Abstract

The purpose of the research carried out was to determine whether the average level of fulfillment of the Decent Living Needs Standard in Tanjung Redeb District was significantly above the Decent Living Needs (KHL) of Berau Regency in 2020. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the t test at the confidence level of 95% and the degrees of freedom of n-1, it is known that the t value (th) is -1.403 while the t value in the table is 1.697. Because the t value is smaller than the t value in the table (th <tt), thus the hypothesis obtained by the author turns out that the fulfillment of the Decent Living Needs Standard in Tanjung Redeb District is already below the Decent Living Needs (KHL) of Berau Regency in 2020. The average income of 30 Sari Laut traders in Tanjung Redeb District, Berau Regency is Rp. 2,733,000, - per month with a standard deviation of Rp. 1,512,222, - from the average value of his income. In general, the fulfillment of the Decent Living Needs Standard in Tanjung Redeb District is still below the Decent Living Needs (KHL) of Berau Regency in 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to see the concepts and theories of development economics based on the Islamic economic point of view of the figure of Ibn Khaldun. The focus in this research is on the concept of Islamic economic development based on Ibnu Khaldun in looking at the concept of community empowerment and its benefits as an alternative to overcoming the problems of economic development after the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia. This research is a library research with qualitative data and analysis. The results of the study show the economic concept of Islamic development by Ibnu Khaldun, namely First, the Role of Humans “arrijal”. Second, the Role of Development or “al-Imarah” and Justice or “al-adl”. Third, the role of institutions and government. Fourth, the role of wealth or “al-mal”. In his analysis, Ibn Khaldun also emphasized the importance of division of labor and specifications for developing the economy together by promoting the concept of cooperation. From Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on the development of Islamic economics, it is known that the concept of Islamic economic development does not only measure the level of welfare in the world, but more importantly how to achieve prosperity in the hereafter. The concept that is built is more directed at the concept of empowerment or empowerment of natural resources in an efficient and fair manner with the role of upholding ethical values ​​and social justice. The Covid-19 pandemic is a social disaster whose impact is felt by the entire community. The crisis that occurred in 2020 is the biggest public health and humanitarian crisis, which not only causes health emergencies but also provides significant economic losses. Referring to the concept of Islamic economic development by Ibnu Khaldun, efforts to overcome the problem of poverty due to this pandemic are not sufficient only relying on government resources, but also requires the participation and cooperation of all parties. The synergy between the government and the private sector, universities, and other non-governmental institutions needs to be strengthened to accelerate economic recovery in areas affected by the corona virus.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Belanja Daerah Terhadap PDRB ADHK Di Kabupaten Berau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis data sekunder. Rumusan masalah adalah apakah Belanja Langsung secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB ADHK, apakah Belanja Tidak Langsung secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB ADHK dan apakah Belanja langsung dan Belanja Tidak Langsung secara simultan Berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB ADHK di kabupaten berau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan, kuat dan positif antara Belanja Langsung Dan Belanja Tidak Langsung Terhadap PDRB ADHK Di Kabupaten Berau yang di tunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,863 atau 86,3%. Hal ini berarti bahwa Belanja Langsung Dan Belanja Tidak Langsung mempengaruhi PDRB ADHK sebesar 86,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,7% di pengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lain. Dengan demikian bahwa hipotesis yang dikemukakan dapat diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan penduduk terhadap pendapatan per kapita Kabupaten Berau. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data publikasi BPS Kabupaten Berau yaitu Berau Dalam Angka time series tahun 2017-2021. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah: uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu: pertumbuhan penduduk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan per kapita di Kabupaten Berau. Dibuktikan dari hasil uji t, dimana t-hitung > - t-tabel atau -0,761 > -3,182 dan nilai sig. > nilai probability atau 0,502 > 0,05. Dengan demikian menolak hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Peran Pemerintah sangat diperlukan dalam peningkatan pendapatan per kapita, diharapkan pemerintah dapat memberikan kebijakan-kebijakan yang meringankan pelaku usaha agar kenaikan PDRB lebih tinggi daripada jumlah populasi penduduk, sebab peningkatan jumlah penduduk dari tahun ke tahun akan membuat peningkatan PDRB perkapita menjadi lambat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of the education service sector to the gross regional domestic product in Berau Regency, so that it can assist the Berau Regency government ini making programs and policies in the future. In this study using secondary data or publication data obtained from the Central Bureau of statistics of Berau Regency using data analysis, namely contribution analysis. With data for the 2015-2019 period of Berau Regency. The results of the study show that the influence of the manufacturing sector on Gross Regional Domestic Product in 2014 was 1.93 percent, while in 2015 there was an increase of 3.89 percent, in 2016 it decreased by 3.82 percent, in 2017 it again increased by 3.95 percent and in 2018 there was an increase in the contribution of 4.05 percent. Then in 2019 it decreased by 4.00 percent.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor ekonomi terhadap tingkat perceraian di Kabupaten Berau. Data penelitian berupa data time series jumlah kasus perceraian selama tahun 2016-2020. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu: Uji Normalitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, Koefisien Korelasi, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor ekonomi berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap tingkat perceraian di Kabupaten Berau, sehingga diputuskan untuk menerima hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji t, dimana t-hitung < - t-tabel atau -3,549 < -2,101 dan nilai sig. < nilai probability atau 0,002 < 0,05. Faktor ekonomi dan tingkat perceraian mempunyai keeratan hubungan yang cukup tinggi, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,642. Selain itu faktor ekonomi mampu menjelaskan variasi tingkat perceraian sebesar 0,412 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik (> 0,5), sisanya yaitu sebesar 0,588 atau 58,8% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Empowerment of independent oil palm smallholders aims to realize the sovereignty and independence of independent oil palm smallholders in order to improve the level of welfare, quality, and a better life; protect Smallholders from crop failure and price risk; provide infrastructure and facilities needed to develop plantation business; develop plantation financing institutions that serve the interests of plantation businesses; improve the capability and capacity of independent smallholders and independent plantation institutions in carrying out plantation business that is productive, advanced, modern, added value, competitive, has market share and is sustainable; as well as providing legal certainty for the implementation of independent oil palm plantation businesses.

Research data sourced from the distribution of questionnaires distributed to 35 mustahik in Kampung Pegat Batumbuk as respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the analytical tools used were validity, reliability, simple linear regression equation, t test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program.

Abstract

In order to support the provision of homes for the MBR group, the government provides a series of programs so that the house can be affordable by the community. The problem of housing and settlements in bayur Bay Village is actually inseparable from the dynamics that develop in people's lives and existing government policies. This condition is interesting to research in order to provide optimal benefits, both to consumers and developers. The purpose of this study is 1) Finding the factor of the number of family heads and prices that affect the demand for subsidized houses in PT. Kaltim mandiri development in Bayur Bay Village, 2) Found the magnitude of the influence of each factor on the demand for subsidized houses in PT. Kaltim mandiri development in Bayur Bay Village. The study used secondary data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that of the five variables used in this study only one variable had a positive or significant effect and the value of t calculated greater than t table i.e. variable number of family heads and price variables did not have a positive or significant effect on the demand for subsidized houses. From the results of multiple regression analysis obtained variables that have the greatest influence on the demand for subsidized houses, namely the varying number of family heads, both price variables. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination R Sqaure known 67.7% of the demand for subsidized houses can be explained by variables in the number of family heads and prices. While 46.3% of the demand for subsidized homes was affected by other variables not studied in the study.
