Accounting in MSMEs includes financial recording and reporting which is useful for the decision-making process, but to date there are still many MSMEs that have not implemented an accounting system. Bookkeeping is only limited to recording income and expenses, so it is not effective and efficient. Therefore, in recording transactions and preparing financial reports, accounting software is needed to support business development. This research aims to determine the importance of implementing an accounting information system, as well as to determine the ability of an accounting information system to produce accountable financial reports. This research was conducted at LPK Pacific Marine School Yogyakarta for three months in order to implement the Integrated Work Learning Program (PBBT) using qualitative descriptive research methods. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data obtained from internal company sources and research-related literature. The results of this research show that companies still need an accounting system in preparing financial reports. Then, after implementing an accounting information system with Zahir Accounting Personal 6 software, the company can present the resulting financial report, namely in the form of financial position and Income statement.

A management control system is a system that is used to control activities within a company in order to comply with a defined goal. In improving quality and quantity of products, it is very important to pay attention and evaluate employee performance so a good management control system is needed. The object of this research is Bento Kopi Yogyakarta. The aim of this study are (1) analyze whether the management control system at Bento Kopi is running in a structured and good manner (2) find out how the process of the management control system works in an effort to improve employee performance. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis method. The results of the research show that the process of management control in improving employee performance is optimal and maximum. As well as the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ethical guidelines at Bento Kopi have been fully implemented so that it can improve employee performance from the perspective of consumers andcompanies. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengembagkan kompetensi berkaitan dengan penerapan premi dan klaim asuransi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan Asuransi Umum yang berada di Yogyakarta yaitu PT Asuransi Umum Bumida 1967. Penelitian dilakukan selama 1 bulan dengan observasi, wawancara dan praktik langsung pada perusahaan untuk mengetahui proses premi dan klaim oleh nasabah pada perusahaan. Beberapa kendala dapat ditemukan selama proses observasi kemudian peneliti memberikan masukan dan membantu memecahkan masalah sehingga proses transaksi dan pencatatan berjalan secara efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan premi dan klaim asuransi berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan masukan pada organisasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terutapa proses klaim asuransi sehingga kinerja perusahaan semakin baik.

Accounting information systems are the core of management information systems, which are essential in various industrial sectors. Technology and software such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) are used to maximize information management. PT JSI is a service company that has the potential to utilize technology to increase operational efficiency. Even though it has the potential to utilize technology, manual processes in managing inventory and delays in financial reports are the main obstacles. Therefore, implementing the Odoo inventory module can be a solution to overcome obstacles in managing business processes related to warehouse operations. This research aims to analyze the business processes of PT JSI's inventory division by implementing the Odoo ERP system, evaluate the impact of implementing the inventory module on inventory management, and measure the level of user acceptance of the Odoo ERP system. The research was conducted for three months using a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting primary data from interviews, observations, and secondary data from internal company sources and related literature. The research results show the transformation of PT JSI's manual business processes into integrated ones by implementing ERP Odoo, enabling data storage between divisions in one database. Configuring the Odoo inventory module makes it easier to create purchase invoices, check stock, and reduce the risk of transaction errors and financial calculations. Inventory division users welcomed the Odoo ERP implementation for inventory activities at PT JSI.

The rapid development of technology has become the primary driver of change in the business world. Business processes previously carried out manually have now been replaced by machine technology that is more effective, efficient, and reduces human error. One of the systems or technologies used in this research is the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which uses Odoo software and focuses on the purchasing module. The purpose of this research is to analyze strategies to overcome the problems of automation of the purchasing system, which is still done manually at PT X. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at PT X. This retail company offers leading furniture products by providing the best quality furniture choices. This research also uses interview techniques and direct monitoring to observe changes in PT X operational business processes. The results of the interview with the mentor as the Founder & CEO of PT Ctech ERP Indonesia became the primary source of information regarding the implementation of the Odoo-based ERP version 16. The study results showed differences in PT X business processes, especially in the purchasing system before and after implementing the Odoo-based ERP system. After implementing the Odoo ERP system in the purchasing module, the effectiveness and efficiency of purchasing system management increased, which had a major impact on the company.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an integral system that helps companies integrate and manage various aspects of their operations. PT XYZ To improve operational efficiency and customer service, PT XYZ decided to adopt the Odoo Sales Module, open and integrated ERP software. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. PT XYZ Interviews with mentors from PT Ctech ERP Indonesia and internal data analysis of PT XYZ The analysis results show that the implementation of the Odoo Sales Module has the potential to increase the efficiency of the sales process, saving time and resources. Visibility and control over customer data increases, enabling companies to provide better customer service. Automation of sales tasks and integration between departments can improve operational coordination. Even though PT XYZ has strengths, such as a broad product portfolio and a strong customer base, several weaknesses and challenges still need to be overcome. Growth opportunities can be seen in the e-commerce market, which continues to grow. The threat of intense competition, regulatory changes, and data security risks remain relevant.

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in Indonesia's economic development. Many MSMEs still process financial transactions and prepare financial reports manually, thereby increasing the risk of errors. This study aims to assist in developing an accounting information system based on an Odoo-based ERP for Rumah Makan Gubug Mang Dikin. The research employs a qualitative method of describing data or facts by collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. This approach aims to describe the actual conditions and identify system needs that can be addressed with an Odoo-based ERP. The study results indicate that implementing an Odoo-based ERP system provides significant benefits, particularly in point-of-sale and accounting, enhancing the operational effectiveness of MSMEs, accelerating administrative processes, and generating accurate, automated data. These data can serve as a reference for making precise decisions for MSMEs. This enables MSMEs to manage resources effectively and make more informed decisions, potentially improving performance and competitiveness.

Empowerment is an essential strategy for fostering ecological citizenship. One of the strategies implemented is empowerment to manage and reduce waste accumulation. This research aims to identify strategies to enhance the value of ecological citizenship in waste bank management. This research employs a literature review, conducted by searching various electronic databases to identify literature relevant to the discussion to be presented. The results obtained from this research are as follows: 1) Several approaches are taken to empower waste bank management, known as 5P, including enabling, strengthening, protecting, supporting, and maintaining. 2) The strategy to strengthen ecological citizenship through the Gold Kitiran waste bank community in sustainable waste management is carried out in four stages: environmental knowledge, skills, attitudes, and participation. 3) Obstacles in implementing strategies to strengthen ecological citizenship through waste bank communities in sustainable waste management are divided into internal and external obstacles. These results indicate that community empowerment within waste banks can improve ecological welfare.

The research aims to determine the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility in Islamic Boarding Schools. The research was conducted at the Modern Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta in 2021/2022. This study employs a qualitative approach that begins with data and leads to conclusions. This study also translates research findings from the field into the researchers' language, using these data to explain the existing conditions. In this study, the data were analyzed by determining the lowest and highest score ranges: multiplying the number of respondents (n) by the lowest weight (1) and the highest (5), yielding a lowest GCG principles implementation score of 20 and a highest of 100. Then determine the range of scores for each criterion (20(5-1))/5=16. The study results indicated that the overall application of GCG principles was Good, with a total score of 419.3; thus, the assessment score (419.3/5) = 83.86.

Competition among small and medium-sized enterprises is intensifying across all sectors, prompting business innovation to increase market share. Many SME business processes remain manual and encounter various operational obstacles. To reduce problems and increase efficiency, they need to implement an accounting system. ERP Oddo is a solution that SMEs can use to integrate all company data into business processes. Implementing ERP Oddo aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing process, which the system has not yet integrated. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with the subject being the Point of Sale (PoS) in the purchase module. This study uses interview techniques and direct observation of survey respondents. The primary data are obtained through interviews with the owner, and the secondary data are obtained through literature studies related to the research object. The results of this study indicate that implementing the Odoo ERP system is an appropriate step to enhance business efficiency.
