About the Journal Journal of Advanced Research and Studies in Educational Management (JARSEM) provides those interested in the effective management of the educational process with a broad overview of developments and best practice in the field, with particular reference to how new ideas can be applied worldwide. Abstract

This study aims to explain student management in improving student discipline in MTsN 1 Kediri.  The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were taken using interviews, observations, and documentation studies. In this study, the subjects of the study were the principal, the vice principal for curriculum and student affairs, and several students and teachers. The results of this study show that: First, MTsN 1 Kediri plans several activities to shape student discipline. Second, the implementation of some of these programs is proceeding in an orderly manner according to the schedule plan. Third, evaluation of the implementation of student activities is carried out once a semester which is conducive. discusses the ups and downs of student achievement stability and discipline in MTsN 1 Kediri

Abstract

This research is the result of research that presents human resource management in strengthening educators at MAN 2 Kediri. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resource management in strengthening educators in MAN 2 Kediri. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which reveals facts, data, and phenomena that occur in the field. This research uses types of research in the form of field research and case study approaches. The results of this studyshow that: 1) Human resource management planning in strengthening educators in MAN 2 Kediri is planned with functionaries before entering the new school year and full authority is given to the head of the madrasah. The planning carried out at MAN 2 Kediri is in the form of MGMP, Workshops, and also Work Meetings. 2) The implementation of human resource management in strengthening educators in MAN 2 Kediri has been carried out by existing SOPs. Starting from MGMP, BIMTEK, and also work meetings. 3) Evaluation of human resource management in strengthening educators in MAN 2 Kediri using the PKG format.

Abstract

This thesis is the result of research that presents problems with public relations management in the image of MTsN 1 Kediri. The purpose of this study is to find out how public relations management is carried out in MTsN 1 Kediri. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, which is an effort made to reveal facts, data, and phenomena that occur in the field. This research uses a case study approach and the type of research used is field. The results of this study show, that: 1) Public relations management planning on the image of MTsN 1 Kediri, namely by planning programs that aim to attract public attention to create a positive image in madrasa;  2) Implementation of public relations management on the image of MTsN 1 Kediri, namely by implementing planned programs by promoting madrasah through social media, holding and increasing cooperation with other institutions and the surrounding community, maximizing the implementation of public relations programs with strategies carried out; 3) Evaluation of public relations management on the image of MTsN 1 Kediri is carried out once a semester and after the implementation of the activity program, then improvements are made in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the management of the e-reportbased learning outcomes assessment program at SMPN 2 Kepung. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses a qualitative descriptive model. Validity checking is carried out using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests.  Theresults of this research indicate that the planning of e-report program activities is as follows. The e-report program is an innovative in-service support from DAPODIK. This plan aims to maintain accountability for assessments, simplify the teacher's task of preparing learning outcomes reports (LHB), make it easier to archive grade data and avoid mistakes in writing report cards.Implementation of activities in the e-report program, especially inputting grades, is carried out by all teachers and the ICT team as e-report admins. When teachers experience difficulties in entering grade data, it is carried out by the guidelines from DAPODIK to maintain assessment accountability and simplify the task of teachers or schools in preparing  LHB (Learning Results Reports), the evaluation of the e-report program is carried out by the Principal and the ICT team by utilizing the homeroom teacher to evaluate the grades that have been included in the e-report. The activities that have been carried out by SMPN 2 Kepung are expected to be able to create a school that is technologically insightful and able to become an example for other schools, especially in the Kediri area

Abstract

The implementation of public services based on information technology in SMAN 1 PUNCU to see if the problems that exist in licensing services are better or not using technology equipment. This research was conducted also to look at the benefits and obstacles to the implementation of information technology in public service based on information technology. To look at acomplex problem that requires in-depth understanding, this research method uses descriptive qualitative. For the result of that, it is necessary to do the interview, observation, and documentation study to be able to get valid data. Based on the results of this study concluded that the quality of public services based on information technology has been dissatisfactory. The indicators of public policy implementation are seen through communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure with the consideration of transparency, participation, and efficiency aspect

Abstract

The quality of education is an institutional benchmark for the wider community, for this reason, a madrasa head must improve madrasah programs to improve the quality of education in the institution. The conclusions of the results of this study indicate that: (1) The quality of education comes from the words quality and education. Quality in Arabic is "khasana" which means good, in English quality means quality, quality. In the Big Indonesian Dictionary, quality is a measure of the good or bad of an object, level, or degree (intelligence, intelligence, and so on). In terms of quality is the quality of meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Thus, quality is a level of quality that meets or even exceeds expectations. In the process of seeking quality education here, the head of the madrasa involves existing resources in the madrasa, namely deputy heads of curriculum, deputy heads of student affairs, and also religious teachers. Because seeing the vision of MTs AlMusthofa Grabagan, namely "The realization of madrasa graduates who are superior, cultured, useful and have noble character". (2) Supporting factors, namely: a. Strategic Institution Location b. Average HR Graduates from Religion and PTU (Public Higher Education) c. The community members and parents of students were enthusiastic. The inhibiting factors are a. Inadequate sources of funds at the institution b. Lack of institutional facilities c. Limited technological tools d. Lack of Honor (salary) e. There is a trend of Islamic boarding schools which provide formal school facilities

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Islamic values within the activities of the Islamic Youth Organization in Banyumanis Village. The focus of Islamic values includes hablumminallah (man's relation with Allah), hablumminannas (interpersonal relations), and hablumminalam (man's relation with the environment). A qualitative method with descriptive approach was employed, gathering data through observations of organizational activities, in-depth interviews with the executives and members, and document analysis. Findings indicate that the organization's activities significantly reflect the practice of Islamic values. Hablumminallah is mirrored in the consistency of worship and religious sessions, hablumminannas is evident from cooperation and social care among members, and hablumminalam is marked by environmental preservation activities. Further discussion delves into the implementation and challenges faced in practicing these values. The conclusion confirms the important role of the Islamic Youth Organization in instilling Islamic values and provides recommendations for the organization's further development to enhance the effectiveness of its activities.

Abstract

Interactive communication is an effective two-way communication model between individuals in educational institutions. A good strategy is needed to have a positive impact on the institution. This study aims to find out the efforts of public relations communication, the communication media used by public relations, and the interactive communication strategy of public relations to the parents of students at MI Ma'arif Penanggungan. The research method used is qualitative with case study techniques. Data was collected through the results of literature studies, interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique consists of three stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study showed: (1) public relations communication efforts to the parents of MI Ma'arif Penanggungan students are to provide and provide institutional information and are open to questions and answers with the parents of students; (2) public relations communication media in the form of social media, print media, and websites; and (3) public relations interactive communication strategies to students' parents, namely mastering communication techniques, utilizing social media, providing the best service in terms of time, and holding deliberations.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the instructional leadership of madrasah principals in guiding young teachers at SMA Al-Muhafidzoh Blitar, with a focus on leadership roles and strategies, experiences and perceptions of young teachers, as well as the impact of leadership on student learning outcomes. Qualitative research methods are used with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that madrasa heads play a key role in establishing a clear educational vision and implementing strategies such as mentorship programs, regular training, and constructive feedback that are effective in improving young teachers' pedagogical and classroom management skills. Young teachers' experiences and perceptions of the guidance they receive are generally positive, with many stating that the support of madrasah principals is very helpful in increasing their self-confidence and competence, despite several challenges such as time constraints. The impact of instructional leadership on student learning outcomes is clearly visible by increasing academic performance and student engagement in the learning process. This research confirms the importance of effective instructional leadership in creating an educational environment that is conducive to the professional development of young teachers and improving the quality of student learning outcomes at SMA Al-Muhafidzoh Blitar. These findings can be a reference for developing leadership strategies in similar educational institutions
