Abstract

The development of the city of Masohi is closely tied to the hotel business, which is highly promising for visitors seeking to explore other places, conduct business, take a vacation, or engage in various activities. Hotel Sinar is classified as a jasmine hotel, which typically lacks complete facilities, and its price remains relatively low. The application of the marketing mix at Hotel Sinar still requires consideration. This study aims to determine the marketing mix of the Sinar Hotel in Masohi City, Central Maluku Regency.The method employed in this writing is qualitative analysis, a technique based on theories related to the marketing mix. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix at Hotel Sinar aligns with customer expectations. Still, some do not meet customer expectations.This writing concludes that rooms are available at Hotel Sinar for guests, but the hotel does not provide breakfast directly to its guests. The price set by Hotel Sinar is not in accordance with the room facilities, as some facilities do not function optimally; however, it offers reasonable prices for visitors. The location of Hotel Sinar is easily accessible for visitors and can be found both in person and using Google Maps. Promotions carried out by Hotel Sinar have not actively utilized technology. Hotel employees are quick to serve and can provide valuable information to guests upon their visit. The process of booking a room at Hotel Sinar is fast; however, visitors still complain about the physical and incomplete facilities. Keywords: Marketing Mix

Abstract

Perpustakaan memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan literasi masyarakat, yang salah satunya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan fasilitas perpustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap minat kunjungan pemustaka di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Ambon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 42 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas perpustakaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan pemustaka, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,419 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,595. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,328 menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas perpustakaan berkontribusi sebesar 32,8% terhadap minat kunjungan pemustaka, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas perpustakaan merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan minat kunjungan pemustaka. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Perpustakaan, Minat Kunjungan, Pemustaka, Perpustakaan Daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how work discipline affects employee performance at Satpol PP of Maluku Province. This research is based on the importance of discipline as a key factor in improving work effectiveness, since good discipline creates order, responsibility, and compliance with regulations, which in turn impacts employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study consists of all employees of the Satpol PP of Maluku Province, with the sampling technique carried out using purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique applies simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance atSatpol PP of Maluku Province. The higher the level of discipline possessed by employees, the better their performance will be. Work discipline contributes 69.5% to the improvement of employee performance, thus it can be concluded that discipline is an important factor in enhancing work effectiveness. Abstract

MSMEs contribute 61% to national GDP but generated 216 million tons of CO₂ in 2022, creating urgency for green economic transformation. This study aims to analyze the influence of green innovation, digitalization, and human capital on green economic growth of Indonesian MSMEs during 2020-2025. Employing a quantitative approach with survey method on 350 MSME practitioners across 15 provinces, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results demonstrate all three variables significantly influence with 62.7% model predictive power. Digitalization emerges as the strongest predictor (path coefficient 0.389; medium-large effect size), followed by green innovation (0.342; medium effect size) and human capital (0.256; small-medium effect size). The model exhibits excellent quality with positive predictive relevance (Q²=0.453) without multicollinearity. Government should design comprehensive policies integrating fiscal incentives, digitalization subsidies, and sustainable vocational training programs. Financial institutions must expand digital-based green financing with transparent ESG monitoring. Future research needs to explore moderating variables and develop longitudinal models for comprehensive understanding of Indonesian MSMEs' green economic transformation.Keywords: Digitalization, Green Economy, Green Innovation, Human Capital, MSMEs

Abstract

Fixed assets require periodic revaluation to ensure that their carrying amounts accurately reflect actual asset values. Proper valuation of fixed assets is essential for presenting an accurate representation of a company’s tangible assets in the balance sheet and constitutes a fundamental principle of accounting practice, particularly in supporting the reliability and relevance of financial information. However, CV Franco has not performed depreciation calculations on its fixed assets, resulting in reported asset values that do not reflect their actual book value and potentially affecting the accuracy of financial statements. This study was conducted at CV Franco in Passo, Ambon, with a focus on fixed assets in the form of excavators and dump trucks. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using primary data derived from the company’s fixed asset records. Data analysis was carried out using the straight-line depreciation method. The findings indicate that the total value of fixed assets amounts to IDR 3,054,360,000.00, with an acquisition cost of IDR 3,660,000,000.00 and accumulated depreciation of IDR 605,640,000.00. Abstract

This study aims to determine depreciation values of fixed assets and to compare two depreciation methods, namely straight-line and declining balance methods. The findings show that depreciation expenses calculated using the straight-line method are higher than those calculated using the declining balance method during the 2023–2025 period. Differences in depreciation expenses between the two methods amounted to IDR 3,314,291 in 2023, IDR 9,449,260 in 2024, and IDR 19,768,402 in 2025.Keywords: Depreciation, Straight-Line Method, Declining Balance Method

Abstract

Sofa Gali Puan is a business engaged in sofa furniture, which produces minimalist sofas to be sold to consumers and marketed to the public. So far, the amount of profit obtained is not known for sure. Because until now the Sofa Gali Puan business has never calculated the Break Even Point to plan their business profits in the coming period. The purpose of this study is to analyze the production of Minimalist Sofas in achieving Break Even PointIn this study, a quantitative analysis method was used, namely the calculation of break even points in units and rupiah. The results of the research obtained are Break Even Point in the number of units for minimalist sofas in the Gali Puan Sofa Business is 68 sets of minimalist sofas. Break Even Point in rupiah is at Rp.370,555,555.55The conclusion of this writing is that the Gali Puan Business will be at the break-even point or main return point when producing minimalist sofas of 68 sets at a cost of Rp.370,555,555.55. That means that the company is at break-even at that point, so the company doesn't experience any profits or losses. Thus, for the Gali Puan sofa business, it must continue to calculate the Break Even Point to find out what level of sales must be achieved which has an impact on the achievement of profits in the future. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of independence, competence, due professional care, and accountability on audit quality within the Internal Government Supervisory Apparatus (APIP). A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to auditors of the Inspectorate of Maluku Province. The sample consisted of 60 auditors selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that independence, competence, due professional care, and accountability have a positive and significant effect on audit quality, both partially and simultaneously. Accountability emerged as the most dominant factor influencing audit quality. These findings suggest that audit quality is not only determined by auditors’ technical competence but also by personal characteristics such as integrity and professional responsibility. This study implies that improving audit quality within APIP should focus on strengthening auditor independence, enhancing competencies through continuous training, and fostering a culture of accountability within internal government oversight institutions.Keywords: independence, competence, due professional care, accountability, audit quality, internal audit

Abstract

This reasearch aims to determine the effect of a toxic work environment on employee work stress at PT. Machia Jaya Ambon. The research was conducted in response to identified issues indicating the presence of a toxic or unhealthy work environment among employees. This condition ultimately affects employee stress levels in terms of time and energy, impacting the company as a whole.This is an empirical study involving the entire population of employees at PT. Machia Jaya Ambon. The research sample consists of 51 respondents, excluding management. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression analysis.The results show that a toxic work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work stress at PT. Machia Jaya Ambon. This means that the worse the work environment experienced by employees, the higher the level of work stress they tend to exhibit.Keywords: Toxic Work Environment, Work Stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of promotion, perceived value, and service accessibility on students’ intention to use banking products. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 198 students from the Department of Business Administration and Accounting at Politeknik Negeri Ambon. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with statistical software. The results indicate that promotion, perceived value, and service accessibility have positive and significant effects on intention to use banking products. Promotion and perceived value show stronger influences compared to service accessibility. These findings suggest that students’ intention to use banking products is shaped by integrated marketing communication, evaluation of benefits and costs, and operational convenience of services. This study contributes to the marketing and banking literature by extending the integrated marketing strategy perspective in explaining customer intention. Practically, the results provide insights for banks in designing relevant promotional strategies, strengthening product value, and improving service accessibility to enhance adoption among young consumers.Keywords: promotion; perceived value; service accessibility; intention to use; banking.
