Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived benefits, convenience and security on the application of central bank digital currency from the perspective of students in Kupang city. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely analyzing data that processes data from respondent survey results. In determining the sample using Simple Random Sampling and the sample used in this study were 100 students in Kupang City as primary data. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to students studying in Kupang city. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that perceived benefits, convenience and security have a significant effect on the application of CBDC. Abstract

The aim of this research is; 1) to analyze the influence of age, skills, social networks, and parents' socioeconomic status simultaneously on the waiting period of educated workers in Denpasar City. 2) To analyze the effect of age, social network skills and parents' economic status partially on the waiting period of educated workers in Denpasar City. 3) To analyze the role of parents' socioeconomic status in moderating the influence of social networks on the waiting period of educated workers in Denpasar CityThe number of samples in this study were 100 samples. Data collection methods used are observation, structured interviews, and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that age, skills, social networks and socio-economic status of parents simultaneously have a significant effect on the waiting period of educated workers in Denpasar City. Age, skills, social networks and parents' socio-economic status partially have a negative and significant effect on the waiting period of educated workers in Denpasar City. Parents' socioeconomic status moderates the influence of social networks in Denpasar City. Keywords: Educated unemployed, waiting period, age, skill, social network, socioeconomic status of parents.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the Ankara Kopdit savings and loan cooperative in developing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Lembata Regency and to determine the efforts made by the Ankara savings and loan cooperative in empowering business actors in Lembata Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this research was 8 people consisting of 1 employee of Ksp Kopdit Ankara and 7 MSME actors. The results of this research are: 1.) The role of the Ankara Kopdit Savings and Loans Cooperative in the development of MSMEs in Lembata Regency is as a capital financing party in the activities of MSME players to increase members' income and as a savings institution other than banks. 2.) The efforts of the Kopdit Ankara savings and loan cooperative are to empower the community's economy through providing activity counseling and activity assistance to improve the performance of business actors to be able to survive competition in the world of work. Abstract

This study aims to simultaneously or partially analyze multiple factors that affect the informal sector income of Angklingan enterprises in Denpasar city: working capital, working hours and business duration. All data for this study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 71 interviewees. Samples are determined by random sampling techniques. The analytical technique used is multiple regression analysis. As a result, it was found that working capital, working hours and operating period simultaneously had a significant impact on the informal sector income of Angklingan companies in Denpasar city. Variables such as working capital, working hours and length of operation have had some positive impact on the income of the informal business sector in Denpasar city.. keyword: Angkringan Business, Income, Working Capital, Working Hours, Length of Business

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the socio-economic activities that occur between Indonesia and Timor Leste, as well as formulating several border region development strategies. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with Milles and Huberman and SWOT analysis. The development of PLBN Wini has had a positive impact on socio-economic life. The social impact felt is ease of access to public facilities and infrastructure. The economic aspect that occurs is that people find it easy to access the market, job opportunities are opened. Wini's border area development strategy, namely (1) Efforts to develop salt for consumption and processing of beef related to Featured Products in Border Markets and E-Market Places (2) Efforts for training and development of cattle farming and consumption salt to increase the income of border area communities (3 ) Processing salt in packages so that it can be marketed and can process cattle from meat, milk, internal organs, bones to skin which can be used for consumption or making crafts to support the tourism sector. This research is a recommendation for the regional government of North Central Timor Regency for the development of the Wini State Cross Border Post area, North Insana District. Abstract

This phenomenon shows people's efforts to achieve gender equality in the currenti erai of globalizationi. The ipurpose iof this study iwas toi look at the simultaneous and partial effects of the GEM variables, women's lifei expectancyi, average lengthi of schoolingi for girls, and district/city Labor Force Participation Rate on response rates in districts/cities in Bali Province. This study uses paneil datai which is a icombination of time seriesi datai and cross isection data. This research was conducted within the last ten years, namely 2010-2020 in 9 regencies/cities of Bali Province. The data collected was ithen analyzed iusing panel idata iregression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that simultaneously the Gender Empowerment Index, women's life expectancy, the average length of schooling for women and the Labor Force Participation Rate have a significant effect on the level of stimulation in the districts/cities of the Province of Bali. Meanwhile, the Gender Empowerment Index, women's life expectancy, the average length of schooling for women and the Labor Force Participation Rate partially have a significant negative effect on response rates in the districts/cities of Bali Province. keyword: GEM, women’s life expectancy, average length of schooling for women, labor force participation rate

Abstract

BUMDes is one of the village government programs to improve the economy of rural communities. Research purposes; (1) knowing the economic potential that exists in Ria Bao Village, (2) knowing the management of BUMDes in Ria Bao Village, (3) knowing the role of BUMDes in empowering the community to improve the economy in Ria Bao Village. The researcher used descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results shows that the potential of the village managed by BUMDes Nogo Gunu, namely agriculture, plantations, animal husbandry and seaweed cultivation through 3 business units, namely savings and loans, joint marketing and animal husbandry, can improve the economy of the community in Ria Bao Village. The obstacles in BUMDes Nogo Gunu management; There are still many people who have not taken the advantage of BUMDes existence, there is no training for BUMDes management. To solve this problem, the BUMDes management continue to carry out the socialization to the community, rent the BUMDes buildings as well as recommendation to provide the training management. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) analyze the joint effects of economic growth, investment, technology and minimum wage on employment opportunities in districts/cities in Bali; (2) Analysis of partial effects of economic growth, investment, technology and minimum wage on employment opportunities in districts/cities in Bali. (3) Analyze the order of impact of economic growth, investment, technology and minimum wage on employment opportunities in districts/cities of Bali. This study is an associative quantitative study using panel data of up to 72 observations. Data sources for this study are secondary data from the Bali Provincial Central Bureau of Statistics and primary data obtained from informants through in-depth interviews. The collected data were then analyzed using several linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis results, it is shown that (1) economic growth, investment, technology and minimum wage simultaneously have a great impact on employment opportunities in provinces/cities in Bali. (2) Economic growth and minimum wages can have a significant positive impact on employment opportunities in provinces/cities of Bali Province. Investments and technology may not affect employment opportunities in districts and cities in Bali. (3) Minimum wage has the greatest impact, followed by economic growth, investment and technology

Abstract

The problems experienced by rural community farmers encourage farmers to have the desire that Village Unit Cooperatives can be formed as credit distribution to carry out their business activities. Overcoming problems at the farmer level can be done through farmer institutions, one of which is cooperatives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of cooperative income, the number of active cooperative members' participation, and the amount of cooperative members' savings simultaneously and partially on the welfare of farmers in Jembrana District. This study uses a quantitative approach and is associative. The research location is in Jembrana Regency, while the objects in this study are cooperative income, the number of active cooperative members' participation, the amount of savings of cooperative members, and the welfare of farmers. The data analysis technique used to solve the problems in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that cooperative income, participation of active cooperative members, and savings of cooperative members had a significant effect simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on the welfare of farmers in Jembrana District. Abstract

During the process of producing salt, some farmers will concentrate on factors that have an impact on production. As a result, the focus of this study will be on determining the factors that influence salt production. Based on the responses to a survey via questionnaire, observations, and in-person interviews with 62 participants, the research data source was compiled. The kind of examination procedure applied in this study is utilizing a quantitative investigation strategy with different relapse types. This study demonstrates that farmers in Kusamba Village's salt production levels are correlated with capital, labor, and land area. Keyword: capital, Labor, Land Area, Production Rate
