Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an influence of internal auditor competency on the implementation of good corporate governance. This research uses a descriptive analysis method. The study was conducted at the branch office of Bank Muamalat in Ambon City. Data analysis and hypothesis testing used a simple linear regression analysis model to analyze the partial influence on the implementation of good corporate governance at the Bank Muamalat branch office in Ambon City.. The analysis model used to test the hypothesis is quantitative analysis in the form of sampling. This analysis is based on data from 38 managers and all employees of Bank Muamalat Ambon City branch through the distribution of questionnaires.The results of the research and hypothesis testing show that the competence of internal auditors partially has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of good corporate governance at the Bank Muamalat branch in Ambon City. The magnitude of the effect is 77.4%, and the level of influence is at a good level.Keyword : Good corporate governance, internal auditors, competency.

Abstract

Taeno Waterfall is a natural tourist attraction located in Taeno Upper Hamlet, Negeri Rumah Tiga, Teluk Ambon District. Although it has an attractive appeal and beautiful scenery, the number of tourists visiting Taeno Waterfall is still relatively low. This is due to the lack of marketing strategies used by the local government of Negeri Rumah Tiga and the managers to introduce Taeno Waterfall to the wider public. This study aims to determine the tourism marketing strategies for Taeno Waterfall in Negeri Rumah Tiga, Teluk Ambon District. The method used in this writing is qualitative data analysis, in which data are obtained descriptively using the service marketing mix analysis tool. The result of this study is to provide input and solutions on the tourism service marketing strategy for Taeno Waterfall, so that it can increase visitors’ interest in visiting Taeno Waterfall. This study concludes that Taeno Waterfall has not implemented the right marketing strategy to attract visitors, resulting in a continual decline in tourist visits. To address this, management should understand marketing strategies by referring to the Service Marketing Mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence) to increase tourists' interest in visiting Taeno Waterfall in Negeri Rumah Tiga, Teluk Ambon District. Abstract

This research is motivated by service activities for the community, where the current condition arises during data collection. The residents of Tawiri country face several obstacles, such as the process. Population data recording is still manual or paper-based, resulting in the accumulation of paper in the State Government Office’s archive room. Previous research used as a reference is Riady, I., & Hasugian,. (2020) Information Systems Community Services at the Tanimulya Village Office. Theories used in this research is carried out by Prasetiyo and R.P Daniawaty, Indonesian Computer University In 2020, the definition of application according to Eka Noviansyah (2008:4) Data Flow Diagram. According to H.M. Jogiyanto (1989:700), the methodology to be used in this research is Communication, which includes literature studies, data collection, Observations, interviews, and field reviews and documentation. Next stage, namely analysis, to study the flow in the service stages, a design is carried out for the new system to be created. The next stage is Construction, which creates a system or application according to the design. The next stage is testing the program that has been created to test whether there are still problems in testing If there are still problems, they will be repaired immediately. Abstract

Poverty in rural areas remains a critical challenge in national development. This study aims to analyze how strengthening local potential can reduce poverty levels in Ihamahu Village, Saparua District. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings reveal that the utilization of local resources—such as traditional fisheries, dryland farming, and small-scale enterprises rooted in local wisdom—significantly increases household income and reduces dependence on external aid. These results align with the Asset-Based Community Development approach, which emphasizes community-driven empowerment and sustainable strategies for poverty alleviation. In conclusion, strengthening local potential is an effective pathway to community-based poverty reduction and economic resilience. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the operational business model and quality control mechanisms within the supporting industries of the Masela Block project in the Tanimbar Islands. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research identifies critical success factors in operational management, specifically focusing on financial controlling and quality competitiveness. The results indicate that a robust integrated operational framework is essential to mitigate logistical risks and ensure that local MSMEs can meet international industrial standards. Abstract

Hunuth Village is a village with natural resource potential and public services that require effective information publication media. So far, the delivery of village program information and economic potential is still done conventionally, so the reach of information is limited. This study aims to design and build a web-based information system as the official profile media for Hunuth Village. The system development method used is Waterfall, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The technologies used include PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The result of this research is a village profile website that presents information on village history, organizational structure, vision and mission, village potential, and current news features. Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic demand for higher education institutions because it is closely related to the improvement of efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and the quality of administrative services. However, technology adoption does not automatically improve service performance without the support of organizational strategic capabilities. This study aims to analyze the role of digital transformation and organizational strategic capabilities in improving administrative service performance in higher education institutions. This research employed a structured literature review by examining relevant scientific publications on digital transformation, strategic capabilities, digital leadership, human resource readiness, and service performance. The literature was analyzed thematically to identify conceptual patterns and relationships among variables. The findings show that digital transformation involves not only the use of technology, but also changes in work processes, governance, organizational culture, and decision-making. Organizational strategic capabilities act as a key link between digital transformation and improved administrative service performance. Digital leadership, human resource competence, innovation culture, and organizational adaptability are the major factors that produce faster, more accurate, transparent, and responsive services. The study concludes that the success of digital transformation in higher education depends on strengthening organizational strategic capabilities so that technology can generate real value in administrative services. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on consumer loyalty to Shopee express. As one of the delivery services available in Indonesia. However, the reality is that there are still complaints from consumers regarding the performance of Shopee express employees, such as delays in the delivery time of ordered goods, failure to confirm the arrival of goods to consumers before delivery, refusal to accept complaints from consumers regarding the delivery service, and frequently asking consumers to pick up their goods themselves at the Shopee express office. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Shopee express users. Data analysis employs multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables (trust and satisfaction) on the dependent variable (consumer loyalty).The research results show that trust has a positive and significant effect on confidence with a regression coefficient of 0.000 (p < 0.05), and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.000 (p < 0.05). To improve this, companies need to optimize operational systems, enhance transparency, and train staff in honesty and professionalism. Focus on improving delivery reliability and service responsiveness.
