Abstract

The research in this paper aims to find out, describe and study the application of digital media Wordwall as a means of introducing ICT to elementary school students. The use of the research approach in this journal is a descriptive qualitative approach with the use of methods in the form of interviews and participatory observations conducted at SDN Polagan 2 Pamekasan as a place of research. Then the findings are adjusted to the Triangulation Method Technique. The results of data analysis are carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study produces results that show that the application of digital media in the form of Wordwall can increase student involvement, interest in learning and make it easier to understand learning materials while introducing students to technology. The response to the use of this digital media is very positive from both teachers and students, although during the study several challenges were still found in its application. The findings in this study indicate that the use of digital media has great potential to shape students' digital literacy from an elementary age. Therefore, further support and encouragement are needed to further optimize the application of digital media in learning activities, especially at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of GeoGebra as a mathematical computer program in enhancing students' learning motivation through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Learning motivation is a crucial factor in the success of mathematics learning, yet many students still experience difficulties and lose interest in this subject. A total of 15 scientific articles published between 2017-2025 were analyzed with inclusion criteria covering research focusing on the use of GeoGebra and its impact on student learning motivation. The review results show that GeoGebra has a positive impact on student learning motivation across various mathematical materials such as geometry, algebra, quadratic functions, and geometric transformations. The dynamic and interactive visualization provided by GeoGebra helps students understand abstract concepts more concretely. Research shows a significant increase in student learning motivation with an average increase ranging from 6.5% to 86.8%. GeoGebra can be an effective alternative learning media to enhance student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the learning conditions that influence the effectiveness of GeoGebra in mathematics learning. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by analyzing empirical research articles obtained from the Google Scholar database published between 2019 and 2025. The selected articles focused on the use of GeoGebra in mathematics learning contexts. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of GeoGebra is not automatic but highly dependent on the learning conditions in which it is implemented. GeoGebra tends to be more effective when applied to visually oriented mathematical topics, particularly geometry and trigonometry, and when integrated into student-centered learning designs supported by instructional methods that encourage exploration and interaction. These findings suggest that the use of GeoGebra as a learning medium should be accompanied by appropriate instructional planning to optimally enhance students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics.

Abstract

Mathematics learning often faces obstacles in the form of low student learning outcomes due to difficulty understanding abstract concepts. The use of learning technology is an alternative to overcome this problem. One software that can be used is the Microsoft Mathematics program which provides visualization features and step-by-step problem solving. This research aims to systematically examine the use of the Microsoft Mathematics program in improving student learning outcomes in mathematics learning. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review by reviewing relevant scientific articles published in the period 2015 to 2025. The review process includes searching, selecting and analyzing articles based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study show that the use of Microsoft Mathematics consistently provides positive impact on student learning outcomes, conceptual understanding, problem solving abilities, and learning motivation at various levels of education. Apart from that, this program also helps teachers deliver mathematics material more effectively and efficiently. The conclusion of this research shows that Microsoft Mathematics is an effective and potential learning media for improving student learning outcomes in mathematics learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers’ strategies in optimizing the use of visual media in teaching deaf students at a public elementary school in Madura. Hearing impairments cause deaf students to experience barriers in verbal communication and in understanding instructional materials. his research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation and interview techniques. Data were analyzed thematically through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, and were verified through source and methodological triangulation. The findings indicate that teachers utilize picture cards, instructional videos, visual schedules, and digital presentations as the primary means of delivering learning materials. Visual repetition strategies, the use of simple symbols, and contextual activities were found to strengthen students’ comprehension. The challenges encountered include limited access to supporting technology and insufficient special education training for teachers. Nevertheless, teachers demonstrated strong pedagogical adaptability and maintained collaborative communication with parents. This study concludes that structured visual-based instruction is effective in supporting inclusive education for deaf students.
