Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Tirta Sanita Resort. The issue raised focuses on the importance of a safe work environment and organizational support in improving employee performance, especially in the hospitality service industry. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving 60 respondents who have worked for at least one year and are directly involved in hotel operations. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, and t-tests. The research results indicate that the implementation of OHS has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.003. Organizational support also has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 and has a stronger influence compared to OHS. Simultaneously, both variables have been proven to significantly affect performance improvement. These findings point out the value of synergy between physical protection through OHS and psychological support through the organization in creating a productive work environment. This research recommends that hotel management consistently enhance the implementation of OHS programs and strengthen the organizational support culture to encourage optimal employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Nengmeypratama Malut Maluku Kota Ambon. Adapun permasalahan yang menjadi fenomena yaitu faktor motivasi yang kurang. Hal ini dikarenakan atasan kurang memberikan apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada karyawan serta kurang menciptakan suasana kerja yang nyaman, serta atasan kurang memberikan arahan kepada karyawan dalam bekerja.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris, dengan populasi adalah keseluruhan karyawan PT. Nengmeypratama Malut Maluku Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan menggunakan rumus slovin dan besarnya sampel adalah 38 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, dimana uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t-statistik untuk menguji koofisien regresi parsial dengan derajat signifikansi yang digunakan adalah 0,05 atau 5%.Hasil pengujian terhadap tanggapan 38 responden memberi kesimpulan penelitian yaitu, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Nengmeypratama Malut Maluku Kota Ambon. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil ujit-statistik yang menunjukkan nilai koofisien sebesar (0,673) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 di bawah tingkat signifikan 0,05.Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, loyalitas karyawan, PT. Abstract

The implementation of environmental cost accounting has the potential to transform the fishing industry in Maluku's perspective on natural resource sustainability and strengthen government and community efforts to protect the marine ecosystems that constitute the region's primary asset.This study used a qualitative approach to evaluate sustainable fishing practices. Environmental costs are not yet recorded or considered in calculating the profitability of fishing businesses, despite the potential for ecosystem damage and operational waste. Operational activities have the potential to damage the environment from high fuel consumption to fishing gear that poses risks to coral reefs.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah lanskap e-commerce Indonesia dengan GMV mencapai $62,1 miliar pada 2023, dimana Generasi Z mendominasi 73% pengguna aktif platform digital. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Generasi Z pada platform e-commerce Indonesia serta menguji peran mediasi brand awareness. Pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan survei cross-sectional terhadap 25 responden Generasi Z berusia 18-27 tahun menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur skala Likert 5 poin, dianalisis dengan SPSS melalui regresi linear dan Sobel Test. Digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (β=0,711, R²=55,2%, p<0,05), brand awareness berpengaruh lebih dominan (β=0,761, R²=62,3%, p<0,05), dan digital marketing efektif membangun brand awareness (β=0,679, R²=46,4%, p<0,05). Brand awareness memediasi hubungan secara parsial dengan pengaruh tidak langsung (0,517) lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung (0,398). Strategi digital marketing lebih efektif ketika fokus membangun brand awareness sebagai tahap awal customer journey untuk memaksimalkan konversi penjualan jangka panjang.Kata Kunci: Brand Awareness, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Generasi Z, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Human resources are the main asset that greatly determines the success of an organization, including public service institutions such as community health centers (Puskesmas). One of the key factors influencing employee performance and productivity is the work environment. A supportive work environment, particularly one that is non-physical, is believed to improve employee job satisfaction, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.This study aims to analyze the influence of the physical work environment on the employees' job satisfaction at Waai Village Community Health Center, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. The physical work environment examined the relationships between supervisors and subordinates, the relationships among colleagues, communication, and the presence of a supportive work atmosphere. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing descriptive methods and simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Waai Village Community Health Center, totaling 52 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and tested for validity and reliability, using SPSS version 30.The results showed that the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.498 and a significance level of 0.009 (< 0.05). The R Square value of 0.129 indicates that the non-physical work environment can explain 12.9% of the variation in job satisfaction. This study concludes that the better quality of the physical work environment, the higher the level of employee job satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that the management continuously improve the work environment to support employee satisfaction and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing the follow-up of audit findings conducted by Regional Inspectorates. The main focus lies on four independent variables: auditor competence, quality of audit recommendations, commitment of SKPD (Local Government Work Units) leadership, and the effectiveness of internal control systems. A quantitative approach was used through a survey method involving 100 respondents from various SKPDs. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all four variables significantly influence audit follow-up simultaneously, with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.72. Partially, the quality of audit recommendations and leadership commitment emerged as the dominant factors driving follow-up actions. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing auditor competence, developing high-quality recommendations, fostering committed leadership, and strengthening internal control systems to support accountable and effective governance. Abstract

This study aims to design packaging labels and apply promotions for social media-based marketing for chip products. MSMEs engaged in the culinary sector are chip product businesses located at Waipirit Port, Kairatu District, West Seram Regency. So far, in the sale of chip products, there are still several things that are considered lacking, especially those related to the product label for chips on the packaging and digital-based marketing.These chip products do not have labels and some already have labels but are not optimal and have not utilized digital media to promote their products such as; Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc. as a means to market their products, so that the sales process is only carried out directly at the place they are occupying as their place of sale. The design of product labels in this study was carried out using the VIEW analysis technique and the theory of product label design. Creating social media accounts as a marketing medium to introduce chip products to a wider market. The results of the new product label design when applied to chip products can improve the image of the product highlighted on the product packaging, look more attractive, can also be a dissector with similar products and have the opportunity to enter modern markets. With a combination of social media accounts, it can expand the product marketing area, promote products and facilitate communication between producers and consumers to increase attractiveness.

Abstract

The global tourism industry faces significant transformation in the digitalization era, where destination branding strategies become crucial instruments for building competitive tourism destination positioning. This phenomenon creates urgency to understand the effectiveness of specific branding approaches between natural and artificial tourism destinations. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of destination branding strategies in forming destination image, evaluate the influence of destination image on tour package purchase decisions, and compare variable relationships in both destination types. The study employs a quantitative approach with comparative study design involving 25 respondents (13 natural tourism, 12 artificial tourism) through structured questionnaires using Likert scale 1-5 and multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Results show relatively equal branding strategy effectiveness with scores of 3.01 (natural tourism) and 2.97 (artificial tourism). Natural tourism destinations excel in brand communication (3.23), while artificial tourism is stronger in brand positioning (3.23) and brand identity (2.96). Paradoxical findings reveal artificial tourism destinations have more positive image (3.05) but lower purchase decisions (2.61) compared to natural tourism (2.81 and 2.69). Correlation analysis shows different patterns with natural destinations showing negative correlation between branding strategy-destination image (-0.378), while artificial tourism correlates positively (0.170). The research concludes the necessity of differentiation approaches in destination branding: natural destinations require organic-community driven strategies, while artificial destinations need structured-technology driven approaches.Keywords: Destination Branding, Destination Image, Multiple Regression, Natural Tourism, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research develops a framework for measuring the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns using a statistical approach to identify key success factors in the Indonesian market context. Through a quantitative cross-sectional research design involving 145 companies with at least three active marketing channels, this study integrates structured surveys, secondary data on campaign performance metrics, and marketing data audits. Multivariate statistical analysis reveals significant correlations between channel integration levels and campaign effectiveness, with social media excelling in customer engagement (β=0.42), email marketing in conversion rate (β=0.37), and content marketing in brand awareness (β=0.45). Path analysis identifies significant synergistic effects between combinations of social media and email marketing (path coefficient=0.56) that increase conversion rates by 2.3 times. Using random forest algorithm (83.7% accuracy), five key success factors were identified: message personalization based on audience segmentation, visual and narrative consistency across channels, optimal communication timing, cross-platform data integration, and content alignment with customer journey. Machine learning-based attribution models proved significantly more accurate (89.3%) than traditional models. The research also found significant variations in multi-channel strategy effectiveness based on industry characteristics and audience segments, encouraging differentiated approaches. The measurement framework developed offers practical tools for marketers to optimize multi-channel campaigns and maximize return on marketing investment. Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the extent of the influence of strengthening local potential in the village of Ihamahu through the development of local potential to help the people of Ihamahu village escape the cycle of poverty. It also aims to identify which variables have an impact on the poverty level.In this study, the independent variable used is the strengthening of local potential, while the dependent variable is the poverty level. Based on the calculation of simple linear regression analysis, the following can be observed:To determine the individual (partial) influence of the independent variable (strengthening of local potential) on the poverty level, a t-test was conducted. The result of the simple linear regression analysis showed a t-statistic value for the poverty level variable of -0.171. Meanwhile, the t-table at a significance level of 0.05 shows a value of 3.182.This indicates that the independent variable has a partially significant effect on the poverty level, meaning that strengthening local potential can significantly increase the poverty level. Based on the beta coefficient value and the calculated t-value, it is found that the variable influencing the poverty level is the strengthening of local potential, as it has a high t-value and beta coefficient.
