Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of organizational culture, compensation and work discipline on the performance of hospital employees. Satria Medika Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were hospital employees. Satria Medika Bekasi. Retrieval of data using saturated sampling which is distributed to 60 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with the help of SPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture, compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The adjusted R-square value is 0.722, meaning the contribution of organizational culture, compensation and work discipline. Partially, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is one of the attitudes in work, which is defined as a person's orientation towards the organization in terms of loyalty, identification, and involvement, Gen Z is known as the job hopper generation because Gen Z prefers to change jobs rather than work with things they don't like. This behavior is certainly related to the concept of organizational commitment. Therefore this study aims to examine and prove the role of the work environment, career development and work life balance in increasing Gen Z organizational commitment after the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Sinar Utama Jaya Abadi. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires consisting of 83 Gen Z employees at PT. Sinar Utama Jaya Abadi. The research data was processed using SPSS analysis.

Abstract

his study aims to be able to see leadership, work discipline and training on improving employee performance at PT. Bevos Prima Center, West Jakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. Sampling of 50 people from a total of all employees at PT. Bevos Prima Center. The independent variables include leadership (X1), work discipline (X2), and training (X3), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression testing. The results of his research prove that Leadership, Work Discipline, and Training all significantly influence the performance of partial and simultaneous employees at PT. Bevos Prima Center Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence firm value. There are several factors used, including profitability, leverage, liquidity. The purpose of this study was to test empirically whether profitability, leverage, liquidity influence firm value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study experienced a fluctuating phenomenon in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The population used as the research object is 26 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. The determination of the research sample used the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 9 food and beverage sub-sector companies based on certain criteria. The results show that profitability has an effect on firm value, leverage and liquidity have no significant effect on firm value. In this study there are still many limitations and shortcomings, namely, the effect of the independent variable on the dependent is only able to explain 64.4%, so it is necessary to add other independent variables.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of career development, work environment and work discipline on the performance of PT Memory employees. The objects in this study were employees of PT Memory in the production section of 53 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distribution method. By using a random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had no effect on employee performance, and work discipline had no effect on employee performance. But the test together that Career Development, Work Environment and Work Discipline have a significant influence.

Abstract

Financial statement analysis is very important for companies that go public, these financial reports become company performance reports for investors, suppliers, and employees because they are the most disadvantaged if the company loses money or goes bankrupt. The analysis needs to be done, with the consideration that the bankruptcy of a go public company will harm many parties. The object of this study is a consumer goods company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and included in the IDX30 indexed company class, the data used to analyze company bankruptcy using financial statement data for the 2016-2021 period. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance and devastation in the last five consecutive years. The method of analysis in this study is the analysis of financial statement ratios and bankruptcy analysis of the Altman Z-Score model, the Springate model and the Zmijewski model.

Abstract

Lean Manufacturing is known as a management approach that focuses on eliminating waste, process efficiency, and increasing added value. This research aims to evaluate and apply the Lean Manufacturing concept as a strategy to improve production quality in a manufacturing organization. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the application of Lean Manufacturing, especially through the concepts of waste elimination, value flow optimization, quality improvement, Just-In-Time (JIT) production, workforce involvement, production flexibility, and the 5S approach, has a positive impact on the operational efficiency of manufacturing companies . Eliminating waste, including excess inventory and unproductive production time, can reduce costs and increase productivity. Value stream mapping helps identify and eliminate waste in every stage of production. A focus on defect prevention and continuous improvement improves product quality, reduces the risk of remanufacturing, and increases customer satisfaction. JIT principles optimize production according to demand, reduce storage costs, and increase flexibility. Engaging the workforce in continuous improvement not only reduces waste but also increases productivity and morale. Lean's ability to respond to market changes and apply the 5S approach in organizing the work environment is also the key to success in improving the company's operational efficiency in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable through intervening variables. The population in this study were students from private universities in South Jakarta City using the lameshow formula, the sample in this study was 97 people. There are five types of variables in this research: Product Quality, Online Customer Reviews, Flash Sales, Buyer Decisions, E-Commerce. This research uses SEM Analysis and Smart PLS Application version 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS) with a quantitative approach by distributing a questionnaire with 52 indicator statement items which can be seen from the AVE value of all variable values ​​> 0.5 so that overall there is a positive influence between variables.

Abstract

This study examines how organisational structure affects modern business ethics. Various literature sources are collected and analysed for the study. Hierarchy, specialisation, departmentalization, range of control, and formalisation affect ethical decision making, according to the findings. Uncertainty and disagreement can inhibit ethical decision-making, but a clear and well-organized structure can create an environment that encourages it. Culture and leadership also moderate the impact of organisational structure on ethical decision-making. Organisational ethical decision-making is linked to ethical beliefs and principles. Therefore, organisations must understand how their organisational structure affects ethical decision-making, create a culture of open communication, transparency, and ethical dialogue, and ensure that policies and procedures support ethical decision-making. This research illuminates how organisational structure affects employees' ethical behaviour and decision-making, which can help establish ethical and sustainable management practices.

Abstract

The millennial financial problem caused by online borrowing is urgent. Online loans are convenient yet risky due to high interest rates, aggressive debt collection, and lack of transparency. This crisis effects financial health, economic well-being, and societal issues, including financial stress-related mental health issues. Financial literacy and regulation are important to solving this problem. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulates to protect consumers, enhance transparency, and guarantee financial institutions meet requirements. Financial literacy can assist people comprehend internet lending risks and advantages and make smart financial decisions in addition to regulation. The attached research uses descriptive qualitative methods. This research analyses documents and literature to assess regulation efficacy, identify gaps, and propose a better regulatory framework. The results reveal that existing restrictions are often insufficient to protect customers from unethical lending activities, and low financial literacy contributes to lending decisions that worsen millennials' financial situations. Transparency, consumer protection, and financial awareness among millennials, especially about internet loans, are vital. The millennial financial problem requires effective regulation, financial knowledge, mental health help, and debt stigma reduction. To protect millennials' financial well-being, tighter industry norms and debt support measures are also advocated.
