Abstract

This study examines developments with the topic of service quality methods. This study aims to determine: (1) a map of the development of the number of publications on the topic of service quality; (2) find out which scientific articles have the highest number of citations on the topic of service quality; (3) know the map of the development of scientific publications based on keywords. Data collection was carried out by searching the Google Scholar database with the keywords service quality and servqual, with the categories article title, abstract, keywords in the 2016–2020 range. The search results show that there are 907 scientific articles that match the keywords based on the Harzing's Publish or Perish application. The results of this study indicate that the development of publications in 2016-2020 with research topics of service quality methods increases every year, with the highest number of publications in 2020 as many as 287 articles. While the publication that has the highest number of citations is JE Panjaitan, AL Yuliati (2016) with the article title Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at JNE Bandung Branch. Map of the development of scientific publications in the VOSViewer application based on the keywords service quality and servqual. Network visualization in the VOSViewer application shows that the agricultural R&D map is divided into nine clusters. Cluster 1 consists of 10 items, Cluster 2 consists of 10 items, Cluster 3 consists of 10 items, Cluster 4 consists of 8 items, Cluster 5 consists of 7 items, Cluster 6 consists of 6 items, Cluster 7 consists of 5 items, and Cluster 8 consists of 3 items, Cluster 9 consists of two items.

Abstract

Employee Survey Information System at PT Uni Charm Indonesia Web-Based can be used as solution to full fill employee survey at PT Uni Charm Indonesia. With the existence of this information system can facilitate the employees fill out survey form and company in processing report result of survey. In this research, discuss about how to design application of employee survey system at PT Uni Charm Indonesia web-based. The system development methodology used is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model which includes stages of System Analysis, Design, Encoding, Testing system. The system used using PHP programming language, database server using phpMyAdmin. The results achieved from this research is a web-based employee information survey information system. his employee survey system can assist HRD in the process of conducting annual employee surveys and facilitate employees in completing surveys so as to minimize paper use and more efficient data storage and accurate processing of survey results.

Abstract

The standardization of IT implementation in modern companies, including hotels is the impact of the deployment of IT sustainability. This study aims to analyze the maturity level of IT service management or ITSM at Hotel Santika Premiere Palembang using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V.3 framework. The population in this study were all employees and the samples are 29 respondents obtained from RACI mapping. Gap analysis is used to determine the value of the gap between actual conditions and ideal conditions in 28 sub domains of the ITIL V3 process. Based on the overall analysis and assessment process, the maturity level of IT service management is 2.79. Overall IT service management maturity level is at level 3 (defined), i.e. each process in the ITIL V.3 sub domain has been defined but in its application there are still many shortcomings such as lack of documentation and reporting, no clear measurement of the quality of IT service management, and no IT service strategies that are aligned with the company's business objectives. Recommendations are compiled based on the subdomain with the highest gap value so that improvements can be made immediately to reduce the gap and meet the expected condition.

Abstract

Dalam sosial masyarakat terhadap penggunaan uang sudah banyak beralih dari tunai dan ke uang elektronik atau biasa disebut e-money. banyak masyarakat saat ini lebih merasa mudah dan nyaman dengan menggunakan uang elektronik. E-wallet atau biasa disebut dompet digital merupakan sebuah layanan elektronik dalam bentuk aplikasi yang biasanya tidak dalam bentuk fisik. E-wallet dapat Anda gunakan untuk melakukan berbagai macam transaksi dan bahkan sebagai tempat penyimpanan keuangan tanpa bunga. Selain dari kenyamanan dan kemudahan dalam e-wallet masyarakat pun tidak perlu lagi memikirkan persoalan sederhana seperti kembalian pada saat transaksi. Aplikasi OVO merupakan salah satu e-wallet dengan posisi kedua terbesar dan terbaik di Indonesia. Namun menurut beberapa penelitian bahwa aplikasi OVO, aplikasi ini masih memerlukan perbaikan pada skala daya tarik dari faktor ketidak aktraktifan aplikasi OVO sehingga menimbulkan ketidaknyaman dari sisi penggunanya. Pada penelitian ini Evaluasi kebergunaan aplikasi OVO akan dilakukan agar dapat meminimalis kelemahan yang terjadi dari segi kenyamanan pengguna dalam tampilan aplikasi OVO. Kemudian penelitian ini tlah dilakukan pengukuran dan pengujian tampilan usibilitas menggunakan instrumen System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor SUS yang diperoleh sebesar 73,5 yang mana termasuk ke dalam kategori acceptable, grade C dan good. Hal ini berarti bahwa aplikasi OVO memiliki nilai kebergunaan yang baik serta layak diakses dan diterima oleh penggunanya

Abstract

Roaming profile is a feature of managing user’s profile centrally through the active directory on Windows Server, which is useful to redirects all application settings and data storage to the server, so that users can access their profiles on any computer on the network. Compared to the local profile that relies on a local hard drive, a roaming profile is more suitable for user account management in a computer laboratory, because students use PCs interchangeably and move from one PC to another. This study aims to shift the local profile setting which was previously still used in the computer laboratory of the Faculty of Information Technology, Universitas Merdeka Malang, to a roaming profile-based setting. This research is expected to present a solution to make it easier for students to access their own profiles, while providing protection for the files they store. The method of this research is based on a qualitative and experimental approach. The results showed that the implementation of an active directory with a roaming profile was able to improve the quality of service in the computer laboratory, as well as increase security and convenience for students.

Abstract

Monitoring the position of transportation equipment is important in the world of transportation, one of which is on ships. This is needed to know the position of the ship accurately when there is a possible risk of an accident. Global Positioning System (GPS) technology is a satellite navigation system and a geographic positioning system using satellites through 24 satellites that transmit microwave signals to Earth. In this study using the NEO-6M GPS module which functions as a GPS receiver (Global Positioning System Receiver) to detect locations by capturing and processing signals from navigation satellites. The locations that were the target of the test were the Musi River, to be precise, at Location 1 in the Musi 6 area and Location 2 in the Benteng Kuto Besak (BKB) area. Based on location 1 in the Musi 6 area, the Latitude is -3.005045 and the Longitude is 104.751624. Furthermore, for ship testing at location 2 in the BKB area, the results obtained were a Latitude of -2.992315 and a Longitude of 104.760456. The results obtained from this design are able to display information data from ships in the form of Maps on the Blynk application and notifications will appear when the SOS button is pressed. So that it can help the evacuation process when an accident or emergency occurs on the ship correctly and precisely. As well as being able to increase security and a sense of comfort for the safety of ship passengers while using water transportation.

Abstract

At Bina Darma Hotel Palembang already using a management information system to assist in managing and serving customers who will stay, with the information system the Bina Darma especially staff or employees who work can work efficiently. However, the implementation of this information system has not been evaluated during the use of the system, this makes it unknown whether this management information system has been fully accepted by system users. application of the UTAUT 2 model in knowing and understanding the use of system performance. UTAUT 2 is a new technology acceptance model developed by Venkatesh et al. In this study there are variables measuring Behavioral Intention and use behavior. So it is necessary to evaluate the information system to measure the extent to which this information system can be accepted by users, especially employees and staff within the scope of Bina Darma Hotel. In order to support evaluating the use of the Bina Darma Hotel management information system, it is necessary to support a method, a method that can evaluate system acceptance. This method is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) 2. So based on these problems it is necessary to conduct an evaluation of the existing management information system at Bina Darma Hotel.

Abstract

The use of the absent system at Diskominfo Lahat Regency still uses a manual system in the form of a signature in the file attachment. With a system like this, of course, there are shortcomings in terms of efficiency, ranging from time, energy, and cost efficiency. The purpose of this study was to develop an attendance information system at the Lahat Communications and Information Office so that it could improve the time efficiency and performance of Lahat Diskominfo employees. The method used in the development of this system is an error correction algorithm that is often used in QR-Codes is the Reed Solomon Code algorithm. QR-Code equipped with error correction will be resistant to data corruption to a certain extent. Reed Solomon Algorithm (RS) is a channel-coding correction algorithm that functions to detect and correct a data packet. The benefits of developing an attendance information system that can support the attendance process are indispensable for the Department of Communication and Information in Lahat Regency. A web-based information system and has implemented the QR-Code feature supported by the Reed Solomon algorithm needs to be implemented in order to improve efficiency and performance. As well as being able to build an information system that can help the Department of Communication and Information in Lahat Regency in carrying out attendance, the researchers intend to build an application entitled Application of the Reed Solomon algorithm on the Lahat Diskominfo employee attendance information system. The result of this study is an attendance system that already uses QR-Code and the Reed Solomon Algorithm as an error detector in the code.

Abstract

This study can measure the comparison of the Levenshtein Distance calculation and Jaro Winkler's calculation in recognizing sentence similarity. The test information used in this review consists of two test information, namely test information to measure calculation closeness and test information to measure calculation handling time. The calculation test is completed by using a counterfeit identification application to calculate the level of comparability and handling time made by the two calculations. After testing, the data from the results of the two tests is calculated on average to calculate the comparison results. The result of the similarity comparison obtained from Jaro Winkler's calculation is 76%, while the Levensthein Distance calculation is 57%. Then the average result of Jaro Winkler's calculation is 0.0052 seconds, while the Levensthein Distance calculation is 0.00028 seconds. Based on the results of the comparison, Jaro Winkler's calculation proved to have a higher level of word similarity and a faster handling time than the calculation using Levenshtein Distance in identifying sentence similarity.
