Abstract

The millennial generation currently faces various unique challenges and problems when it comes to investing. Millennial generation investment education, especially for PGRI 3 Vocational School students in Serang City, is very important to provide understanding to the millennial generation, especially vocational school students, regarding concepts, investment practices and personal financial management so that they can make wiser financial decisions in the future. The increase in young investors needs to be balanced with strong knowledge and understanding of financial literacy. This is because the level of financial literacy and investment strategies among millennials is relatively low. Research from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) shows that the literacy rate for millennials aged 18-25 years is only 32.1 percent. Meanwhile, millennials aged 25-35 years were 33.5 percent. The methods used in PKM activities are counseling and class discussions, investment simulation games, and case studies. It is designed to provide students with a more practical and interactive understanding. The results of this PKM activity show that structured and comprehensive investment education is effective in increasing the financial literacy and investment readiness of the millennial generation. Recommendations are given for implementing similar programs in other schools to support the development of financial literacy among the younger generation

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) in Ciwindu Village, Ciwarna Village, Serang Regency, on October 3-4, 2024 aims to improve the knowledge and skills of adolescents in financial management. The program begins with village observation, followed by planning, execution, and evaluation through surveys, interactive training, and practical socialization. As a result, there was a significant increase in adolescents' understanding of budgets, priority needs, and financial planning. The program successfully equips them with the skills to achieve long-term financial stability, which is expected to improve their economic well-being. Overall, this PKM has a positive impact on individuals and communities, as well as opening up opportunities for similar programs in the future.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the understanding of making financial reports in Walantaka Tofu MSMEs in Kp. Tegal Kembang, Serang City, Banten Province, through training and assistance in preparing simple financial reports. The method used was sosialisasis and question and answer sessions, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The program results showed an increase in MSME owners' understanding of the preparation of simple financial statements that can help in making business decisions and financial planning.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve marketing strategy literacy in the digital era for micro, small and medium enterprises at the Pendawa Islamic Boarding School. Bogor This is due to the increasingly competitive business world today. Based on this, in order to win the competition in the market in meeting the needs of the community for a similar product, every business actor must have a competitive advantage and have the right marketing strategy. The method used is qualitative descriptive to create systematic, factual and accurate descriptions and descriptions of the facts and relationships between phenomena. The results of this community service are expected that micro, small and medium business actors will be able to understand the internal and external factors of their business in analyzing the market, and the right marketing strategy so as to increase the company's profitability. And through a digital marketing strategy that is right on target in segmentation, it can influence the sales of MSME products and be able to attract customer interest in making purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Ecoschool is a program that integrates environmental education and sustainable practices into the school curriculum. The program aims to build students' awareness and responsibility of SMKN 3 Serang City towards the environment, and encourage them to play an active role in building a green economy. Ecoschool has several benefits, including first increasing students' knowledge and awareness of environmental issues, second building environmentally friendly attitudes and behaviors, equipping students with skills and knowledge to build a green economy, third creating a healthier and more sustainable school environment. The Ecoschool program can also be implemented through various activities, such as environment-based learning, waste management and recycling, energy and water conservation, tree planting and greening, development of environmentally friendly products. And by implementing this Ecoschool program, we hope that students can become agents of change who play an active role in building a green economy and creating a sustainable future. The results showed that the Ecoschool environmental program succeeded in increasing students' awareness of environmental issues and encouraging environmentally friendly behavior. The program also contributes to building a green economy through energy saving, waste reduction, and sustainable use of natural resources

Abstract

The needs in daily life are increasingly diverse, various groups with various different needs either in meeting their satisfaction to achieve maximum or basic needs that must be met. In an effort to achieve success in business, the Company wants profits for its business, however, sometimes it is negligent in controlling waste on the profits it gets. We as students of Pamulang Serang University are pioneers in preventing environmental pollution because it can be bad for human health and life. This activity aims to realize how important the role of humans is to the environment, therefore the existence of PKM activities provides education related to green accounting, especially for generation z which is expected to bring positive changes for the future. SMAN 1 Tirtayasa is an option to carry out Community Service activities where we convey the concept, benefits, goals, and practices related to green accounting. This activity will be held on May 27, 2024 at SMAN 1 Tirtayasa with a total of 35 students majoring in social studies with the hope that when students can apply an attitude of caring for the environment and when entering the world of work can set aside part of the cost to manage waste from the company's production.

Abstract

Green Accounting is a branch of accounting science that focuces on estimating and reporting the impact of economic activities on the environment. Green Accounting aims to incorporate environmental elements into traditional financial accounting anjd notification systems, thereby providing a more compherensive view of company performance, not in terms of revenue, but also in terms of environmental sustainability. The benefits of Green Accounting increase sustainable decision making. Information resulting from Green Accounting can help companies make more sustainable bussniness decisions, such as investing in environmentally friendly technology and reducing excessive use of natural resources. Even though Green Accountingbhas many benefits, its implementation still faces challenges, namely that are no clear an globally structrured and regulations for Green Accounting, so the PKM team can use varios different methods and approaches, namely by providing counseling about application of Green Accounting to SMKN 1 CIRUAS. The methods used is by approaching the students and delivering the material as well as discussing it. This PKM activity was carried out on May 30 2024 abd was attended by male/female students majoring in Accounting at SMKN 1 CIRUAS. Despite several challenges, Green Accounting is an important step towards more sustainable accounting. By counting to develop standards continuing to develop standards an regulations, increasing the availability of data and information, and finding cost-effective solutions, Green Accounting can help the PKM team archive sustainable development goals and create a more sustainable future.

Abstract

Environmental damage and pollution began to be felt by many people along with the development of the industrial world. Green accounting is one type of environment that describes the costs that companies have to maintain the surrounding environment. Environmental costs are costs incurred to prevent environmental pollution so that companies need to process waste generated from the company's operational activities. This community service activity is intended to realize the importance of implementing green accounting, so that we can protect the environment around us. The importance of understanding related to green accounting and the importance of implementing green accounting in reducing environmental problems, therefore the PKM team provided socialization related to the concept of green accounting and how to apply green accounting to students of SMKN 3 Cilegon regarding the concept, benefits, objectives, and how to implement green accounting. The method used is a conceptual and participatory method, namely by involving the participants in the activities carried out, both material delivery activities, fun games and discussion sessions. This community service activity will be carried out on May 2, 2024 at the Hall of SMKN 3 Cilegon and was attended by 56 students majoring in accounting at SMKN 3 Cilegon. Protecting the environment is everyone's obligation, both the community, business actors, nor the government. Hopefully this community service activity can increase and foster a sense of concern for the environment.

Abstract

Climate change and environmental degradation have become urgent global issues to be addressed. The negative impacts of human activities on the environment are increasingly being felt, one of which is the accumulation of waste. Green economy is an economic concept related to the distribution, production and consumption of goods and services, which in its application will incur environmental costs. The purpose of the Community Service initiative (PKM) is to increase students' awareness of the importance of preserving the environment by conducting waste management. The PKM team taught MA Darul Huda Pusat Mandalawangi students about the role of school officials in environmentally friendly school management, how to manage waste, and make waste containers from used gallons, which means that the participants were involved in the activities carried out, such as delivering materials and practicing waste management. This community service activity was held at MA Darul Huda Pusat Mandalawangi on May 2, 2024 which was attended by students of MA Darul Huda Pusat Mandalawangi. The environmental management in school life is an activity carried out by educators and students in the form of maintaining hygiene, sorting waste, processing waste, and preserving the environment.

Abstract

Environmental education has become increasingly important to raise awareness and understanding among the younger generation about the importance of protecting, preserving, and maintaining the environment. One effort that can be done is through education on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the concept of a green economy among students as the future generation. The problem faced is the lack of knowledge among students at SMA Negeri 16 Kabupaten Tangerang regarding the implementation of a green economy through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) education, and there are still many students who need awareness of the importance of a green economy and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as provisions for their future. This community service aims to increase students' understanding and awareness of implementing a green economy through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) education and instill the importance of a green economy as a provision for their future. The method used is a 2-hour educational seminar on green economics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and posters containing information about the green economy and CSR have also been made by the committee to be given to the school so that they can be understood and applied in daily life and provide benefits for all students. The evaluation results show that most participants felt the activity was beneficial, the material was well-presented, and the presentation method was interesting. It can be concluded that this activity has succeeded in increasing students' knowledge and awareness. It is recommended to carry out follow-up activities, expand collaboration with schools and other relevant parties, and utilize digital media to disseminate information on an ongoing basis.
