Abstract

Beban kerja adalah sebuah proses yang di lakukan seorang karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas suatu pekerjaan atau kelompok jabatan yang di laksanakan dalam keadaan normal sesuai dengan jangka waktu yang di tentukan. Terkhusus bagian Staff Claim service masalah beban kerja yang di alami oleh karyawan, kesediaan pekerjaan yang sangat banyak sehingga efek pada mental dan menjadi karyawan tidak nyaman hal itu di akibatkan karena karyawan mengerjakan banyak pekerjaan yang harus di selesaikan dalam tepat waktu. tujuan yang ingin di capai dari peniltii adalah, Untuk melihat sejauh mana beban kerja karyawan staff claim service.Metode yang di gunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penulisan menggunakan teori-teori dan pendapat para ahli tentang beban kerja berdasarkan hasil tabulasi kuisioner.Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah memberikan masukan atau solusi mengenai beban kerja. Kesimpulan dari hasil penulisan ini adalah beban kerja karyawan staff claim service Hasil perhitungan tabulasi kuisioner dari jawaban responden dalam hal in PT.Jasa Raharja Putera Insurance pada bagian staff claim service,maka responden berpendapat bahwa beban kerja yang di lakukan di kantor ini belum efektif.Indikator Tuntutan tugas,menguasai situasi pekerjaan yang menjadi tuntutan tugas di tempat kerja cukup baik.Indikator peran adanya tekanan yang diberikan oleh atasan dalam melakukan pekerjaan.Indikator pribadi Dalam bekerja adanya tekanan dari rekan kerja yang lain.Indikator organisasi Adanya kejelasan tentang peran dan tanggung jawab saya di tempat kerja. Abstract

The inclusion of English in Indonesia’s primary education curriculum reflects a broader national effort to prepare students for global engagement. However, this policy initiative often collides with classroom realities, particularly in schools where English is taught by generalist or out-of-field teachers—those without formal qualifications in English language education. This literature-based study explores the pedagogical, emotional, and structural challenges faced by such educators, drawing from research published up to 2020. It reveals that out-of-field teachers often struggle with limited language proficiency, lack of methodological expertise, and diminished self-confidence, which results in textbook-dependent instruction and reduced communicative opportunities for learners. Despite these limitations, some teachers display resilience through informal peer learning, improvisation, and classroom innovation. Nevertheless, the mismatch between curricular expectations (as seen in Kurikulum 2013 and Kurikulum Merdeka) and teachers’ preparedness undermines instructional quality and learner outcomes. The study underscores the need for policy interventions that prioritize teacher training, ongoing professional development, and supportive school leadership. It concludes that the success of early English education hinges not solely on curriculum design, but on the capabilities, confidence, and well-being of the teachers tasked with delivering it.Keywords: out-of-field teaching, primary English education, Indonesia, teacher identity, curriculum implementation, teacher preparedness, pedagogical challenges.

Abstract

The manufacturing sector, as the backbone of the national economy, faces significant challenges in maintaining sustainable employee productivity, especially considering its contribution to Indonesia's GDP reached 19.9% in 2023 with 13.2 million workers absorbed. The identified gap phenomenon shows that inadequate compensation systems contribute to a 23% decrease in productivity and a 15.2% annual turnover rate in Indonesian manufacturing companies. This research aims to analyze and examine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance in manufacturing companies, both partially and simultaneously, as well as measure the contribution of both variables in explaining employee performance variance. The study employed a quantitative approach with explanatory research design through cross-sectional method on 35 respondents of production department employees in West Java manufacturing companies using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument consisted of structured questionnaires with validated 5-point Likert scale, with data analysis using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 26. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β=0.189; sig.=0.005<0.05), work motivation has a more dominant effect on performance (β=0.264; sig.=0.001<0.05), and both variables simultaneously have significant effects (F=18.247; sig.=0.000<0.05). The coefficient of determination shows a contribution of 53.3% to employee performance variation. This research concludes that although compensation remains an important factor, work motivation has a more substantial impact on manufacturing employee performance, therefore management needs to prioritize the development of intrinsic motivator factors such as achievement recognition, responsibility enhancement, and sustainable career development programs. Abstract

Initial survey at PT. BTN Ambon Branch shows that there are indications of work family conflict problems among employees. On the other hand, employees show symptoms of work stress. This research aims to find out how work family conflict influences work stress in PT. BTN Ambon Branch. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that work family conflict at PT. BTN Ambon Branch has an average value of 2.95 which is interpreted as quite good, while work stress has an average value of 3.25 which is interpreted as quite good. The results of the regression analysis show that work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress at PT. BTN Ambon Branch. Based on these results, it can be concluded that employees cannot balance work family conflict, so work stress increases. To overcome this, PT BTN Ambon Branch must try to balance work family conflict by paying attention to time based conflict, strain based conflict, behavior based conflict. The level of work stress must also be reduced by paying attention to the symptoms of work stress on psychological indicators, physical indicators and behavioral indicators. Abstract

The era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition requires organizations to optimize employee productivity as a strategic asset in achieving competitive advantage. Previous research shows gaps in the literature regarding the simultaneous relationship mechanisms between transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employee productivity in the context of Indonesian organizational culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee productivity, as well as examine the mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee productivity. The study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type, involving 35 employee respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) approach through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The structural model explains 63.7% of employee productivity variance. Job satisfaction has the most dominant influence on productivity (β = 0.367, p = 0.004), followed by organizational commitment (β = 0.312, p = 0.015) and transformational leadership (β = 0.284, p = 0.031). Transformational leadership strongly influences job satisfaction (β = 0.621, p < 0.001) and organizational commitment (β = 0.354, p = 0.026). Job satisfaction proves to be a partial mediator with VAF 44.5% in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee productivity. Transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment significantly influence employee productivity. Organizations are recommended to implement comprehensive transformational leadership development programs and focus on improving job satisfaction as the main strategy to enhance sustainable productivity.Keywords: Employee Productivity; Job Satisfaction; Organizational Commitment; Structural Equation Modeling; Transformational Leadership

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan keuangan serta tingkat rentabilitas pada perusahaan, dimana data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dari perusahaan yang terdiri dari neraca dan laporan rugi laba selama 3 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2022 sampai dengan tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika keadaan keuangan perusahaan baik maka akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat rentabilitas yang tinggi, sebalikny apabila keadaan keuangan perusahaan kurang baik maka akan berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya tingkat rentabilitas. Karena renatabilitas merupakan pencerminan efektif tidaknya perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba usaha. Keadaan keuangan yang baik bukan berarti bahwa perusahaan bekerja dengan baik, tetapi tingkat rentabilitas yang tinggi membri arti adanya keefektifan dalam pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

The digital transformation accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally changed organizational work paradigms, particularly in implementing work from home (WFH) systems as alternatives to conventional work from office (WFO), significantly impacting administrative employee performance. This study aims to analyze factors influencing administrative employee performance in WFO and WFH modalities, compare the effectiveness of both work systems, and identify best practices for performance optimization. The research employed a quantitative approach with comparative study design, involving 300 administrative employee respondents equally distributed between WFO and WFH groups. Data were collected using validated structured questionnaires with 5-point Likert scales, measuring task performance, contextual performance, adaptive performance, work-life balance, technological self-efficacy, and organizational support. Data analysis utilized independent sample t-tests and MANCOVA using SPSS 29.0. Results indicate no significant differences in overall performance between WFO and WFH, but specific dimensional differences were found where WFO excelled in task performance while WFH was superior in adaptive performance. Work-life balance emerged as the primary performance determinant with the largest contribution, followed by technological self-efficacy and organizational support. Findings confirm that work modality effectiveness depends on the balance of organizational, individual, and technological factors in supporting administrative objective achievement. Abstract

Digital transformation has shifted the marketing paradigm, yet optimizing budgets across various social media platforms remains challenging for companies in Indonesia. This research aims to develop a regression analysis model to optimize digital marketing budget allocation across five major social media platforms. Adopting a quantitative approach with correlational analytical design, this study involved 120 medium and large companies in Indonesia actively implementing digital marketing strategies. The results show significant positive correlations between budget allocation and ROI for all platforms, with the strongest correlations found in Instagram (r = 0.68) and TikTok (r = 0.64). Non-linear regression models identified diminishing returns patterns on several platforms, with optimal budget allocation for Instagram at approximately 43.75%. Cluster analysis yielded four company groups with distinct profiles and performance, with the highest ROI (7.5%) in the cluster prioritizing TikTok and Instagram. The optimization model developed recommends allocations of: Instagram (32.5%), TikTok (28.7%), YouTube (18.8%), Facebook (10%), and LinkedIn (10%), projecting a 27.3% ROI increase. Model validation through case studies confirmed an average ROI increase of 21.5%. This research provides an analytical framework for digital marketing budget optimization that can be adapted to company characteristics and platform dynamics. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction on nurse performance at Permata Hospital, Cirebon. The background of this study is based on the increasing work demands of healthcare workers, which often give rise to problems such as work-life imbalance, low job satisfaction, and emotional stress, ultimately leading performance decline. This study used a quantitative approach, with a population of 90 nurses at Permata Hospital, Cirebon, and data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Data analysis employed validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and f-tests, utilizing IBM SPSS 25. The validity test results showed that all statement items were valid, with a calculated r value greater than the r table value (0.281). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that work-life balance (X1) had a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.008 (<0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.184, while job satisfaction (X2) also had a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.516. This proves that both variables have a significant effect on nurse performance. Simultaneously, the f-test results also show that work-life balance and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of nurses at Permata Cirebon Hospital is determined by work-life balance and job satisfaction which complement each other, where job satisfaction has a more dominant influence. This study provides implications that hospital management needs to design policies that support work-life balance. personal well-being and improving job satisfaction to maintain the quality of healthcare services and organizational sustainability. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of basic accounting training on the financial management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that receive bank credit in Kupang City. The research is motivated by the low quality of financial management among MSMEs, which hinders their ability to prepare financial reports and access financing. This is a quantitative study using a survey method. A total of 388 MSME actors were selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that basic accounting training has a positive and significant effect on the financial management of MSMEs. The training assists business owners in recording transactions, managing cash flows, and preparing simple financial statements, thereby increasing their credibility with financial institutions. However, the analysis also reveals that the training explains only part of the variation in financial management, suggesting the influence of other factors. Therefore, accounting training programs should be developed to be more practical and tailored to the characteristics of MSME actors to ensure effectiveness
