Abstract

Era digital membawa pengaruh besar terhadap pembentukan kepribadian siswa, baik dari segi sikap, perilaku, maupun nilai moral. Kondisi ini menuntut peran guru yang tidak hanya berfokus pada penyampaian materi, tetapi juga pada pembinaan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran guru dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menelaah berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, dan teladan dalam menanamkan nilai moral, etika, tanggung jawab, serta literasi digital melalui integrasi pendidikan karakter dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, guru memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa agar mampu menghadapi tantangan era digital secara bijak dan bertanggung jawab.
