Abstract

Village Fund is a fund sourced from the State Budget (APBN) allocated for villages, which is transferred through the Regional Budget (APBD) of the District/City and is used to finance the administration of government, development implementation, community development, and empowerment. This research employs a field research method (survey) conducted in Babulu Selatan Village, Kobalima District, Malaka Regency. The research aims to understand a phenomenon in a natural social context, emphasizing deep communication interactions between the researcher and the phenomenon under investigation. The research results indicate that the Village Fund Management mechanism in Babulu Selatan Village is in line with the technical guidelines for Village Fund management. However, the results of Village Fund management have not been able to maximize community satisfaction because the fund allocation is primarily focused on physical infrastructure development and improvement. Strategies implemented to enhance community satisfaction in villag management through the Village Fund include the following: optimizing aid funds to improve the economy and harness the potential of human resources, enhancing cooperation between the central government and village government, as outlined in a development policy. Abstract

Hand-woven ikat fabrics made in Bali, such as endek, are generally of good quality and are traded at relatively high prices in the market. However, now more and more woven products similar to Balinese endek are made outside Bali and sold at relatively lower market prices than authentic Balinese endek. When people choose non-balinese endec fabrics, it inevitably reduces the income of genuine Balinese endec weavers as the original Balinese artisans quit their jobs. This in turn will affect production, which will continue to decline. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Research results show that capital, labor force and business period simultaneously have a great impact on the production of endek fabric in Bali. Capital, labor force and duration of business also partially affect the production of endek cloth in Bali. The conclusion of this study is that an increase in capital by Endek Stov entrepreneurs leads to an increase in production. As the labor force increases, so does the resulting output. This is consistent with the Cobb-Douglas theory that capital and labor affect output. Bringing in more capital will increase production, sell more products, and ultimately increase your income. keyword: lorem Capital, Employ, Duration of the Business, Production Endek Fabric

Analyze the interaction (degree of association) between the growth center and surrounding subzones using gravity analysis. The analysis results show the center of growth or hierarchy I. (one) out of 7 (seven) sub-districts there are two sub-districts Aesesa District and Aesesa Boawae District. The districts with the highest engagement rates among the two growth hub districts are Aesesa South District and Mauponggo District. Aesesa District and South Aesesa District have an interaction strength of 1,206,408.27. While Boawae District and Mauponggo District have an interaction intensity of 1,434,281.18. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the rate of return on credit in the agricultural sub-sector in NTT banks and to analyze the rate of return on credit in the agricultural sector. The data method used is qualitative research using data reduction analysis, data presentation, verification and conclusions. The results of the study show that the relationship between business characteristics and the rate of return on micro business credit is influenced by things such as business experience, business turnover and profits. Business experience greatly affects the rate of credit returns. The relationship between Credit Characteristics and Micro Business Credit Repayment Rates can be influenced by the loan amount, repayment period and borrowing experience. The greater the loan amount borrowed by the debtor, the greater the return, because in addition to paying off credit, the debtor also pays interest and installments. The repayment period also affects the rate of return on micro business credit because the longer the credit repayment period means that the monthly installment burden that must be paid is relatively lighter, when compared to a faster repayment period with the same loan amount. Abstract

Climate change is one of the impcts of increasing carbon emissions resulting from activities carried out by all living things. Tranpsortation, as a driver of community mobility, is one of the biggest contributors to invreasing carbon emissions. Electric cars as a means of transportation are considered to be a new breakthrough in reducing the level of carbon emissions in the Jakarta area. This research aims to determine the carbon emissions resulting from the use of electric cars and conventional cars, mainrenance costs, purchase prices and operational costs from the use of electric cars and conventional cars, and aims to determine the amount of carbon produced by electric cars compared to conventional cars. This research shows that electric cars have lower operational costs than conventional cars, however electric cars have quite expensive maintenance costs, so it is difficult to reach the general public because electric cars are quite new and ther are not yet enough types of electric cars. The Transition of all conventional cars in DKI Jakarta and Indonesia to electric cars shows that the use of electric caars can significantly reduce the level of carbon emission produced by conventional cars. keyword: Carbon Emission, Electric Car, Oil-Foeled Car, Analysist Data-t Statistic
