Abstract

Compliance with Laws and Regulations on Sustainable Plantation Development. By Darmono, University of Muhammadiyah Berau. The research objectives are to identify various laws and regulations regarding sustainable plantation development; identify various problems faced by business actors/planters in implementing the applicable laws and regulations; collect and select input suggestions/opinions on the most effective method/pattern/system for submitting laws and regulations; and seek input on the parties most responsible for the implementation of laws and regulations. The results of the discussion can be concluded that, there are three aspects that must be formulated in order to strengthen the ISPO compliance system. First, the aspect of legal substance. The ISPO system arrangement should be upgraded from a ministerial regulation of agriculture to a presidential regulation. This presidential regulation is expected to become a stronger legal umbrella in the implementation of the ISPO system. Second, the aspect of the legal apparatus. The institutional mechanism for implementing ISPO certification must be refined and strengthened. Third, the aspect of legal culture. There must be a common understanding related to the definition and concept of sustainability in the management and development of Indonesian palm oil

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the Rural Mandiri National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) on increasing incomes for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in UPK Teluk Bayur District, Berau Regency. The type of research used is field research with the method used in the form of interviews, questionnaires and documentation to the PNPM Mandiri Rural Activity Management Unit (UPK) Teluk Bayur District which consists of the chairman, secretary and treasurer, as well as people who are directly involved in the resources. primary data. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using the SPSS 21.0 application, with the independent variable being the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) and the dependent variable is Income Increase in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and the regression results are Y = 4.806 + 0.877 X. The results showed that the Mandiri Rural Community Empowerment National Program (PNPM) had a significant and positive influence on the Income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises under the management of the UPK. The Mandiri Rural National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) had a 94% relationship with Business Income. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the UPK Teluk Bayur District.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a tested explanation of the Effect of General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds on Economic Growth in Berau Regency in 2012-2021. The subject of this research is the government of Berau Regency and the object of this research is the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund for Economic Growth. The type of data collected is quantitative data sourced from the Realization Report of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The method used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression test. The results showed that the General Allocation Fund partially had no significant effect on economic growth in Berau Regency. The Special Allocation Fund partially has a significant effect on economic growth in Berau Regency. The General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund simultaneously have a significant effect on Economic Growth in Berau Regency.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of parents' income on the education level of children of teachers at the Al Ihsan Hidayatullah Berau Foundation. The study was conducted on 60 people as respondents. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there is a significant, strong and positive effect between parental income on the education level of the teacher's child at the Al Ihsan Hidayatullah Berau Foundation, which is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.650 or 65%. This means that parents' income affects children's education level by 65% while the remaining 35% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Thus, the hypothesis put forward can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to explain whether the motivation and compensation variables have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Karya Indah Permata and to find out which variable has the dominant influence between the two variables of Motivation and Compensation on employee performance at PT Karya Indah Permata. This study raises the issue of the influence of motivation and compensation on employee performance. The respondents used were 78 employees of PT Karya Indah Permata in Berau. Respondents who have filled out the questionnaire will then be identified based on gender, age, length of work, education, and salary. This identification was carried out to determine the general characteristics of the research respondents. The results of testing the hypothesis (H1) have proven that there is an influence between motivation on employee performance. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, it is obtained that the t value is 0.085 with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05, thus the first hypothesis is accepted/according. The results of testing the hypothesis (H2) have proven that there is an influence between compensation on employee performance. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, it is obtained that the t value is 0.995 with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05, thus the second hypothesis is accepted/according The results of testing the hypothesis (H3) have proven that there is an influence between motivation and compensation on employee performance. Through the results of the calculations that have been carried out, it is obtained that the calculated f value is 1140.595 with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05, thus the third hypothesis is accepted/according.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the capital structure, profitability, and leverage on company value in consumer goods industry sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2017-2021. The population that is used as the object of observation is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for 2017-2021. The determination of the research sample used the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 13 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The results showed that the capital structure and profitability have a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. Leverage has a negative and significant effect on the value of the company In this study, there are still many limitations and shortcomings, namely the influence of independent variables on dependent variables is only able to explain 65.8% so it is necessary to add other independent variables

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) of employees at PT Trakindo Utama Site Lati in Berau Regency. The unit of analysis in this study were all employees at PT Trakindo Utama Berau Site Lati. The population was 71 participants as the research sample , so the researcher utilized the entire population as a research sample. Non-probability sampling with saturated sample methodology is the sampling technique that employed when samples of the entire population are acquired. With the involvement of the SPSS Version 21 application program, multiple linear regression was used as the analytical method in this study. According to the results of a study, it can be seen that there is a significant and positive influence between occupational safety and occupational health on employee productivity of PT Trakindo Utama Site Lati in Berau Regency as shown by the correlation coefficient of 0.635 or 63.5%. This indicates that whereas other factors influence the remaining 36.5% of employee productivity, occupational safety and health (K3) affects employee productivity by 63.5%. Thus, the hypothesis was acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how big the contribution of the fisheries sector is to the Gross Regional Domestic Product in Berau Regency. Based on the results of the research and the results of the contribution data it was concluded that the fisheries sector has a contribution that is still very lacking in contribution to the growth of Gross Regional Domestic Product when viewed with contribution indicators. The contribution of the fisheries sector to Gross Regional Domestic Product in 2015 was 1.08 percent, while in 2016 there was a decrease of 0.01 percent, in 2017 it did not increase or decrease, in 2018 it again did not increase or decrease and in 2019 there was an increase in contribution of 0.01 percent. The largest contribution of the fisheries sector to Gross Regional Domestic Product occurred in 2015 and 2019, namely 1.08 percent. So the hypothesis in this study was rejected.

Abstract

The writing is left of a theoretical framework, the idea of the experts, or the understanding of researchers based on their experiences, and then developed into the problems and their solutions - Solution proposed to obtain justification (verification) in the form of data support emperis field. This study aims to identify and Analysis Of The Influence Of Education And Training On The Performance Of The Sub Tanjung Rebab District Berau, The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a population of as many as 30, a sample of 30 people and data analysis techniques to test the validity of the research instrument, reliability testing and using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the motivation, Education And Training variables in itself - its own effect on the toward Performance The Performance Of The Sub Tanjung Rebab District Berau, While variable Employee Education is a dominant variable affecting the toward The Performance Of The Sub Tanjung Rebab District Berau, Meanwhile, based on the F test at level α of 5% prove all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable together (simultaneously). Adjusted determination (R2) is 0.810 or 81%, showing the contribution given all independent variables to the dependent variable.
