Abstract

East Surabaya City, as one of the major cities in Java Island from its economic and trade development, in East Surabaya City there are 111 Indomaret outlets. This research is expected to identify the distribution pattern of Indomaret in East Surabaya City. This study tries to relate the distribution pattern of Indomaret in East Surabaya City with nearest neighbor analysis. The analysis is used to determine the distribution pattern of Indomaret in East Surabaya. From the results of the identification of distribution patterns based on the nearest neighbor analysis, it was found that the distribution pattern of Indomaret in East Surabaya City tends to be clustered, which is indicated by the nearest neighbor T/index value of 0.25 which is close to 0.

Abstract

Buildings have a big enough role in increasing the effect of global warming. Research shows that building designs that use glass as a building envelope material can have a significant impact on the greenhouse effect. Therefore, it is important to apply the concept of green building to create a healthy and efficient environment. The design of the building with a green building concept also aims to reduce the impact of global warming. In PERMEN-PUPR 2021 it has been determined that there are 3 levels of achievement of a Green Building (BGH) including BGH Pratama, BGH Intermediate, and BGH Utama. This study aims to redesign the ITS Young Lecturer Flat Building which is located on Jalan Teknik Kesehatan Blok-N11 Surabaya from those that have not yet achieved a rating with a point acquisition of 42.4% to a BGH Pratama rating of 58.7% points as stipulated by PERMEN. - PUPR 2021. The results of this study are working drawings including floor plans, foundations, sloofs, beams, columns, floor plates, roof plans, building sections, and visible drawings. To achieve the BGH Pratama rating on the results of this redesign, it is necessary to redesign including adding green open space plan areas, adding vegetation crowns, adding smoking prohibition signs, selecting sanitary equipment, and adjusting the lighting needs of each room.

Abstract

Keputran Market, which is one of the largest main markets in Surabaya, provides basic needs and household needs for the community. Currently, the condition of the Keputran Market is considered very lacking, especially when compared to the modern market with various comfort offerings. Irregular trade areas, poor circulation management, and inadequate infrastructure are some of the problems in Pasar Keputran. This problem underlies this research with the aim of rearranging the structure of the Pasar Keputran Building to provide physical changes without changing the function of the building in accordance to SNI Pasar Rakyat regulation 8152:2021. This quantitative research uses observation, interview, and literature methods as data collection techniques. The collected data that was analyzed resulted in a redesign of the Pasar Keputran building in the form of adding a floor intended to provide facilities in the form of parking and loading areas on the ground floor, the addition of several supporting spaces, merchant zoning arrangements that are differentiated based on the type of commodity, and the addition of accessibility in the form of ramps and special bathrooms for people with disabilities. Based on the results of preliminary calculations of the building structure, the dimensions of the columns used were 50 cm / 50 cm, the main beam 25 cm / 50 cm, the child beam 20 cm / 40 cm, the plate thickness 12 cm, the sloof 20 cm / 40 cm, and the concrete deck combination with the spandex canopy roof using a steel frame as the roof plan.

Abstract

Efforts aimed at developing health facilities contribute significantly to the realization of optimal public health outcomes. Ensuring easy access to healthcare services and focusing on quality improvement are crucial factors for successfully developing health facilities. The limited availability of information sources regarding these facilities necessitates acquiring data or information to ascertain their geographical locations and conditions. This final research project will present a diverse range of information sources pertaining to health facility buildings in the sub-districts of Karangrejo, Ngantru, Kedungwaru, and Kauman. Utilizing a Geographic Information System (GIS) as a visualization tool enables convenient access to transportation, supporting facilities, and travel distances to the desired destinations. Additionally, this study employs the nearest neighbour method to analyze the distribution patterns of puskesmas, pustu, and ponkesdes, including assessments of clustering and random or evenly distributed patterns, indicated by the T-value. The results obtained from the analysis of the distribution patterns using the nearest neighbour method for puskesmas, pustu, and ponkesdes buildings in the four sub-districts of Tulungagung Regency demonstrate consistent findings for puskesmas and pustu, revealing a dispersed distribution pattern. Meanwhile, the distribution pattern of ponkesdes buildings exhibits a random pattern in terms of their locations.

Abstract

Productivity and budget are the keys to determining the efficiency and success of carrying out bore pile foundation work. This research method involves collecting data on productivity and budgeting costs for heavy drilling equipment. This research includes the productivity of bore pile foundation drilling, the time needed to complete the work, and the budget required for operating heavy equipment during implementation. Factors that affect productivity are also analyzed, this aims to determine the strategy used to increase productivity. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that use of a Kobelco BM 500 type drilling rig with a CMV drilling machine had a productivity of 9.88 m/hour with a drilling diameter of 60cm. The realization time is 38 days, and the effective time is 30 days. The budgeted costs incurred amounted to IDR 268,742,070. Factors that affect the productivity level of drilling rigs include: land conditions, weather factors, equipment maintenance and repair, refueling and lubricating oil, drilling diameter and depth, and the use of several heavy pieces of equipment simultaneously.

Abstract

The construction of flats is a solution to address housing needs in big cities. The construction of flats still needs to pay more attention to regulatory provisions in Indonesia and the place where they are built. According to the survey results, Semarang City Government Flats still have some discrepancies in their designs with regulations in Indonesia which are found in terms of space and building accessibility. The research objective is to evaluate and redesign the Semarang City Government Flats and visualize them in 3D to help understand the research. The method used in this research is a quantitative method requiring primary and secondary data. The evaluation is in the form of assessing the design drawings of the Semarang City Government Flats to determine which aspects are appropriate and which are not under regulations in Indonesia. Then it will be redesigned under regulations in Indonesia on aspects that are not suitable and have yet to be fulfilled in the initial design. The concept of redesigning Flats focuses on fulfilling its functional aspects in the form of primary, secondary, and tertiary functions. After the redesign, a 3D visualization will be done on the redesigned Semarang City Government Flats building. The results showed that the building design of the Semarang City Government Flats obtained a percentage value of the conformity of the design drawings with regulations in Indonesia reaching 70.15% (Decent). The redesign was carried out by improving the room's dimensions that needed to be corrected and adding rooms that were not included in the initial design for aspects of the room. As for the accessibility aspect, there are dimension improvements in several building items, such as doors and stair railings, that are not yet under regulations in Indonesia.

Abstract

The use of floating stairs at the international level is more than at the national level, due to the lack of knowledge about floating stairs owned by architects and contractors at the national level. Floating stairs are also still not widely used and are mostly used only to display the aesthetics of the building. So further research is needed when it is applied in the construction of a 5-storey multi-storey building. The research method used in this research is modeling using SAP2000 software which will produce a value for the strength of the building structure. Where the main structure is an open frame system and modeled as a 3D-space frame. In applying it to obtain the structural strength capacity of the column elements under review when loaded biaxially, the column element structures will be modeled in the form of a 5-storey multi-storey building. Obtained from the modeling that has been analyzed, for buildings with floating stairs, they have a very good role because they help to withstand dead loads, live loads, and earthquake loads, which can be seen from the displacement and drift ratio values ??that have been analyzed, so that they can be considered for building construction. building.

Abstract

Provision of public elementary school (SDN) is one of equality attempt of educational facilities distribution. Educational facility services of public elementary school (SDN) in the Bangsal, Mojoanyar and Mojosari sub-districts in Mojokerto Regency are currently considered to lack equity. Therefore, it is planned to implement a zoning system. The purpose of this research to assisting the UPT of the local Education Office in planning the implementation of the zoning system for reducing student disparities between schools, preventing excessive student capacity by favorite school, anticipating the closure of non-favorite schools, preventing the incorporation of small school into nearest school. This research uses descriptive methods for mapping and analysis methods to the nearest neighbor for distribution patterns. Nearest neighbours are used to find out whether the distribution pattern is classified as clustered, random, or evenly distributed by looking for the T value from calculations and from ArcGis graphs. In terms of building location, public primary schools in the three sub-districts are recorded as evenly distributed from the two methods, but based on data from the Ministry of Education and Culture for 2023 regarding the availability of educational services, the distribution pattern of the number of teachers and the number of students has not been evenly distributed. Therefore, if the UPT of Education implements the zoning system, it must take more consideration of the distribution of teachers, the number of students, and existing facilities.

Abstract

As one of the developing countries, Indonesia carries out infrastructure development which aims to provide facilities for all levels of society. One of the infrastructures built is a health building or hospital. The ongoing construction of a hospital is X hospital in Surabaya. The quality of the results of work on hospital construction projects is very concerned, so that quality can be achieved as desired. However, it is possible that there is work that is not in accordance with quality. This study aims to identify and find out what are the discrepancies in the quality of architectural work at X Hospital in Surabaya. The method used is field observation. The results of this study were found to be quality discrepancies in 68 findings in ceramic work, 60 findings in ceilings, 8 findings in stair railings, 5 findings in walls, 4 findings in sills and 3 findings in sanitary ware with a total of 148 defects. The types of quality discrepancies found were misaligned ceramics, hollow, broken, less strong ceiling frames, hairline cracks in the ceiling, wet, untidy railling finishing joints, hairline cracked walls, inaccurate wall angles, improper installation of sills, cracked sealants and installation of sanitary ware less tight. It is known that the cause of the discrepancy in the results of the work comes from the implementation of work that is not properly supervised.
