Jurnal Motivasi Pendidikan Dan Bahasa
Jurnal Motivasi Pendidikan dan Bahasa merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian dan kajian konseptual yang berfokus pada motivasi dalam konteks pendidikan dan kebahasaan. Jurnal ini bertujuan menjadi wadah diseminasi ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik terbaik yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, pengajaran, dan pengembangan bahasa di berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Fokus Fokus utama jurnal ini meliputi: Motivasi belajar dan mengajar dalam pendidikan formal, nonformal, dan informal. Motivasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa, baik bahasa pertama, kedua, maupun bahasa asing. Psikologi pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan motivasi, minat, sikap, dan keterlibatan belajar. Inovasi dan strategi pembelajaran yang berdampak pada peningkatan motivasi peserta didik. Peran pendidik dan lingkungan belajar dalam membangun motivasi akademik dan kebahasaan. <![CDATA[The problem of this research is that passing is still not right on target, has not mastered the upper passing technique correctly, lack of mastery and control of the ball, so the problem in volleyball extracurricular is the lack of volleyball upper passing ability. The research method used in this study is the experimental research method. The design in this study uses Two Group Pretest Posttest. This Two Group Pretest Posttest only has measurement result data, namely pretest and posttest measurements. the results of the t value in the experimental group using a plastic ball are -19.312> 1.7613 and in the experimental group using a rubber ball are -18.862> 1.7613. From the results of the T test table, the comparison of the results of training using plastic balls and rubber balls is to see the average value (Mean) on the pretest results using a plastic ball, the average value is 15.33, the posttest using a plastic ball obtained an average value of 27.13 with a difference in increase of 11.8. While the average value (Mean) on the pretest results of the exercise using a rubber ball, the average value was 15.27, the posttest using a rubber ball obtained an average value of 27.73 with a difference of 12.46. Thus, it can be concluded that training using a rubber ball is more effective in improving upper passing skills compared to training using a plastic ball.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the tendency of children with intellectual disabilities to develop expressive communication skills. Expressive communication skills, which include speaking and verbally expressing needs, are an important aspect of development for children with intellectual disabilities to adapt in social environments. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study technique on a student with mild intellectual disability named Azka Ari Pratama (10 years old) at SLB Al Azhar Medan. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with teachers, and direct observation. The results of the research indicate that expressive communication skills are influenced by individual factors (intellectual limitations and emotional regulation), physiological factors, environmental factors, and motivational factors. The research concludes that a holistic and individualized approach is needed in the development of expressive communication of children with intellectual disabilities, considering all identified factors.]]>

<![CDATA[His study aims to analyze the ability of fourth grade elementary school stundents in writing argumentative texts. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with an instrumen in the form of Student worksheet (LKPD) wich were developed to measure the skills of expressing opinions, giving reasons, and making consclusions in the form of argumentative texts. The result of the study showed that most students were able to express oponions and reason simply, but still had difficulty in comosing coherent and coherent paraghraphs. This study provides an overview of the importance of continuous practice in writing arguments for elementary sschool students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the cultural meaning of the short story Mama Eta by Silvester Petara Hurit. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a hermeneutic approach. The results of the study of cultural meaning in the short story Mama Eta by Silvester Petara Hurit can be concluded that there are cultural meanings, namely first, the cultural meaning of simplicity, second the cultural meaning of religiosity as an oasis of life, third the cultural meaning related to respect for ancestors, fourth the cultural meaning related to the role of women in social structures, and fifth the cultural meaning related to collectivity and social harmony.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the symbolism of rice seeds in the short story Sending the Last Rice Seeds to the Fields by Silvester Petara Hurit which reveals the relationship between various aspects of life and culture of the Lamaholot community, ranging from beliefs, traditions, to the relationship between humans and nature. This study uses a qualitative research method. The findings and discussion of the symbolism of rice seeds in the short story Sending the Last Rice Seeds to the Fields by Silvester Petara Hurit can be concluded as follows, 1) rice seeds as a symbol of life and fertility, 2) rice seeds as a symbol of Lamaholot tradition and culture, 3) rice seeds as a symbol of the relationship between humans and nature, and 4) rice seeds as a symbol of cultural resilience.]]>

This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data analysis techniques using a sociological approach. The results of the study indicate the values of struggle in the short story Hujan Pertama Dari Kampung Kafir by Silvester Petara Hurit concluded as follows, 1) the struggle of indigenous people to maintain ancestral traditions, 2) the struggle to preserve local wisdom, 3) the struggle to maintain identity, 4) the struggle to find the meaning of faith, and 5) the struggle to maintain cultural symbols.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the social criticism of the short story "Ama Tobi di Antara Konten Batas Kampung Serumpun" by Silvester Petara Hurit. This study uses a qualitative method with data analysis using a sociology of literature approach. The results of the study indicate that there is social criticism of the short story "Ama Tobi di Antara Konten Batas Kampung Serumpun" by Silvester Petara Hurit, namely 1) Criticism of social relations. The social relations that are expected to live, grow and develop in the village of Lewolema, have now changed into a conflict that eliminates the values of family, brotherhood, solidarity, cooperation between residents, 2) Criticism of identity starting from the change of the name of the village, can be considered as an effort to eliminate the cultural and historical identity of the community. In addition, the influence of colonialism, where the arrival of European missionaries and traders has brought changes in the value and belief system. The role of schools established by religious foundations has brought changes in the community's education system, and 3) Criticism of power is a struggle between traditional values and modernity. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe Ecocriticism and Ecological Logic of Ama Nara Short Story by Silvester Petara Hurit. This study uses an ecocritic approach with a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the Ecocriticism and Ecological Logic research of Ama Nara Short Story by Silvester Petara Hurit are as follows, (1) nature is the highest manifestation of Lamaholot society. The ecological logic that being modern in Ama Nara's view does not have to leave nature and ancestors. Ecocriticism of the attitude of the main character of the short story, Ama Nara who is not tempted by the modern lifestyle, (2) the attachment of farmers and nature. Ama Nara's ecological logic to protect the environment, continue to care for the fertility of the soil naturally, and that is actually much more valuable. Ecocriticism lies in Ama Nara's attitude to persist in choices, and (3) empowerment of natural resources. Ama Nara's ecological logic creates a local food barn (hoku) so that food needs are met. Ecocriticism lies in Ama Nara's attitude to remain consistent in maintaining traditional life by continuing to empower existing natural resources that make her family happy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram as public relations communication tools at MI Darun Najah Srobyong, Jepara. A qualitative approach was employed using observation, in-depth interviews with the public relations team, teachers, parents, and community leaders, as well as documentation analysis. The findings indicate that both platforms have contributed to improving information transparency, community engagement, and the school's public image. However, several challenges were identified, including limited human resources and digital literacy gaps among parents. The study recommends content management training, digital literacy programs, and enhanced two-way interaction to optimize the role of social media in elementary school communication strategies.]]>
