities, enhancing visual risk communication, providing staff training, and strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration in destination management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze visitors' perception of security and mitigation strategies implemented by managers in Oasis Nature Tourism tourist destinations. Using a mixed methods approach, data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 45 respondents and interviews with tour managers. Quantitative analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 25, including validity, reliability, and determination tests, while qualitative data were analyzed with the Miles & Huberman model. The results show that all safety perception indicators are valid and reliable, with Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.795. An R Square value of 0.691 indicates that 69.1% of visitors' decisions to come are influenced by their perception of on-site security. The findings of the interviews reinforce these results, where managers not only rely on formal systems, but build a sense of security through the active participation of all staff, a social approach to local residents, and cooperation with security forces. Security system evaluations are carried out periodically and adaptively. In conclusion, the perception of security is an important factor in attracting interest in visiting, and a community-based security approach can be an effective alternative in sustainable management of tourist destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of earnings quality and operational efficiency on the financial performance of conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022-2024 period. The research population consists of 58 conventional banks, with a sample of 15 banks selected using purposive sampling based on the availability of complete financial reports and consistent listing on the IDX. The observation period covers three years, resulting in 45 observations. Earnings quality is measured by earnings persistence, earnings predictability, and the ratio of operating cash flow to net income. Operational efficiency is measured using the BOPO ratio, while financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). Data analysis was conducted using a quantitative approach indicate that earnings quality has a significant positive effect on financial performance, operational efficiency has a significant negative effect on financial performance, and simultaneously both variables significantly influence the financial performance of conventional performance of conventional banks. These findings highlight the importance of improving earnings quality and operational efficiency as strategies to maintain profitability and competitiveness in Indonesia’s conventional banking sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability of plantation businesses in the brown sugar processing industry in Kampung Cikangkung, Citanglar Village, Surade District, Sukabumi Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the business owner, plantation supervisor, and production workers. The data analysis focuses on identifying the production process, cost structure, revenue, and profitability indicators, including Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), and Return on Investment (ROI). The results indicate that the brown sugar production process is still conducted using traditional methods, starting from sap tapping, boiling, molding, to packaging. The cost structure is dominated by variable costs, particularly labor wages and fuel expenses. The average monthly revenue of the business is Rp 52,000,000 with total production costs of Rp 38,220,000, resulting in a net profit of Rp 13,780,000 per month. The profitability analysis shows a GPM and OPM of 26.5% and an ROI of 9.18% per month, indicating that the brown sugar processing business is financially profitable and feasible. The factors influencing profitability include technical, economic, managerial, as well as social and environmental factors, including the implementation of a land management system based on grants/zakat.This study is expected to provide useful insights for improving efficiency, financial management, and sustainability in the development of brown sugar agroindustry.

Abstract

The introduction of the concept of numbers and geometric shapes is an important part of early childhood cognitive development which is the basis for logical and mathematical thinking skills. Based on the results of initial observations at Al Falah A Kindergarten, it was found that the ability of children aged 5-6 years to recognize the concept of numbers and geometric shapes is still not developed optimally. This is characterized by the fact that there are still many children who have difficulty in naming number symbols, counting the number of objects, and recognizing and mentioning simple geometric shapes. Therefore, it is necessary to use teaching aids that are attractive and in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood, one of which is through the use of modified tangram props. This research aims to improve the ability to recognize the concept of numbers and geometric shapes through the use of modified tangram teaching aids in children aged 5–6 years at Al Falah A Kindergarten. The research subjects were children in the age group of 5–6 years old at Al Falah A Kindergarten. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, and performance assessment, while data analysis was carried out descriptively, qualitatively, and quantitatively. The results of the study show that the use of modified tangram props can improve children's ability to recognize the concept of numbers and geometric shapes. In the pre-cycle stage, children's abilities are still in the undeveloped category. After the implementation of the action in the first cycle, there was an increase but did not reach the success indicator. Furthermore, in cycle II, the child's ability increased significantly and achieved the criteria of developing very well. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of modified tangram teaching aids is effective in improving the introduction of the concept of numbers and geometric shapes in children aged 5–6 years in Al Falah A Kindergarten.
